convenient, comfortable and cozy

I'm so glad we came across this home for our family's winter ski vacation. Being right alongside the trail was huge because it reduced the stress of getting the kids onto the slopes in the morning, and offered flexibility in that their instructors could simply drop them home early if they wanted to finish skiing before us adults. (It's more ski out than in, but it's doable.) The owner was communicative and accommodating. And the house itself is well-stocked and cozy but plenty spacious. The only thing I'd note is that if you're extra sensitive like I am to artificial fragrances & mainstream cleaning products, this house has both. But again, I imagine the owner would make accommodations if asked.

Family ski vacation

My wife and two daughters (15/11) as well as my sister/brother in law and their kids (11/8/1) had a great week at Erin’s house. The house is large and well appointed with modern kitchen/bathrooms/tvs etc. Ski out is just outside the front door. Ski in requires some steps but isn’t bad once you know where to go. Erin is very responsive and a great host.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay in this very clean and well-appointed home. It was the perfect size and layout for our two families, with the parents in the two master suites in the upper level and the kids in the two lower level bedrooms near the nice and clean hot tub. There was plenty of room to hang out in the main level, and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessary amenities. The ski-out/ski-in accessibility was also great. Would highly recommend this home. Hope to be back soon!

Spring Break 2020

We had a great time in this home. The house was wonderful. 2 king master bedrooms, a huge kitchen and new hot tub. It was not exactly ski in, but definitely ski out. The ski in requires a bit of walking, but it wasn’t bad at all. Would most definitely recommend this house. The owner was great and communicated with recommendations and advice before our stay. We had groceries and skis delivered which is was wonderful! Thanks Erin! We left healthy and happy! ;)

Ski Vacation

This home was a great property to stay at. The home was large and spacious and comfortable for our two families of 5. We enjoyed the large windows with views of mountain side and all the amenities of the home. It was very easy to ski out. The ski out leads you to Snow Park Lodge at the base of the mountain of Deer Valley. The home felt new and the owners thought of all types of kitchen items we may need. The location was great right near Silverlake Lodge for mid mountain access. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Deer Valley Townhome

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It's a great layout for 2 families with kids. Adults upstairs and kids downstairs. Ski-out is very easy and ski-in sounds complicated but it's really not at all...my kids 13 & 15 found it super easy and convenient. I would definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful home

This was our 4th year coming to Deer Valley and this home was by far our favorite and the most well appointed. We had two families with four adults and five children and the bedroom layout suited our needs perfectly. We loved having the two Masters on the top floor, a very spacious main floor with the kitchen, dining and living area and then the bottom floor with two great bedrooms for the kids. The home is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need with high end appliances. We enjoyed the private hot tub every night after skiing, playing family games in front of the fire and listening to music on the sonos system, We figured out the ski in ski out with the help of Erin's instructions. We had a cold week of skiing so the boot warmers were an added plus! The on call property manager was very responsive to the couple of questions we had and Erin was also great about answering questions about restaurants and services in the area. We really hope to be back! We loved the home and you can't beat the skiing in Deer Valley!

Stunning home and amazing location!

We had an amazing time in Park City/Deer Valley for our ski vacation and could not have picked a better home. We had 2 families - 4 adults and 6 kids - and the space was perfect. The home is truly stunning - luxury and cozy mountain feel all in one and the views are fantastic! Location is perfect - less than 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to lodge and we used the ski in/ski out trails every day that brought us right to the house. Once we understood the trails, it was very easy - our kids (ages 7 and 9) easily navigated the trails as well. The owner was great to work with and we could not have been more pleased with our home choice. This is one of our favorite destinations and we hope to be back one year in the future!

Wonderful Family Ski Vacation!

Just returned home from a 6 night stay at this beautiful Deer Valley home. 10 of us in all and the house was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen amenities, big living room and dining table, sonos sound system, jacuzzi, were among the big pluses of this home. I agree with the prior reviews regarding the ski on- off. Easy to ski on but a little trickier to ski off. Our group had no problem except for one day after a big snow storm. But that made for some great stories! Would highly recommend this home!

First-class property.

Good layout. High-quality furnishings. Clean and well-maintained. Well equipped. One of the best rentals we've had in more than 15 years of coming to Deer Valley. Feels like a home, not a rental. Highly recommend this place.

Great house for a ski vacation.

Our seven night stay at this property was great. The house is very comfortable, clean and at a very good location. You are just steps away from the slopes, it's easy to ski out of the house, skiing in took a little bit of practice, but it's doable, you just need to know your way back. The kids enjoyed sleighing around the house, they had tons of fun. Our family and friends enjoyed the large kitchen, the jacuzzi and the overall layout of the house which is ideal for a holiday. The mid week cleaning service was very well appreciated. Overall, we had a very nice vacation.

Beautiful home true to owner's description

We just returned home from our vacation in Deer Valley. We had a wonderful trip. Everything in this home is so well maintained that it all seems brand new. The views are beautiful. We were two families traveling (8 people in total) and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was so well appointed, it made me realize that I need to upgrade my pots, pans and utensils at home! We enjoyed the Sonos sound system while cooking and sitting by the fire. The owners had arranged for midweek house keeping which was terrific. I had to call the property manager one day because the gas fire place was not working. I asked them to come before the end of the ski day, and they were there within the hour. The ski out trail is gorgeous, but prior skiing experience is a must. The return trip home from the mountain (skiing home) was a bit tricky the first day but after that it was easy enough and our kids, 7, 8, 10 and 11 loved it (again... not for beginners). The kids also enjoyed sledding on this trail with the sleds the owners had in the home, a real bonus for kids from North Carolina who rarely see snow. Overall, the location is great. We easily walked to Silver Lake ( a mid mountain section of Deer Valley) just to shop, but there are plenty of restaurants near there too. You are also a close walk to the Stein Eriksen Resort which has a spa for any non skiers. We went into Park City for dinner, and that too was a quick and not too expensive cab ride. I would definitely recommend this home to someone who wants to experience true Deer Valley luxury!

Beautiful, Clean Home for Family Vacation

We stayed at this house for March vacation - 2 families, 9 people in all. The house was clean, spacious, and well kept and in working order. One of the downstairs bedrooms is quite large and easily fits the roll-away provided as a 3rd bed. Ski Out of the house is great, just walk up about 12 stairs to the ski path. To ski in, you have to take off your skis and walk about 200 paces, get back on your skis and ski a very short distance to the house. Then you just walk the 12 stairs down to the house. It is quite easy for adults and even our 8 and 9 year old kids had no problem with it. Erin, the owner, is easily reachable and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home and wonderful family vacation

We enjoyed this wonderful ski home during the Christmas break. It was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated from top to bottom and in perfect condition. We enjoyed making dinners and sitting by the fire after a day of skiing. The ski out location was also a big plus for our family group. The owner was extremely helpful to us and we felt well cared for before and during our stay. Overall, a wonderful vacation in Deer Valley.

Deer Valley Ski Vacation

Eight of us (two families of four) had a fantastic spring ski vacation in Deer Valley. The house is very well laid out for two families with two master suites on the top floor and two rooms with two twins each on the bottom floor. We have rented lots of different houses and we typically low-end finishes - that was not at all the case here - everything was of a very high quality (appliances, knives, kitchen stuff, heated floors, etc). We would recommend this house without reservation to everyone. It is also very convenient to the Silver Lake Village area.

We searched for a ski home for several years through Colorado and Utah and choose Deer Valley for the best snow conditions, range of challenging and beginner slopes, amazing customer service by Deer Valley staff, and some of the best snow grooming we found anywhere! We bought this townhome in mid-2013 based on location--we wanted to be able to ski-out our door. We also loved the spacious main floor-and then we stripped it down to the studs and re-did everything! The quality of the renovation was very important to us--we hope to enjoy our Deer Valley home for many years to come with our family and friends! We love our newly re-done home and hope that you will too! You can not beat the location! Super easy walk to the shops, lodge and restaurants at Silver Lake Village, ski-out makes mornings or mid-day stops at the condo a breeze, Park City village center is a 5 min. drive for more great restaurants, entertainment, full fitness center and shopping.
