Beautiful, airy, contemporary Quogue home on 1 acre lot along a tree-lined street. Secluded with 6 large bedrooms, 4 baths, including two master suites. Skylights throughout. Large backyard with side patio and large deck with outdoor dining for 8. Includes 20 X 40 heated pool and har tru tennis overlooking English garden. Large basement with ping pong/foosball table, large sitting area with extra large TV. Kitchen fully stocked for indoor and outdoor dining. Quogue Village Beach rights. Pool and Tennis Court closed from October until May. For July and August we are taking Sunday to Sunday bookings.

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, even better than the photos and well stocked. It is also in a great location (close to restaurants, beaches and the train station). The host was helpful and always available. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent stay

My family (4 adults and 2 kids) truly enjoyed our stay. The pool was serene. The house was clean and the bathroom showers were excellent. Highly recommend this house!

Great Stay

Great home for an active family...a pool to swim in, a soft court to play tennis on and great beaches nearby. If you are interested in the beach experience you first need to investigate the parking options. Very easy to just walk in and feel at home. Great place for an enjoyable family vacation.

Relaxing in Quogue

The house, pool and tennis court are exactly as described. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and in great condition with plenty of other spaces in the house to gather. The patio had plenty of lounges. The location is perfect with access to all the Hamptons as well as the North Fork.

Terrific

Our family (6 adults and 3 young grandchildren) had a terrific week at the house again this year. Clean, well located, spacious, well stocked and furnished — with a wonderful pool and tennis court. Very easy to deal with the owner. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here multiple times and love this house. Lots of light and open space paired with TWO en suite master bedrooms and a separate wing with two bedrooms/one bath make it great for couples, families, and friends. Home is in very private setting that opens to a spacious deck, yard and a big beautiful heated pool. Right behind the pool and english garden is a nice tennis court.Town and beach is a quick bike or car ride. Lots of great restaurants and shopping as well.

Exceptional Property

The house is completely amazing, it comes fully stocked with everything you could need you only need to bring your clothes and food. The grounds are tranquil, tennis court is well maintained, and the pool was perfect. Archana gives suggestions on where to eat, what to see even has 5 bicycles to use. Fully stocked with plenty of beach towels, bath towels even beach chairs. We have stayed at properties all over the world and this by far was our best. Archana was very responsive to all our needs throughout our stay. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home. Its now our second time staying and we absolutely loved it. Pool can be heated and is kept very clean and the Beach is a short 10 minute drive. Supermarket, restaurants, and deli's are all located close to the home. Home has everything you need to enjoy time with your family and make wonderful memories. Archana is so gracious and exceptional with instructions and providing everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Thanks again for renting your home, we had a wonderful weekend as always. I'm sure we will rent again Crystal :)

A Terrific Rental Home

Excellent property. Our whole family enjoyed the wonderful quiet home. Easy living with open floor plan, plenty of room in the four bedrooms, clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment, electronics (great wifi), and a large dining table over looking pool and tennis court (which were both very well maintained to the highest standards). Outdoor patio with lounge chairs/chaises and modern BBQ were very welcoming during the warm summer days. Wonderful neighborhood for long walks amidst the gorgeous homes. Beautiful quiet Quogue beach was only ten minute drive with easy access and parking with official passes provided. This was our first VRBO rental and it exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to Archana, the owner, for helping to make our stay so easy and special.

Modern & Comfortable Hamptons Retreat

Thanks Arch for renting is this property! We stayed here during my wedding weekend with 8 family and friends extremely comfortably. Ample parking space as well for multiple vehicles! One thing to note is there are beds for With 2 on a pull out couch - May recommend aN air bed depending on preference. The pool and backyard is a beautiful setting, very well maintained. House is set on a very quiet street in Quogue with easy access to Montauk Hwy and surrounding towns/shops/beaches. Beds and Furniture comfortable. House is full of amenities (WiFi, Kichten Utensils, Tennis Courts, Pool, TVs with cable, Sound System-Bose). All bathrooms are beautifully appointed and updated - especially the master. We would definitely seek to stay here again, perhaps longer next time!!!

Long Island family home

The house was in a great location and has a lovely outdoor space. We had some difficulty with the electronic keys but our host provided a lockbox. The kitchen was not well organized and the cookware was very dirty. The cabinets had lots of spilled and expired food. I cleaned the cabinets and the cookware myself. The host did offer to send the cleaning people again. The tennis court was not prepared when we arrived and the net was broken. One of our main goals was to play tennis, so this was disappointing. About halfway thru our stay someone came to clean the court but did not fix the broken net. There were problems with the pool with water leaking and then the filter did not work and the pool became very green and unappealing. The host did send the pool service and they were very attentive, but nonetheless there were multiple days where the pool was not really very good. The quality of the towels was extremely poor. They were thin and heavily worn out. Altho the house is for at least 8 people, the dining area only has 6 chairs. I asked about folding chairs but was advised none were available. There were outside patio chairs which I was told to use, but it would have been better not to have to move chairs in and out to seat people for meals. There were no amenities for children: no crib, highchair. The games at the house are not usable. Torn and missing pieces. All in all, it's a lovely house with great potential, but really needs some attention to details.

We provide a lot of detail before the stay (including not having cribs or high chairs) and are very responsive during the stay with us. We hope you saw that with your stay as well. We only engage the top service providers in the Hamptons for cleaning the house, maintaining the pool and the tennis court. We've never had any complaints about our service providers. For things that you mentioned were not to your satisfaction, I hope you saw our service providers respond very quickly and allay any concerns you had. We wish you had told us all items that you mentioned below during your stay, so we could attempt to bring it to your level of satisfaction.

Wonderful property for a family!

Those home was perfect for my family of 8! Enough room for everyone, the pool and tennis court provided great activity for our stay. The bathrooms are updated and beautiful, the living areas are large and the close to restaurants.

This property was amazing. This was the first time my family and friends have been able to get together because of covid and this property was the best place to do so. For the first time in over a year we got to redo our annual girls trip and celebrate a milestone 50th birthday for my mother. The host was very helpful whenever needed at anytime. Even with bad weather we had a blast cooking together again, being able to sit around the same table again, watching tv, dancing and talking all night. I am grateful this house allowed us to be able to do that again. The only thing I would have to complain about is the water when multiple people have to take a shower gets cold fast and some of us just took cold showers because it was taking long to heat back up. The outside light around the house is very limited. It is extremely dark and needs much more light to be able to see the house at night, driveway and just for over all feeling of safety. The property is very beautiful but it does have some wear and tear like a little more than any used place would. One of the door knobs was very loose and some patches on the walls but nothing major that would stop anyone from having a wonderful time. Over all grateful for the time spent and thankful for this home. Will definitely be getting this exact house again in the summer to be able to use all of its amenities for another girl trip. Thank you again!

Great Time in Quogue!

My family and I just spent a fun filled week at Arch’s lovely house. Arch is a great host and made our arrival and check-out very easy. The house is open and airy and very clean. It has lots of room to spread out or be together as you chose! The kitchen has all you need to eat-in or barbeque if you don’t want to dine out. The pool and tennis court were a great plus. The deck was perfect for family time and alfresco dining! We were fortunate to have great weather and were able to enjoy time at the lovely Quogue beach…a real bonus! We look forward to returning! Thanks!

Pleasant Vacation at A Wonderful Place

My family and I spent a week at Archana's house during my son's school holidays. The house is very spacious and full of natural light. It's very clean and comfortably furnished. It's still early Spring. The Swimming pool is closed but the tennis court on the property is an excellent substitute. Archana is a very attentive and accommodating host. I would recommend this house to any family.
