A 3 bedroom townhouse with stunning views and the largest in the Resort.
A 2500 square foot property overlooking Craig Bay. With great indoor / outdoor flows. It is great for big family trips or sharing with friends. It was previously used as the reception suite for wedding parties given it's size, it's layout and great artwork.
3 large bedrooms, all with adjoining bathrooms,coffee making facilities and televisions.
The master bedroom (275 sq feet) has a luxury super king bed, a jacuzzi bath, gas fireplace and outdoor access to the front deck and the views over the Bay.
The second upstairs bedroom (360 sq foot) has a luxury queen bed and a queen size sofa bed nearby. Ideal for a young family wants to share. Access to the outside balconies is ideal for providing a hide-away and for keeping the place cool in summer.
The other ground floor Bedroom also has a queen bed, tv, coffee making facilities and an outside private deck area (187 sq foot)
The Living Room is very spacious (286 sq foot) with cathedral ceilings and some great art work. It also has a comfortable queen sofa bed for those big family holidays.
Our home comfortably sleeps 10.
Recently upgrade satellite coverage, gives you TV on demand.
The Kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar and great views over the Bay (138 sq foot + 192 sq foot). The morning views are even better when you are first up with your cup of coffee/tea in hand.
The adjacent Dining Room (168 sq foot) adds to the open plan feel and with a sky light it adds to the light and airy feel. Comfortably seats 8.
With a huge makeshift table, we have had many evening diners with over 12 people. Again great for adding to your holiday memories whilst enjoying family and friends watching the sun go down. You might even see our resident bald eagle if you are out there for lunch. The Patio area covers 300 sq foot + a lawn area of 800 sq feet).

About Gary McElroy
We live in New Zealand and bought the place from our great friends so that we could carry on a tradition of our annual summer family holiday's. I have 2 younge girls who just love exploring for crabs and shells on the beach. It's one of the best parts of their year and they have it planned months in advance.

This place was all we hoped for and more. Very spacious, easily accommodating our 5 adults and 3 children/grandkids. Well stocked kitchen. BBQ is great. good beds. Views, views, views. Loved it.

Very comfortable, excellent location, everything provided.
Our family of 8 spent 2 nights after Christmas here and we found the accommodation to be warm, welcoming, clean and comfortable. All of the comforts of home were provided, even books and games. The view and location by the beach was gorgeous, and made us want to return during the summer months. Many thanks to Gary and family, we would certainly stay here again!

The view is outstanding, the home has a great layout, and the property has so much to offer. The kids are already begging to go back.
Parksville town Centre is just over 5 minutes away by car with it's handy supermarkets and family restaurants. Woodgrove Sopping Mall is the opposite direction 10 minutes away. With a cinema and plenty of shops it is a nice distraction if the weather is not perfect. Some great local beaches, Rathtrevor and Qualicum are 10 and 20 minutes away respectively. As tidal beaches you can walk for ages and they are lovely and clean. Great for the family or relaxing walks. Of course you can walk out the lounge and within a minute you are on the rocks and sand of Craig's Bay. Spectacular vistas all day, but especially at dusk. Family Visits; Butterfly World- Coombs Cathedral Grove Woodland Reserve-Cameron Lake Coombs Market + Goats on the Roof- Coombs Little Qualicum Falls North Island Wildlife Recovery-Errington (before Coombs) Oceanside Place Ice Rink- Parksville Paradise Adventure Mini Golf- Parksville Ravensong Aquatic Centre- Qualicum Riptide Adventure Mini Golf- Parksville Tiger Lilly Petting Farm - Errington World Parrot Refuge- Coombs Best Restaurant- Cuckoo's at Goats on the Roof-Coombs Best thing to do- grab a few deck chairs and take in the views and chill.
