This unique 3 bedroom home in San Clemente is a masterpiece of ocean-inspired design. With wood floors and vaulted ceilings throughout, Seascape flows elegantly around a private pool and spa. Living room, dining room, and master bedroom all open up onto the central patio via paneled glass doors.

On the central patio you will find:

- A private, custom built pool heated to a comfortable 82 degrees. If you prefer a warmer temperature, let us know. Additional heating is available for an additional fee.

- Built in spa for relaxing after a long day of fun

- Outdoor fireplace that adds festive flare to any evening

- Gas and charcoal BBQ’s

- Space for outdoor dining, and more.

Main Living :

This home contains two ultra modern living spaces. The main living room, which opens up onto the patio, boasts the following features:

- Spacious sectional sofa

- 80” HD TV for epic movie or game nights

- Cozy and modern fireplace for memorable evenings around the hearth

- For your comfort central heat and central AC are provided, controlled by a Nest thermostat.


Behind the main living room, the kitchen awaits. Stunning in black and chrome with green tile, the kitchen includes:

- Two sinks

- Dual ovens for easy entertaining

- A generous amount of counter space for preparing evening meals

- Seating for 3 at the kitchen bar for snacking and casual meals

- Booster seat for an infant (not a full size highchair)


- Stunning modern dining room seats 8

- Dining room opens up onto the patio, convenient whether you feel like grilling out, or just want a view of the pool while you dine.

- Adjacent to second living room, so you can easily move between groups of guests.

Second Living room:

The second living room is beside the dining room. This additional living space features:

- Spacious sectional sofa near dining area making entertaining easy

- 65” 4K UHD TV. With two HD TVs in the different living areas you can watch multiple games, shows or movies.

- Second fireplace for evenings by firelight.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

This home has two and a half bathrooms and three bedrooms to sleep a total of 6 guests.

Bedrooms 2 and 3:

- The second bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, dresser, and mirrored closet.

- The third bedroom has two twins which can convert into a single queen bed. This room also has a flat screen TV and dresser.

- We also provide a "pack-n-play" style crib, stored in one of the bedroom closets.

- Double sinks

- Shower/tub combination

Master Suite:

The generously sized master suite is stylish and luxurious, featuring:

- A comfortable king size bed

- Convenient floor length mirror, and desk and chair.

- Private bathroom with double sinks, spacious shower, and flat screen TV.

- Walk in closet for easy unpacking and organization, no matter how much you pack.


Parking is available in the driveway. The garage is not available for parking or for storage.

Electrical Allowance:

**Please note there is a $1,100 utilities allowance for gas and electricity. Utility usage in excess of this amount will be deducted from deposit.**

About the Area:

Located in the exclusive gated community of Cyprus Cove, Seascape is not only modern and luxurious, but also safe and peaceful. While you stay with us you will have access not only to your private pool, but to the Cyprus Cove community pool, tennis courts, and private beach access as well. The private beach has fire pits, a play area for kids, volleyball courts and more.

Please note: This vacation rental is available for monthly rental only.

1. A Monthly rental that is TOT exempt is 31 nights.

2. Mandatory deposit is $5,000.00

3. Mandatory mid-stay cleaning at all properties that are rented out for 4 weeks or more.

4. For your protection, in some circumstances, monthly properties may require a security deposit. Please call us if you have any questions.

Great month in San Clemente

We rented this home for a month with our 2 boy's and enjoyed every day. Elise who manage the property was absolutely amazing. We had a few things going wrong and she was on top on it the same day. The best service we ever had from a rental agency.

It's located in a gated community so the kids can play freely in the street. Being a family who enjoy playing tennis, we appreciated having beautiful clean courts at walking distance.

We had friends over for diner and entertaining in the property was very easy.

We would go back again.
