Please come and enjoy our home while you stay in Sunriver. Relax and enjoy the recent updates to this home that include newer carpet, slab granite countertops, a gas fireplace, new furnishings, and three flat screen TVs, don't forget to bring your favorite Blu-rays and DVDs. The Blu-ray player in the upstairs family room. Wireless internet included as well.

Have a BBQ with your family on the back deck, or enjoy the afternoon sun on the front deck. Take a dip in the hot tub to cap off the night while the kids play foosball, or air hockey.

There are three bed rooms on the first floor, one with a king size bed, and two with queens. The two upstairs bedrooms feature pyramid style bunk beds with an additional pull out sofa sleeper upstairs as well. Please note that the maximum occupancy for our home is 12, that is including all members of your party.

Home also includes use of seven bikes, three adult beach cruisers, one adult mountain bike, two children's BMX bikes, and one preschool size dirt bike, for riding the Sunriver paths.

VRBO/Homeaway is the only place advertise our home, please watch out for scammers on sites like Craigslist.

We are a family that has fallen in love with Central Oregon and Sunriver! We have been visiting the region for years and decided that the time was right for us to buy our own place. Sunriver has so much to offer for a young and active family like ours that it makes it the perfect place for us enjoy and explore all that Central Oregon has to offer.

Why Jonathan Scheirman chose Sunriver

We had looked at several properties in Sunriver and then we found this house. It needed some work, but the layout was just what we were looking for. We wanted a house that was not so big that you would get lost in it and never be able to find any of your family to spend time with them, but one that had ample space and a layout to accommodate different activities. We wanted a home that we could have room to grow into and still be able to have friends and family join us as we vacation. I believe we have found that house, and we hope you feel the same too.

Stay was okay but several things made the stay less than perfect.

1.House was very dusty inside. One young adult has an allergy to dust mites and came down with a rash all over his body.

2. Spare propane bottle in shed was empty.

3. Pedestal fan upstairs had a broken shroud so it could not be used.

4. Toaster oven okay but a toaster would have been better.

5. No coffee filters - screen filter does not work as good.

6. No storage for week's food. Two small shelves only. Had pile on floor and dinning table.

7. One a half rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for 10 people for 5 days?

8. Kitchen items broken or missing parts. Large plastic salad bowl with burnt hole, missing coffee pot lid missing.

Hard pressed to call upstairs rooms, bedrooms. No light switches on walls. Have turn to on and off from wall lights. No outlets in one room. On hottest days, to hot to sleep in the upstairs rooms even leaving windows open. For three nights people had to sleep on front porch. Too few fans for the house. Almost no TV stations, no movie channels couple news channels lots of music stations. Even free on demand stations were locked out.

My family and I have stayed at Sun River a number of times. No matter who we rented from I could not find fault with any place we stayed. This time I wanted to get a larger home with more room away from some of the more crowded areas and pay more for it. The house did have more room and was in a good area but I think next year I will go back to another rental company.

Owner's Response: Sorry to hear our home did not meet your needs. The reserve propane bottle being empty and low amount of toilet paper were misses on our part, but we do provide our house keeping company's number as well as our own and encourage people to call with questions or things that need to be addressed. Our home does not have A/C, we do not advertise that is does and there are very few of the older homes in SR that do. Typically it cools off quickly in the evenings and opening up the windows helps cool the house. Sorry that this was not the case for your stay. We do have very limited cable and advertise as such, the draw of Sunriver is getting out doors and enjoying all that Central Oregon has to offer. We did block the On Demand access due to people ordering Pay Per View and being stuck with the bill a month later when the cable bill arrived. We have replaced the broken fan, we love taking care of our home and fixing what needs to be fixed, we just need to know that there is an issue and as stated above, encourage people who stay in our home to let us know of things that need to be addressed.

Needs some updating.

There was a good amount of room for our large family trip. However a lot of the house needed updating and only half of the jets in the hot tub worked even after the hot tub repair man came out to fix it. The middle shelf in the fridge was totally blown out so we ended up using a cooler for most of our perishables. The 8 passes to the sharc were great our family loved it! Beds were very comfortable! Thank you!

Amazing, relaxing, fun! We wish we had more time there is much to do! We will be back

The property was welcoming as were the neighbors! The property was mostly clean and had most everything we needed. There were a few things we wished were stocked such as coffee! Overall it was amazing!

We had a short, but very nice stay. We had room for everyone and everything we needed. Our only problem was the code for the house, but the owner answered my phone call and we were able to get in.

Property was clean and beds a little hard for my taste. Could use a little updating. Plenty of space

Thank you for a great Spring Break Week and my son's 15th birtbday with friends. They loved having the whole upstairs to themselves. The house was a little smaller than I thought, but there was plenty of room for all 12 of us. Could use a little more updating in the kitchen and would have liked to have had hdmi in the living room tv. Everything worked great and will come again. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home.
