The highlight of this vacation home is undoubtedly the private custom-built heated pool and jacuzzi, where you can unwind and soak up the California sunshine in style. The outdoor area also features an inviting fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings, as well as a BBQ, ample seating, and comfortable lounge chairs for ultimate relaxation.

Inside, you'll find two living rooms, both adorned with stylish sofas and large smart TVs, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy their favorite shows or movies. The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with two sinks, dual ovens, and ample counter space. The breakfast bar seating makes it ideal for casual dining, and it seamlessly flows into the main living room, creating a welcoming and open atmosphere. As an added bonus, the main living room, dining room, and primary bedroom all open up to the back patio, offering natural light and a delightful view of the pool.

Adjacent to the dining room, you'll find a second living room complete with a cozy fireplace, providing a serene and intimate setting. The guest rooms are equally as inviting, with one featuring a king bed and TV, while the other offers two twin beds and a TV as well. The primary bedroom suite is a true sanctuary, boasting a king-sized bed, a large floor-length mirror, a hidden TV for your entertainment, an office desk and chair, and a luxurious bathroom that will make you feel pampered throughout your stay.

Parking is available in the driveway, ensuring convenience during your time at Seascape. Please note that garage access is not available.

Seascape's prime location in the prestigious Cyprus Cove community grants you exclusive access to a private beach, where you can indulge in sun-kissed relaxation or explore the beauty of the Pacific coastline! You will also have access to the Cyprus Cove Community pool and tennis courts during your stay.

Additional Things to Note:
- Electrical Allowance: There is a $1,100 utility allowance for gas and electricity. Utility usage that exceeds this amount will be deducted from the deposit.
- A Refundable Security Deposit of $5,000 is required for your protection.
- Mid-stay house cleaning is mandatory for rental terms greater than four weeks (additional fee).
- OC Furnished Rentals provides an initial start-up amount of household essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags, etc.) for your convenience. We do not restock these supply levels mid-stay. Thank you for understanding!
