Thank you for your wonderful review and for choosing to celebrate such a special milestone with us! Congratulations on your 50th anniversary—we're honored that Sunset Lodging could be a small part of such a memorable family celebration. We're delighted to hear that the home's location, spacious layout, and large deck continue to make it a perfect fit for your family. It's also wonderful to know our team was able to quickly assist with the window blind during your stay and that you enjoyed the improvements to the hot tub maintenance as we do have a new hot tubs manager! Thank you as well for your helpful feedback regarding the stairway windows. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention and will share it with our housekeeping team. We truly appreciate your continued trust in Sunset Lodging, and knowing you'll be returning in 2027 is the greatest compliment we could receive. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back to Sunriver to create even more wonderful memories!

Thank you Kathy for the feedback. Please know that our office and the hot tub company are available 24/7. The hot tub tech would have gladly come out to show you how to properly prime the pump for this hot tub for your enjoyment. We always want your stay to be a memorable one.

Thank you for the feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. We do not leave open condiments in homes for safety reasons. Sounds like we may have fallen short on the standard we keep our homes. We will definitely pass this information along to the proper personnel. We are available 24/7 for all of your needs and concerns and we always would like the opportunity to address these so your stay can be a great one.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the home's location and layout and that your family was able to have a wonderful week together in Sunriver. We're also glad the bikes, ping-pong table, foosball table, and visits from the local deer added to your experience, and we're happy to hear that the pet-friendly accommodations were appreciated. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness and maintenance concerns you encountered during your stay. Providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests is extremely important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Your comments regarding the deck, hot tub area, barbecue, windows, bathroom fixtures, and overall housekeeping will be shared with our team and the homeowner for review. We're especially sorry to hear that one of your little ones was stung by a wasp. Thank you again for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. We truly appreciate it, and we're grateful that, despite these concerns, your family was still able to enjoy time together and create special memories in Sunriver. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. ❤️

Hi Shauna We are so happy that Modoc worked well for your stay and glad the hot tub company could help with the tub. Thank you for the review and we look forward to helping again next year!

Hi William! Thank you for your review! We are glad that our maintenance team could assist you with any issues you experienced in the home. We do try to limit spices and stuff left in homes as we cannot control the experience that it has been thru. For example, we dont know where it came from or if the spice in it is strictly what is labeled. It is a safety and sanitary measure. We try to keep our guests as safe as possible while they visit us. We look forward to helping you again in the future and appreciate your continued patronage!

Thank you for your feedback. We will pass the information along to the proper departments. We are glad that overall you did enjoy your stay.

Thank you for the honest feedback. We have forwarded your feedback to the hot tub company and other departments. We more thank you for recognizing the positives of your stay and how our team responded. We always want our guests to have the best experiences. We can't wait for your visit next summer.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for your valuable feedback. We have sent the feedback to the proper departments so that they may be address. We sincerely apologize that your check in experience was not ideal and that the home was not ready by 4 pm. Although we strive to have all our units ready by 4 pm, there are occasions when we run late during the busy season (as noted in our contracts). We would more than agree that communication is the key and we will ensure that all of our staff members are made aware to communicate delays to the front office so that guests can be notified.

Come visit us again soon.

We look forward to your next visit.
