Great home and location

Plenty of room for our mini family reunion. Every one from a 4 year old to the grandpa had a good time.

Perfect location by the bridge!

Perfect location, and gorgeous views. Dated property but worked well for 2 fams with kiddos. Spider webs were all over in random places, place needs a good deep cleaning honestly, they were on lamps, shades, windows etc.

Pleasantly surprised!

With three couples and four teen boys, we fit in the home perfectly! The bunk room was a bit small (for 4 tall young men), but that just made the boys hang out with us more! A win in our book. They enjoyed the TV room the most while we adults absolutely LOVED the other living room with the view and outside deck and hot tub. The view really makes the place special! Loved that we all fit around the dining table with extra chairs from the closet as well. We're planning to book a longer stay for next summer!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at 6 Loon, perfect size for 10 people. The location was perfect, loved the view of the Deschutes! I would recommend that the kitchen be better stocked with items. Very little dish soap, no aluminum foil or ziplock bags, no cookie sheets, maybe some small plastic cups for kids, lots of storage lids but no containers. Other than that a great house.

Needs work

We had fun in-spite of the many short coming. The family room fire is outright dangerous. All the fire brick are cracked or crumbled. Both fireplaces were unusable. I piece of furniture in the bunk room had very dangerous and exposed nails and broken wood. The house needs love. We had a great time because of the location.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed a long weekend away with family! The view from the house was beautiful. Loved having easy access to the walking trails and the river right behind us. Home was equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing time away!

Great site; discrepency between Home Away and realtors that actually managed this site.

We loved this property, and it worked so well for our family gathering. Kitchen was well-stocked, views/location were prime in Sunriver. The HomeAway site included passes to pool, etc, but those ended up not available after all, so it ended up being more costly than we had planned. It would be good to advertise that, if you rent this, you will actually go through a realtor and pay extra fees. Beware!
