Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests. Our Cinnamon Beach 1024 condo features 1,900 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table. Best of all, we have high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with light wood cabinets, granite countertops, and black appliances. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included.
The condo layout is ideal for lots of people who want both time together and that little bit of ‘sanity-saving’ space. Past guests rave at the resort’s perfect family facilities, including a choice of two pools, a games room and the array of possible water sports.
Unique to this unit is its lovely balcony ambiance. With the patio facing west, you enjoy not only great sunsets across Ocean Hammock Lake, but also afternoon shade provided by palm trees immediately outside your suite. Enjoy their characteristic rustle all day long, and the charming shadows they cast across the cool terra cotta floors. Cushioned tables and chairs promise the ultimate in vacation R&R.
A clever floor plan makes the most of the condo’s 1,900 square feet. Tucked privately at the back of the unit, with its own balcony access, is your master suite. A king bed, large sunny window and decadent private bathroom make it a “suite within a suite”. It’s as though you have your own hotel room, set apart, when you need some peace and quiet or a lazy late morning.
The remaining guest rooms, bedrooms two and three, are over 20 feet away from your bedroom door. Your kids or grandkids can stay up all night watching movies on their own TV and DVD player and you won’t miss a wink. Each decorated with its own personality, the guest rooms have a queen bed and two twins, respectively. There’s an arm chair or rocking chair in every room, each is a great spot in which to read a book or hatch vacation plans.
The communal space is lovely and affords all kinds of entertainment possibility. Within the open-plan living area, the comfy couches immediately draw the eye. Lime green colors are ideal for this tropical location and nicely complement white plantation chairs and wicker furniture.
A quick trip to the nearby supermarket will soon leave your fridge full and your cupboards stocked. From there - vacation feasts are an easy conclusion. While at Cinnamon Beach, this kitchen insists you eat to live. Granite counters - and plenty of them - complement a full range of provided cookware and appliances.
In-suite laundry facilities round out this condo’s total convenience. Though, with a life based around bathing suits, flip flops and sunscreen - will you have much to wash?

Great for family get a way. Away from things but not so far that if you wanted to go to an attraction you can. Private beach close enough that you can go back and forth to your condo if necessary. I'm looking forward to our next visit.
We found this condo to be as beautiful and clean as the pictures. Which is always reassuring. There are no ground level units. The complex is very large. MANY condos. This particular one is not ocean front. The "view" is pretty small and from the back bedrooms. But we got over that. The balcony sits over a nice quiet pond, and is pretty. It's a little bit of a walk to the ocean and pool. We had infants with us, so a stroller or wagon would be helpful to bring. But the walkway to the beach is clearly marked and easy to find. The pool areas are nice. The kids loved the little splash park for them. And the beach entry pool was really nice too. There is a little restaurant by the pool area where you can order sandwiches and drinks.
And yes, very pet friendly. They had doggie bags and trash cans along the walkways for you to take care of your pet. Many people with their fur babies. Ours loved it.
Security was crazy high here. When they say you have to have a gate pass to get in, they aren't kidding. It all has to be in place to enter. We were meeting part of our party coming from another area, and I had the gate passes with me, so they couldn't enter. We had to meet up to give them theirs. A bit inconvenient. But after that was taken care of, they just stop you at the gate each time you enter and scan the pass. The nice part about the security, they advise you to call them if there are noisy guests after 10. Again, having babies with us, that was helpful. We had a noisy group upstairs from us, and we called security and they took care of it.
AND coming from 95, there is a toll to get into the area. $2 each time you enter. That adds up going back and forth for dinner, Publix, outlet mall, etc. You can take back roads to A1A and avoid the toll.
This is a beautiful, family friendly place. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because of the distance from the water. Otherwise, a great vacation spot.
Hands down one of the worst condo rentals I have every stayed in. We were excited for a family vacation, and upon first glance, the condo looks desirable. A few hours later we began to notice all of the filth. The walls are marked with black streaks, and the dry wall is missing in parts of the kitchen. The coffee pot wouldn't brew and when we got it working, the coffee was cold. There is dust and dirt coming off of the air conditioning vents along with the sprinkler heads on the ceilings. Cobwebs on the light fixtures, and light bulbs that didn't work. The bathroom had hair in the tub and in the sink. The couch and the chairs had stains on them and my family and I were reluctant to even sit on them (we obviously had to, but were squished because the unit does not fit 6 people comfortably, let alone 8 as the description indicates). The TV in the family room was very small, I'd say 32", maybe smaller, this made watching TV nearly impossible. The TV in the master is large, why not switch the 2 of them? The TV's in the spare bedrooms had remotes that didn't work and again the TV's were small. The furniture on the patio is filled with sand and are rusted. The blinds were broken and missing in the family room, which left huge gaps in the coverage. The doors didn't lock to the patio sliders. There are so many spider sacks on the ceiling of the patio, and they need to be removed. The carpets in all rooms are stained. One room has no dresser and a tiny closet to hang about 8 articles of clothing. The master bedroom and the room with the twin beds have minimal space to store your clothes, so we were basically living out of a suitcase. The beds in all rooms are ROCK hard, and I should send the management company or the owner a bill from my massage I'll be needing. There were only 5 pillows given to us for a condo that "accommodates 8". We called for extras and never heard back. We called again the following day and no answer again. Finally, on Monday somebody answered and brought us 3 extra pillows, with no pillow cases and the foam coming out of the case. There are so many rules to this place, no "flotation devices" in either pools, no having fun in the quiet pool, no coolers, and no food allowed because they have servers. They're trying to have a resort style atmosphere not allowing you to bring your own food and drinks, yet you need to supply your own beach towels. This place is a complete dump. I wouldn't recommend this condo to my worst enemy.
Rented this condo for a week with my husband, three small boys, and an elderly mother in law. We have stayed at this property a handful of times and loved it. The beach is beautiful and kids loved the pool. All our previous rentals were beautiful and clean. With that being said, this particular unit was aweful. When we arrived I noticed right away the floors were dirty. I did a quick walk through and found that the place was dirty and I was disappointed. I waited until the next day to email the management company because we checked in late and we were all tired and just wanted to find our beds. The next day as we are settling in, we found more things wrong with this unit. Some of the dishes were chipped, there were no beach towels or anything extra, just enough bath towels and no extras, bare minimum on everything. The carpets were stained and stinky (I realized later that it smelled like pet urine), the upholsteries were stained, the tvs in the other 2 bedrooms were so small and outdated, the tv in the living was tiny and it was hard to enjoy a family movie on a rainy day, the walls were dirty and marked up, there were broken blinds, the locks on both sliding glass doors were broken only secured with pcv pipe on the bottom, and the ceiling was dusty where the vents were. The whole place needed make over! When I spoke to the management company they offered to move us to a different unit, or have maintenance come and clean the upholsteries and carpet but I told them no! We were all settled in and packing up the whole family again and moving is crazy. Having maintenance come in and interrupt our vacation is rediculous. What where we supposed to do with wet upholsteries and carpet? I told them that all of that should have been done before we arrived!!!!! So we stayed in a nasty condo this summer but despite all that we enjoyed our family time. That's why we were there. I would never stay in this unit again. Travelers beware. The owner or management company doesn't care to maintain this unit.
Great place to stay with our family including Jake our friendly black lab. We spent everyday on the beach with our new granddaughter and jake. The baby also enjoyed the pool.
Our retreat was a great success. The condos were clean, spacious and comfortable, the surroundings were beautiful. Everything went like clock work. I found the people at Vacation Rental Pros to be very helpful every step of the way.
