2 Month stay...

Very nice spacious home. Well stocked with essentials, plus household items. Owners were readily available. Only issue was we had discussed renting this home again for 2025 with the owners. Before departing, I contacted the owners about our exit plan and making a confirmation for renting it again next year. Owners informed that they had already rented the property for next winter for four months. They informed us they were offered more money for a longer period of time. We were very disappointed that we were not considered first to match the new offer. What happened to first right of refusal? It left a bitter taste of their poor business etiquette.

Perfect home!

Carol and Frank are such nice people and their home is perfect! The house was spotless and so thoughtfully furnished and supplied that we were left to simply enjoy our time there. The home is in a very quiet gated community and is close to grocery stores and restaurants as well as shopping and many golf courses. The back yard is very private and the front courtyard is a pleasant place for morning coffee and conversation. Even the laundry equipment is amazing! The guest bedrooms and baths are perfect for visiting family and the master bedroom and bath are large and very comfortable. The great room, dining room and reading room all are furnished beautifully and the kitchen is perfect and well equipped. Carol and Frank have thought of everything! The backyard pool and spa really make this home. We were there in March with unusually warm weather so we made great use of the pool and spa. So refreshing! The BBQ is very nice and the covered sitting area made for a relaxing outdoor extension of the home. We have rented a great many places and this home ranks as number one in our experience. If there were ten stars that's what we would rank it!!

Desert Gem!

We just returned from a month's stay in this amazing home and it very much exceeded our expectations. Frank & Carol are amazing people and supurb to deal with! There was not one issue we experienced and with all the extra touches put into this home (and there are a lot!), it was a most enjoyable vacation and then some. This is a gem of a property - Location, beautiful home, decor, ammenities, Pool/Spa, neighbourhood...and the Owners. Well worth it! HIGHLY recommend!

Great winter retreat

We enjoyed working with Frank and Carol, they quickly fixed VRBO mistake. The house exceeded our expectations from the pictures. Everyone who visited was impressed. The pool and hot tub were the centre for our family, grandchildren spending many hours each day in the pool. The location was great, the spacious house and décor a pleasure to spend time in. Barbeque well used. Everything needed was supplied highly recommend a vacation in this home.

Beautiful private home!

We recently spent 6 weeks in this beautiful home. Frank and Carol were most accommodating and a pleasure to deal with...they even put up Christmas decorations for us! The house is spacious, well stocked, immaculate and is well appointed with nice décor and furnishings. The 'Venezia' complex is very quiet and is in a great central location. We enjoyed the outdoor seating in the front courtyard and rear patio. The pool/spa area is very private and relaxing. We would highly recommend this home!
