Great location, and a perfect condo!

This condo was perfect for us - great location, all the amenities at the property you need, and the condo was stocked with everything! We especially appreciated the beach chairs, rolling cooler and cart. The owner was super responsive and so easy to communicate with. Love this place!

Lovely property short walk to the lake beautiful scenery, had just about everything you need for your stay the managers was very sweet they helped us with any questions we had they were easy to get in contact with overall wonderful place to stay when coming to Lake Havasu

Great place! Very convenient, met all our needs. Very spacious place for 2 adults and 4 teenage boys. Its walking distance to everything! Jennifer was on it with communication as far checking in and everything/anything we needed! Definitely will book again. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one!

Best Hosts Ever

WE LOVED THIS CONDO. FIRST TIME TO HAVASU. I STAYED WITH MY KIDS AND THIER FRIENDS. IT WAS SO WELL STOCKED AND COMFY. THE KIDS LOVED IT TOO. BEST LOCATION. THE HOSTS WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. I WOULD TEXT THEM IF I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING AND THEY WERE RIGHT ON TOP OF IT. WILL DEFINATELY RETURN.

Nice condo but no views!

I would have given this place 5 stars hands down if there would have been a view from the patio. We were looking at roofs of condos in front of us in this condo! The ad is very deceiving showing water & a beach, yes you can walk to the water/beach from the condo but you cannot see it from this condo. Had we known this we would have rented one of condos in the front row. Otherwise great units to rent from, gated community where I felt all our belongings were safe/secure and walking distance to London Bridge and several restaurants.

We were lucky enough to meet Jenifer when we checked in. She is a total sweetheart and showed us some of the tricks in the house. Lots of supplies this place is loaded for a mini vacation.

Lovely Condo w/View of London Bridge

We spent a lovely week in Lake Havasu in a high-end condo looking directly at the London Bridge. We had dinners on the patio looking at the bridge, walked down to the Bridge shops for ice cream and spent the day at the beach. The condo is just as wonderful as it looks with high end appliances, a condo pool and under-cover parking for those hot days. The condo owner stocked the unit with dishes, towels, and a wide range of supplies beyond our expectation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as well as our interaction with the owner and have put it on our permanent list of favorites to revisit!

Great Place and Location!!

Property was very clean. We were very comfortable. The host was wonderful to work with. The location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and walking distance to The Village. We enjoyed taking our kayaks and enjoyed the water.

Short Wonderful Stay

We were only there for two (2) days. The unit was lovely, with a modern interior decor with attached balcony. There were towels for our showers to dress for our river excursions and evening dinners. We had all of our meals out, yet there were pots and pans, and a coffee maker for our use, should we have needed them. We would consider staying at this location again, especially as to its close proximity to the adjacent sandy beach area. Many restaurants and amenities were within walking distance. The deposit for the parking pass was refunded promptly by the property manager. Our family vacation was a great experience in this gated Lake Havasu condo.

Enjoyable father's day and my father's 70th birthday weekend!

Had an amazing stay in Havasu with my girlfriend and my parents for both father's day and my father's 70th birthday. Condo's location was great! Right by the channel and just a quick walk down to the London Bridge. Resteraunts in the area are top notch including Cha Bones, Blue Chair and Burgers Under the Bridge with good breakfast at Makai Cafe and a wonderful Sunday brunch with great view at Shugrue's just across the bridge. All in all a wonderful stay and management could not been nicer or more accommodating! Will likely stay here again!!

Nice location

The condo was very nice and communication with managers was a breeze. Short walk from the Blue Chair bar and grill which had a good vibe. Easy access to the water and within an hours or less drive to many golf courses depending on your preference.
