Perched atop a picturesque hill, our house boasts breathtaking views and is surrounded by 50 acres of fenced land. Your exclusive garden provides a peaceful retreat, ensuring a safe and serene environment during your stay.

We are passionate about sharing the rich history, beautiful art and traditions of our region with our guests. In November and December the olives are harvested: you can see how our organic extra virgin olive oil is made.

Rates include: wifi in the house, private parking, electricity, water, gas for cooking, linen change every week and final cleaning.
Rates do not included: Heating that you need from October to April . The cost is at consumption Euro 5,00 per cubic meter LPG to be paid on departure.
Not included is the Tourism tax , 2,00 Euros each adult, each day , only for the first 7 days and for boys and girls from 14 years old.

The Podere Tegline is an 'organic farm that produces wine, extra virgin olive oi on a beautiful hill of Chianti. You can also taste honey, milk, cheese and goat cheese. It has a farmhouse with four apartments that can accommodate up to 11 adults plus children under 12 years. In the midst of Tuscan vineyards overlooking the lake, rooms and bathrooms with all the comforts and original antique furniture, living rooms and kitchens ready to use with tended gardens. Barbeque, sun terrace overlooking the lake, half an hour from Florence and Siena. Wifi internet throughout the house. Wine tasting and cooking class.

A paradise

Beautiful ancient stone house with large, well equipped apartments. Wonderful surrounding (vineyards, woods, a pond etc.). Extremely kind and friendly owners. Close to several small towns of Chianti. About an hour from Florence and Siena. What more to say? Just: a paradise!

CHARMING RUSTIC FARMHOUSE

Had such a wonderful experience staying at this charming rustic farmhouse. Simonetta and Giovani could not be more gracious and welcoming! They are there to meet and welcome you upon your arrival (with delicious homemade and fresh out of the oven cake) completely available to you throughout your adventure and there to send you off when it is time to leave. They are extremely knowledgeable and there to guide you throughout your stay with where to go and what to do. Farmhouse is very clean and has everything you could need. It is tucked away just enough to feel secluded, yet conveniently located for day trips to all the surrounding areas. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. Would be absolutely perfect for groups and families.

Beautiful farmhouse with generous & gracious hosts

My family and I stayed in the charming and historically rich Tegline farmhouse in June of 2017 . Our apartment was very clean and hospitable--with great views and a stunning hearth that dates back to the Roman Empire. Our hosts, Simonetta, Giovani, and their three children, we're incredibly gracious and helpful. They invited us for a home cooked traditional Tuscan dinner with the other guests and also provided tremendous help in providing local history and recommendations for places to eat or visit. They were, easily, the most helpful hosts that I've met to date. The location, as well, is tremendous. The vineyard and farmhouse are tucked away in the hills in a tiny town called Lucarelli--which is conveniently located in the heart of Tuscany and less than an hours drive from Florence and Sienna. If your not looking to city hop you'll still find plenty of shopping, dining, wine tasting, and photo opportunities in Chianti and Lucarelli. I highly recommend staying at the Tegline farmhouse if you plan to visit Tuscany. Indeed, we were sad to leave and hope to return again soon.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. C'est un endroit idéal pour se reposer en famille, se baigner dans le lac, admirer le coucher de soleil de votre terrasse privée et visiter la région grâce à sa situation très centrale. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement, avons appris à faire de délicieuses pâtes avec Simonetta et profité de tous ses conseils pour les animations et visites. Ma fille rêve d'y retourner et nous aussi, c'est prévu !
