The views are breathtaking right from my wrap around deck which has a Grill, Table and chairs for outdoor dining. This Corner Unit allows tremendous light to flood into the living room's open floor plan. You feel a oneness with Nature as soon as you enter the home!

We had a great few days.

Peter was very easy to work with and the location of his unit is fantastic. We were able to walk a very short distance and just put our skiis on and head down the hill. The house can sleep 8 comfortably and, although we didn't need the second parking spot, it's a nice option for more people.

Great for a Ski Weekend

We stayed for Presidents' Day Weekend 2017. We were 2 families -- 4 adults and 3 kids (all 9 year old boys). The "slopeside" convenience was great, especially because 1 of the adults doesn't ski. That allowed the rest of us to ski throughout the day, and return to the house for lunch. Way more convenient than staying at a house "off site," which we've done before.

The size of the unit was good for us, but I could see it being a little bit cramped as kids get older, or if more kids were added. (We brought a single aerobed to put in the one downstairs bedroom, with other 2 single beds, to have all kids in one room.)

The owner is extremely accommodating and responsive. Thoroughly satisfied with my experience in dealing with him. I give him a 5-star rating.

There are a few reasons why I'm not giving this a 5-star rating, overall. First, although the unit has been updated in some respects (e.g., living room furniture), it is still fairly dated in others. I suspect these units were built sometime in the late 1980s. I don't think the bathrooms have been updated since then (at least not significantly so), and in spite of some newer (but not high end) kitchen appliances, the kitchen still feels dated. All of it is very functional, of course.

Second, I'd suggest trundle beds for the one bedroom with the single beds, to allow more kids to sleep in there. As noted, we had to bring our own aerobed, which I'd prefer not to have to do.

Third, the cable TV is finicky. For some reason, the cable doesn't have access to about 30 stations that are listed on the guide. This wouldn't be a huge deal, but for the fact our 9-year-old boys weren't able to watch the NBA All-Star game on TNT.

On balance, we very much enjoyed our stay, and would seriously consider a return!

Great weekend stay

We loved out stay. Peter's condo offers plenty of space, a fully functional kitchen, a nice fireplace, Wifi and multiple TVs, a great location right by the slopes, and nice amenities in the village (tennis, basketball, pool and hot tub). There are two parking spots for the unit, but they are not right next to the unit, so be prepared to carry your things for a few extra steps or sets of stairs. The slopes are right there, and you can ski right down to the base of the Camelback ski area.
