Il modo migliore per descrivere Loon 15 è accogliente e intimo ea prezzi ragionevoli Questo piccolo (1200 piedi quadrati) 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni di casa è ugualmente perfetto per una fuga romantica per due, una piccola famiglia con bambini e animali domestici (senza gatti) o tre coppie in un weekend di golf.

Il fiume Deschutes fornisce il contesto per la casa. Il Ponte Cardinale Landing è a pochi passi dal ponte posteriore e vi invita ad attraversare verso la foresta nazionale o passeggiata lungo il fiume sulla pista ciclabile adiacente. I proprietari tirare fuori i loro kayak al ponte dopo un galleggiante piacevole lungo il Deschutes.

In inverno, il camino scoppietta con un fuoco di legna accogliente e la vasca idromassaggio circondata da Beckons neve. Idyllic Setting

The home was nice and cozy and situated in a nice quiet street in Sunriver resort. It had a perfect back deck and hot tub to enjoy as well that was just icing on the cake.

Quiet Location

Overall house was good. Only thing that could have been better we’re new blinds for back slider. Obvious that they had broke several times and could not open blinds without the blind slats falling down.

First trip to Sunriver

Bathrooms/kitchen very clean. Good house. Not as close to the river as listing alluded to. Really dusty bedrooms, lots of cobwebs. Hot tub was only 73 degrees when we showed up and there was dog hair on the floors but we didn’t bring a dog. For that expensive of a cleaning fee would have thought the house to be cleaner upon arrival.

our winter Sunriver escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed to call for kindling and Hot tub maintenance and both times we had quick response. The hot tub repair must have happened when we were out for a walk and unaware that he had come, so we actually called again. He emailed us that it had been taken care of and how to re-set it ourselves. We loved being so close to the river path. Thank You!

We booked excited for a relaxing hot tub/home. Hot tub doesn’t work properly. Older but maintained. Many bugs. Spider in my bed and in the bathroom. I know they can’t ensure no bugs but finding many spiders inside was not fun. Covered in bites. Some from the mosquitoes for sure bring your bug spray! TV wasn’t working my son was able to get it working but many parts were unplugged luckily he was able to fix it. We love Sunriver and come yearly. Wouldn’t book this one again.

Short summer stay

Cute little house by the River. Kitchen was well set up. Enjoyed the location by the River and along the paths. Enjoyed the use of the bikes and hot tub (we had some issues with the hot tub but the property management had someone out there to fix it within 30 minutes after hours).

Perfect for a quick vacation!

House was very clean, furniture in living room and dining room were nice, would have preferred softer beds...emailed manager as hot tub did not heat past 90, but enjoyed our time away anyway! Loved the wildlife around the house: many deer (with babies!), squirrels and a cute little otter in the river.

Excellent stay!

Highly recommend for the price. Quiet, nice neighborhood, easy to get to Mt Bachealor and everything you need immediately within 15 minutes.

Small but nice

I only gave 3 stars because the hot tub was broken and the reason we rented this house was for the hot tub. Ping pong table wasn't use able do to the garage being to small to play in. The house was clean and we did like the large mud room.
