Great house and location on the River
House had everything needed (except a grill). The pool was the perfect temperature. We had to small 20+ft boats was able to keep one on the lift and then other tied to dock. Also easily able to store two trailers inside garage or a trailer and a car. Owner was responsive to questions we had. Overall great experience.
The property & location was perfect!
The property & location were absolutely perfect for our scalloping trip! We don’t have a skinny water boat so deep water access is a must for us & this couldn’t have been better. The only things the house was lacking in our opinion was a king size bed in the master bedroom and a grill, these were the reasons for a four star rating instead of five. Other than that the home was comfortable and had everything we needed and the shaded dock was great! We had no concerns while we were there.

I'm a 5 star guy and I"m sad when I see 4 Stars...My listing clearly states "Queen bed in Master"...I think you may have assumed grill, and as I said, we tried a grill in the past and someone burnt pool deck wall...NO more grill...I love to grill too! But, I love my home, my wife loves our home too, that burn mark on the wall was a wake up call! I visited my home when you checked out, you and your group are very nice clean people! I was your cleaning lady! You made me happy!

Beautiful home with a clean private pool. Wonderful boat dock on a quiet canal. Everything you need for a great vacation is in this rental.
Family Vacation
I highly recommend staying here. The house was clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to see and do. For our first vacation rental in Florida I feel like we really lucked out when we picked this house.
