About the property

3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 8

We can tell you this much: You won’t want to go home! Your kids will flip for the dolphins they’ll see - and Disney World’s magic will hardly compare. Enjoy peace and privacy and your most perfect vacation - at Cinnamon Beach 755.

Happy guests often rave about the spotless condition of this condo. It’s a real gem - a property with owners that spoil its guests rotten with gifts like a massive HDTV. Sound good? Come on in.

With a direct ocean view from your fifth-floor balcony, this large unit boasts three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Up to eight guests will sleep here comfortably.

The three bedrooms are great for two couples and their kids. While the adults will love the pillow-top king and queen-sized beds in the master and second bedrooms, kids will equally delight in their room: bunk beds and a trundle sleep up to 4 happy campers. For indulgence’s sake, you’ll love the master bedroom’s en suite bathroom, which has both a glass-enclosed shower and enormous soaking tub.

As a corner unit, Cinnamon Beach condo 755 offers you not just extra space but an extra view. The massive balcony is 300-square feet - large enough to park a minivan with room to spare. Overlooking both the ocean and the golf course - you’ll have a hard time choosing in which paradisiacal way you’ll spend your day.

A great location on Florida’s Palm Coast puts you proximate to both St. Augustine to the north and Daytona Beach to the south. Closer to home, enjoy the resort’s many facilities and laze away the day poolside - ordering lunch from the delicious clubhouse restaurant on site.

Speaking of food - the gorgeous kitchen, the perennial hub of all family activity, features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A contained breakfast nook is great for small groups - and is very inviting with tiled table top and plum accents. With an open-plan living area, the kitchen looks on to the dining area and comfortable living room beyond.

While a formal meal is easy to accommodate around the stunning dining table and striped upholstered chairs, you might find yourself heading nightly, out of habit, towards your balcony. The large table makes for great meals with those you love. Armed with good food, good company, and gentle sea breezes - you’ll soon realize life doesn’t get any better.

A mocha-colored living room has a luxurious leather sofa and soft area rug. Inviting furnishings and comfortable armchairs complete a superb living room - just what you need after a long day of swimming, beach-combing or surfing.

The unit’s entertainment system is the most up-to-date you’ll find: a massive HD TV with DVD player and stereo system - you’ve even got wireless Internet to enjoy as well. Two leather cubes stand ready as extra seating or footstools.

If searching for group accommodation - why not consider booking this unit with two others on the same floor. Units 753 and 754 share the same management - making booking and check-in processes a breeze.

Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Beach Resort rentals in Palm Coast Florida include access to a large ocean front heated pool, a second heated pool with a gradual slope entrance for kids and families, a "water splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a kid's game room, an adult game room with pool table, jacuzzi and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. Missing something

  • 4 of 5

Loved all of the extra towels! We had to use some in the kitchen because there was only one kitchen towel. Communication between us and VRBO was poor, once we got there. Other units in other locations had binders with reference material in it. That would have been very helpful! The pool facility was absolutely beautiful!!

Family Fun

  • 4 of 5

Condo living at Cinnamon Beach is outstanding. The location is ideal for family gatherings, the amenities are nice and accommodations are great. We had a large group but the three bedrooms and three bathrooms offered a lot of options without tripping over one another. Condo #755 is a very nice unit located on the fifth floor of Bldg. 800. Views are outstanding, rhythmic sound of the waves hitting the shore are relaxing and there were no loud neighbors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and having direct beach access was a plus.

Tips to those who choose to stay here in the future include: stock your kitchen very good with food items since shopping is about a 20 minute drive away and may include a toll bridge, depending on which direction you go. When packing, take your own pillows if you have room; otherwise, you will have to use "pancake" pillows that are in the unit. While we were staying here, the ceiling fan in the bunkbed room did not work, the kitchen garbage disposal did not work, and the sliding screen door to the patio was not operable. In the advertisement picture of the high top table and two swivel stools; those two chairs are available for use but the seats are broken down which makes them uncomfortable to sit in. The unit was very clean except for the floor which made our feet black when walking barefooted on it. Aside from those inconveniences, our family had a great time being together. The key question: Would we stay there again? Yes, but we might shop around for other condos with a better review history and maintenance record.

There are a lot of condos being rented at Cinnamon Beach, so take your time picking out one that best fits your needs. Some condo owners put more effort into making their place as comfortable as possible. With rental prices hovering around $2K for a week stay, it is not unreasonable to expect comfort and good maintenance. Ending on a positive note: the kitchen is well-equipped, the location is superb, the patio is large since 755 is a corner unit and the surrounding area is kept up nicely. Check in will go smoothly if you ensure all of the proper documentation is done beforehand.

We had a great time in Palm Coast!

  • 4 of 5

This unit was very nice with a wonderful view! We loved that we were able to take our family, including our two small dogs! Cleanliness of unit and property was great! Had an issue with towels not being in unit, and the ones we did find were in dryer with several sheet sets for us to fold and put away. We called management and they brought us what we needed! Kitchen needs restocked of usable bowls etc. but we were able to make it work for us! Wish the pool was right in front of condo, but the ones at the Clubhouse were very enjoyable. All in all we had a great time! We would definitely visit again!

Overall property is well maintained and very attractive. Gate security at check was our only poor experience and he was a real jerk! Shouldn't be allowed to keep his job!

The view of the ocean makes up for minor flaws

  • 4 of 5

The property overall was nice. It was clean enough or as I expected. The bathrooms could use a deeper cleaning mold is starting to form in the grout. The patio furniture really needs to be pitched, the bar chairs are broken!! With a view as beautiful as the ocean it'd be nice to have comfortable place to sit. A dining set would be the best replacement option.

There were plenty of linens even a couple beach towels we didn't expect. The kitchen was stocked well. We didn't seem to need anything while making meals. Not a fault of the condo owner but the kid splash area is closed and that would have been nice to know. Our little one doesn't realize it but we know that would been a great experience them. The adult/quiet pool had kids jumping in an out which is a bummer when you just want to relax and not get splashed. The bar/ refreshments area was not open at the adult pool. Walking across the street to the other area was inconvenient but on the flip we brought our own drinks and no one said anything. We didn't have any check in issues. (I heard it could take an hour) Just follow the directions!!! We came a little earlier than check in and just hung out walking the neighborhood checking things out. We played a game of pool in the lounge (very nice and clean) and walked the beach. There is a luggage cart downstairs. Publix is in the area so that you won't need to go across the toll bridge. I suggest planning ahead and going out to eat the first night. Then if your able bring enough for breakfast , shopping on check in day was awful. Not sure if Day 2 is better but it's our plan for our next trip. I won't rent this unit again because of the patio furniture but I'd be willing to try another unit because the area is very nice.

Great place, terrible management

  • 4 of 5

No complaints about the condo, amazing location with oceanfront view. The managemeant was terrible, if I could get anyone on the phone that gave a crap i would complain directly but every time I called, it was at least 30 minutes of waiting and half the time they would say call a different number. It started out we didn't get a welcome packet, we got multiple emails for contracts, ID requests, and money requests, but even after filling out the contract, sending back and calling to confirm receipt all we got was another request for the same info over and over. On check in day after I thought we were good we got another email asking for the contract AGAIN stating it had to be done in order to complete the transaction, even though they already had our money. After another phone call and long wait we got an apology and a welcome packet, but no number pin for the door was included. So we had to literally pull into a parking lot and call again, just minutes from our place and ask for the pin........the answer was that they would get it and call us back. So we waited in a parking lot for a call back with the pin to get in the door....NOT A GOOD START. The next issue was someone strolled into our condo unannounced on day 2 of 4 days, the door was locked but they had the pin code and didn't feel like knocking or ringing the doorbell. It was about 9 am and luckily i was there and not at the beach. The explanation was houskeeping although the person had no uniform or carried any cleaning supplies at all. She looked like every other person there, not the least bit official. She apologized and immediately left when she saw I was home. After that we started putting a large chair to block the door when possible, a deadbolt would have worked well. And we were careful what we left out while gone. At the end of the stay we started getting emails AGAIN, this time telling us to click a link to check out. It was from an odd website so I decided to call to verify, luckily I did because the agency said it was not from them(my only complaint was it took me 3 phone calls and nearly an hour to get an answer).
