the apartment is very bright and quiet, recently renovated. the two bedrooms are spacious and equipped with wardrobes. room with extendable crystal table for 6 people and satellite TV (no pay TV). internet connection (cable or wi-fi available throughout the house). the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher. air conditioning present throughout the apartment. bathroom with window with bath and shower. two balconies (one large and one small for drying clothes). is located on the second and last floor (no elevator) of a small condominium, consisting of six apartments. parking space available on private road.
for the summer months (1/6 - 31/8) the price offers you the possibility of enjoying a FREE umbrella and two deckchairs (max 4/5 people) in a private bathing establishment, which is about 20 minutes walk from the accommodation.
the apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, just outside the center (reachable on foot in 15 minutes). it is near the sea, which can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot by crossing a beautiful pine forest (ideal for picnics, walks, jogging and in the evening with clubs where you can listen to music and have a drink). within walking distance also the bus stop that takes you directly to the mythical "promenade". In the vicinity (within 500 meters) there is everything you can need during your stay: food, bar, ice cream parlor, pizzerias, supermarket, post office, bank , butcher, tobacconist, bakery, pharmacy, laundry.
