Looking for an outstanding, four season property in Mammoth? You've found it! This is an excellent getaway destination for skiing, fishing, golf, hiking and other outdoor activities. Come home to a freshly painted, newly furnished unit! Enjoy a wonderful night's sleep with high quality linens on the queen bed in the master suite. The master bathroom features double sinks and an over-sized tiled shower. The guest bedroom boasts comfortable twin beds. The guest bath features an extra deep soaking tub. Soft, fluffy towels can be found in both bathrooms. The chef's kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and all the comforts of home. The dining table seats 6 with a view of the golf course and mountains. The gas fireplace provides ambiance as well as warmth. Wall-mounted televisions are in all rooms, with a 46 inch unit in the living room. The living room and outdoor patio overlook the 16th fairway and green of the acclaimed Sierra Star Golf Course. The hot tub is just steps away. Underground heated parking is available for two vehicles. The unit also has washer/dryer, games, puzzles and snow toys. Walk across the street to tee off at Sierra Star. A short walk brings you to Sam's Woodsite for Wineapalooza, Beerapalooza, Bluesapalooza, art shows and much more! Walk to the end of the street for the free shuttle to town, the Village or Mammoth Mountain. Eagle Lodge is a 5 minute (.5 mile) ride up the street with access from there to the entire Mammoth ski area. Groceries, restaurants, movie theaters, shops and churches are all within a mile. The Mammoth Brewing Company is a short walk away. This is a high-end property in a great location!

About Denise Trentham

Bob is a native Californian that enjoyed the eastern Sierras as a youngster with his family. Denise grew up in New Hampshire and has always had a passion for trees, trees, and more trees! Bob retired several years ago after more than 30 years as a firefighter. Denise followed suit a few years later after a three decade career in education. We currently split our time between California and Orange Beach, Alabama.

Why Denise Trentham chose Mammoth Lakes

My husband, Bob, and I have been enjoying the Mammoth Lakes area for many years. With retirement looming, we spent several summers camping in the RV park and making the occasional trip in the winter for skiing. We were blessed to find this beautiful condo that lets us enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer: great golf, fishing, hiking and skiing. This unit is centrally located but feels secluded. With golf and skiing so close, it is the ideal place to enjoy year round. We spend several months each year in the unit and have equipped it unlike the typical rental found in the area. We wanted renters to feel right at home with everything they could possibly want or need during their stay. You will find Italian china, a plethora of cooking utensils, and high end appliances. We supply all linens, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, body lotion, dish soap, dishwashing pods, tp, paper towels and cooking spices. We hope you feel as though your experience is more like visiting a friend's home rather than a standard rental unit.

What makes this condo unique

So close to everything but feels very secluded! The Eagle Lodge is 1/2 mile close. Sam's Woodsite and the Mammoth Mountain Brewery are an easy stroll. Sierra Star Golf Club is a pitching wedge away! The complex has heated underground parking with two spaces per unit, a big plus during the snowy winter months. Ski lockers are provided in the garage to stow gear. The hot tub is just steps from the back door. Part of the 'back yard' is the 16th fairway and green! A great value for an exceptional unit!

Great location

My family spent 5 nights at the condo and really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet location but walking distance to the stores in town. Clean, comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. Great communication with Denise, she checked with us on arrival to ensure everything was satisfactory. Would definitely stay there again.

Super comfortable everything!

Great kitchen. Great bedrooms. Great amenities. Close to everything.

An excellent choice for a peaceful vacation.

The condo was one the nicest places we've rented from VRBO. It was clean, quiet and provided everything we need. Although we were gone most of each day, it was nice to come back to comfortable, well appointed place to relax in the evenings. Although we only used the kitchen to prepare our breakfasts, it had everything anyone would need to prepare full meals.

Thank you for the wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend this condo looking for a great place to vacation.

Very nice!

Excellent communication before we arrived and also during our stay. Well stocked kitchen (including lots of extras that we were not expecting). New appliances. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Within walking distance to many places we wanted to go. As good or better than advertised in every way. No complaints. Will plan to stay again in the future.
