Great location. Close to shopping, many golf courses, and entertainment including Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater. Lots of museums and art galleries. Also close to Zion National Park with hiking trails, mountain biking, rock climbing. Day trips to Kolob Canyon, Canyonlands, Red Cliffs National Park. 40 Minutes to Mesquite, Nevada. And 2 hours from Las Vegas, Nevada. Great for a weekend getaway. An hour and twenty minutes to Brian Head Ski Resort.
We were both born and raised in Northern Utah where we currently reside. However, we LOVE the redrock country of Southern Utah and send time there as often as we can.

We are golfers and there are several fantastic golf courses near our St. George property. We also love to spend time in Zion National Park
The property is 35 miles from Mesquite Nevada - where we find casinos, entertainment, fine dining and more golf courses.
The condo was clean, adequately supplied, and quite-comfortably appointed. It is located among quiet neighbors in a small court of condos in an older area of mostly single-family residences. We walked to Old Town once, but drove across St. George for everything else. This was our first visit to Utah, and our focus was on visiting Zion Canyon and Bryce Canyon National Parks. It was a bit of a drive from St. George to the Parks. We did enjoy exploring Snow Canyon and Kayente, which were within a 20-minute drive of the condo. We appreciate being able to return to the comfortable condo after our daily adventures.
This review comes with a caution and suggestion. We rented this town house for two weeks and upon arrival we found everything in order.The house was tastefully decorated and bright. The carpeting ,however, was soiled and looked as though it had not been shampooed in quite a long time. There were three small inexpensive pieces used in high traffic areas and one in front of the sink. None were clean and the one in front of the sink was peeling rubber on its bottom. We decided not to complain[BIG MISTAKE] so as not to offend the owner. After all, we were only going to be there two weeks. When we left we put out the garbage ,ran the dish washer,wiped the counters ,and piled the soiled towels in the bathroom. We wiped the stove and noticed that two of the trays under the burners had some spillage that could occur in any kitchen . No damage was done to the burners and the cleaning person could easily take them out and wash them. After all, we paid two weeks rent,all taxes,cleaning fee and deposit before we arrived. Two days after arriving home we received an email from the owner accusing us of having soiled the carpet and told us our deposit would not be returned. We do not care about the deposit. At this point we would not accept the money if it was returned. The loss is less important than the offense of being accused of something we had nothing to do with. The owner did not answer our emails adding more to the feeling of "being had". She did not contact her next door neighbor for her opinion, as we suggested ,since we had had the woman over for dinner the night before we left and could comment on the condition of the house. We do not smoke, we do not have a pet,we do not party and keep a very clean house. Why did the cleaning person overreact ? My feeling is that she was used to short stays and having to do one cleaning in two weeks did not sit well with her. Why didn't the owner call us and discuss the situation? We are reasonable people but not likely to be passive when treated unjustly. The lesson is : If you see something wrong call the owner right away.This goes for any rental or hotel. We have traveled all over Europe and the U.S. and this is the FIRST time we have had a problem, so it may be unique. But be aware. Despite the unfair and insulting treatment we have good memories of St George and the many people we met. If we ever return to St George will have no problem choosing one of many properties for rent. We cannot recommend this property!
