'14 STEPS' A Great Family Getaway!!

Come and stay in this well equipped Seagrove Resort. This stunning unit is located on the 1st floor and will give you quick access to the boardwalk from your own patio. This astounding unit offers a little over 1,900 square feet and has all the amenities of home. The unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (Jacuzzi in Master) with a patio off the living room and master suite. The open kitchen includes a breakfast bar, side by side refrigerator, cook top stove/microwave and has an ample supply of everything you need to prepare a meal. Your family can gather together in the large living room with 2 sofas for your comfort. With a full size washer and dryer and all towels and linens provided, you can prepare to pack light.
I have been staying on 30-A for 20 plus years and I believe Sago Sands is in the perfect spot. It is centrally located on 30-A and allows you to go anywhere very easily and very quickly. To the east (toward Panama City), there are great restaurants, shopping, and golf just to name a few. Neighborhoods such as Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are great places to visit and spend time seeing the sights. If you are a shopper, then Pier Park is less than 20 minutes away. If deep-sea fishing has your heart, than the Panama City fleet is about 30 minutes away. Lastly, if you are a golfer, try Camp Creek which is 10 minutes down the road. Now, to the west, you can get lost in a world of things to do. Of course, to the west, less than 1 mile is the world famous Seaside. Take the kids there on a Friday night for a movie or go sit at the bar at Bud and Alleys; if you do, tell Mo the bartender to make you a 30-A Bloody Mary! Also to the east, you will find the commuity of WaterColor which is great for bike riding. Continung West, you go through Grayton Beach, home to the World Famous Red Bar. Into Destin, you will find great shopping (Silver Sands outlet and Destin Commons), tough golf courses (SanDestin's Raven and Kelly Planatation), and fishing out of Destin Harbour.
Sago Sands 101 is the perfect beach condo. It has plenty of room for the family to spread out and a big kitchen to cook together. It is essentially right on the beach which allows Mom to sit on the patio and watch the kids down on the beach. Dad will like this condo because he can watch sports on the big screen TV while watching the boats go by in the blue sea. If is just you and your special one, Sago Sands 101 is a great place as well. Early in the morning, the two of you can go for a walk on the beach and then spend the day walking back and forth between the pool and the beach. In the afternoon, both of you can sit on the patio watchkng the waves and have a glass of wine. Lastly, once the sun goes down, relax on the patio, and listen to the waves crash down and feel the cool breeze!
We are the closest 3 bedroom condo to the beach in Seagrove Beach, closer than the Legacy, Grand Playa, Emerald Hill, Beachside Villa, and Dune Villa. As I said earlier, I have visited and owned property all up and down 30-A for 20 years. Sago Sands 101 is my dream come true. Once you stay with us, you will understand why.

Can’t say enough wonderful things! We had a great week at Sago Sands! Jay was awesome with communication and very helpful as this was our first trip to 30A. The condo was perfect for our family- my parents in their 70s, my kids 9&6, and my husband and I all enjoyed ourselves. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our stay! We liked having the ground unit to run back and forth from the beach with children. We also enjoyed having a small grass area in front of the unit for the kids to play. The condo was clean, well decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. We were also close to the grocery store and walking distance to some shops and restaurants.

Great location, steps from the beach! Photos are a good representation of actual condo. Low density building makes for less crowded beach. Quiet except for trash days, which occurred 3 times in the week, ranging from 4:45 a.m.-7:00 a.m. on the opposite wall of the bedroom with 2 full size beds. We all agreed we would stay in this unit again. Jay was easy to work with.

Great family vacation experience

I stayed here for a family vacation with my husband, our one year old, and my in laws for a week, and it was perfect! We had more than enough space for the 5 of us, and it had everything we needed for the week. The proximity to the beach was incredible, especially with a small child. It was easy to go back as needed for food/drinks and his nap time. We used the beach rentals that were recommended, and it was so convenient to have our umbrellas and chairs ready for us each day. The condo had plenty of extra beach chairs to use and some boogie boards we enjoyed also. We used the pool one day too and had it to ourselves. Jay was great with communication and checked in on us a few times throughout our stay. He was easy to get ahold of the couple of times we needed him. I would highly recommend staying here! We plan to visit again in the future

Amazing view and super convenient!

Sago Sands 101 exceeded our expectations! The online photos don’t do it justice. This was an anniversary/family trip with 10 people ranging in age from 4 months to 55, and everyone was thrilled with the condo. The view was spectacular. We ate several meals from the back patio overlooking the ocean. It was SO convenient to quickly go back and forth to the beach throughout the day without having to pack up our beach chairs/toys until nightfall. The unit is practically soundproof. We never heard any noise from the kid’s bedroom at night, nor the neighbors. It was more spacious than anticipated, which was great. We never felt crowded (what little time we were actually inside). Everything looked new and clean. The owner communicated with us regularly and quickly answered any random questions. It was absolutely perfect for our family. We didn’t want to leave.

Fantastic and easy!

Jay was fantastic at checking in and making sure we had what we needed and he gave us lots of good recommendations! The view is amazing, and we didn’t even have to wear shoes to walk down to the beach so easy and relaxing! The area is perfect, super close to seaside where we ate dinner most nights! We rode bikes and our teens loved trying all the different food options from food trucks and going shopping! There’s bikes to rent right across the street! The place was decorated so cute! Lots of furniture, I think it could be arranged better for everyone to view tv, but it was comfy and plenty of room! We are planning to come back soon! You just don’t get a better view with such an easy access to the beach! The big patio was awesome! Thanks Jay!

This was a perfect location. Close to everything! The condo was very clean and well equipped and we had plenty of room for our family. Why they chose this property

I began visiting the Beaches of 30-A in my early 20s. My family has owned property down here for many years. So I know this area very well. WHY THIS UNIT?? Simply put, I believe Sago Sands is the perfect unit. It is a great family location with all the amenities. As the name states, you are just steps away from the white sands of the Gulf. Have a kid who doesnt like sand?; that's ok to because we have a pool as well. The unit is in the heart of everything; Seaside and Watercolor are just a mile away. All the great restaurants are within a few miles. There is a bike rental shop across the street.

What makes this property unique

Unique BENEFITS??? Well, it bears repeating, but Sago Sands 101 is simply in the heart of everything. It is ideally located allowing you to go east or west. To the east are great communties like Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. These areas are great for shopping, dining, and bike riding. To the west, there is the World-Famous Seaside. This is a great place to spend family time! Also to the west, is WaterColor. WaterColor is a great place to YOLO Board; everybody needs to try YOLOING at least once. I believe Sands 101 is very unique for the following reasons; large open floor plan, sleeps 12, steps to the beach, patio literally sits on the beach, 1 mile to Seaside, 30 minutes to shopping, golfing, and fishing, and some of the best restaurants you will ever visit! ENJOY!!
