Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement très bien situé dans une résidence calme et soignée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse tournée vers l'arrière-pays. Les moyens de transport à proximité de l'appartement sont très pratiques, soit pour rejoindre la vieille ville et les plages jusqu'à Monaco ou pour visiter l'arrière-pays.

Emplacement parfait

Le logement est situé à deux pas de la gare Menton Garavan, nous avons pu visiter Monaco, Vintimille, Cannes en train. Oubliés les problèmes de stationnement !Le logement est également tres proche des commerces et il est facile de se rentre à pieds dans la vieille ville.Merci à notre hôtesse !

Pleasant stay with drawbacks

The apartment is quite acceptable for the standard provided. It is rather small, but big enough for one person. But hardly for two. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The bed is really good. The bathroom has got no door, and the shower is so tiny that you can hardly move in it. The garden surrounding the gated estate is really beautiful to look at with its lush mediterranean vegetation and offers a good view. The biggest advantage of this accomodation is that it is so well-situated. All places of interest are within easy walking-distance. The train station is just 2 minutes'walk away, the seafront 5 minutes, the supermarket 10 minutes, and the city centre a quarter of an hour. Besides, there are several very nice gardens and parks in the immediate vicinity. On the other hand, there is one serious inconvenience- the noise! Due to the closeness of the train station and the relatively high frequency of trains arriving and departing this constitutes a real nuisance. The same goes for the building itself which is badly soundproofed, so that you can hear the slightest movements from the neighbouring apartments. But if you are willing to put up with this and use earplugs ,you can nevertheless have a good time there.

Tranquillité au soleil

Semaine parfaite, tout est tel qu’indiqué dans l’annonce, Stephanie est une hôtesse adorable. Le studio est propre, calme, proche des commodités (nous étions à pieds), et nous avons eu la chance de partager le jardin avec un chat tout mignon qui venait dormir dans le buisson d’en face. Encore merci !

Gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld, sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Besitzerin. Das Studio ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, in einer sicheren gepflegten Parkanlage, sehr bequemes Bett, schöne Terrasse... Ganz wichtig: der persönliche Parkplatz in der Parkgarage. Zu empfehlen!

Beaucoup de belles balades en Italie et aux alentours ainsi que des visites dans les parcs et jardins de Menton. Les Halles de Menton sont très agréables et les commerçants vendent des produits de très bonne qualité

un super séjour dans un cadre agréable

Le studio est trés fonctionnel, agréablement agencé et joliment décoré. Il est tées bien équipé, il ne manque rien pour un agréable séjour. Dans un quartier calme de Menton ,mais cependant proche de la ville, de la plage et des commerces. Nous avons apprécié également le parc de la propriété.
