Ranch style open floor plan home on 1/3 acre lot...lots of great outdoor space. Pool, spa, outdoor gazebo with lots of seating and outdoor dining areas. Also has a fire pit area. The sand volleyball court is usually a hit with families with kids. The access to the patio from the great room makes it really easy to stay involved with family and friends while prepping and cooking meals. It's just easy!
If you are a golfer, the Las Vegas 'Muni' golf course is less than 1/2 mile away.

About Douglas Graff
I am a displaced mid-western farm boy. After living in San Francisco for 8 years, I moved to Vegas to slow down a bit and bought this house. I did a lot of remodeling and updating...including 100% desert landscaping and solar pool heating. When I outgrew the space I just couldn't part with the house and started vacation renting it in June of 2014. I didn't like the level of service the management company was providing so I took it back and am now managing it myself. I look forward to meeting my guests. I am a licensed real estate broker/salesperson in the state of Nevada.

I call it easy living. I've updated all of the appliances, took down a wall to open the space up and made great improvements in the back yard. The orange turf is actually the same turf used when the Wynn opened to advertise Avenue Q! It's fun and a great way to conserve our precious water in the desert.
What makes this House unique
My house was always the social house. My friends found it very easy to get to from all over the valley. Fremont street is 4.1 miles and I can get to Caesar's Palace in about 15 minutes...I'll share the back street tricks to save you a bunch of time. We had a great time staying at Doug’s house everything was perfect the layout was wonderful the outside area while can’t say enough everything was just could’ve been better it was so nice to have a quiet relaxing place at night after you get off the crazy busy strip of Las Vegas all the craziness that goes with Vegas. We hope to definitely come back again and stay the same house stuck you were very helpful as well as Charlie when we came in late and took us to the grocery that was so so sweet of him again just had a fabulous time
We had a great experience with our stay in Las Vegas. Doug was very prompt and attentive to all of our needs and the house was exactly what we hoped and expected it to be. I highly recommend staying here.
I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay close to the strip or Fremont Street. Doug was there to greet us upon arrival and was so nice! The house is great and has absolutely everything we needed. Doug has truly thought of everything! And the outdoor area was amazing with the pool, hot tub, firepit, volleyball court, and sitting area. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town.
nice place and nice location
Plenty of space for our party of 6. Doug met us at the house and walked us through a couple of items that went with his rental. Loved the location as it was close enough to the strip. Doug has done a nice job in creating a place that is comfortable to hang out at. The beds were comfortable, lots of locations for peace and quite. appreciate Doug very much and definitely would rent again from him.
Attention to detail!!
It was obvious from the get-go that Doug takes pride in preparation for his guests. The property was immaculate and provided for all essentials needed...and then some! Doug took time upon check-in to review a completed checklist and thoroughly explain the property. My wife and I are gracious for the hospitality shown throughout. The property is a great location. Minutes away from various spots for shopping, exercise, and entertainment. It's a short 10 minute drive downtown and 15 minutes to the strip. We definitely will be returning in the future! Pictures are a good representation of the home. Nice and renovated. Easy to get to. Kitchen is much better stocked than most VRBO's. We cooked most nights. Typical 3/2 in Vegas with big master bedroom and big bath (this one was ginormous) and other two bedrooms much smaller but still had queen beds and a dresser and nitestand. Lots of towels and supplies. Outdoor space is lovely; large, comfortable, pretty and peaceful. Douglas loaned us his garage door clicker, nice touch! He is helpful and accommodating. Thanks Doug! We mostly drove to the strip VS Urber ($20) and parking is cheap at the hotels we parked at. Nice comfortable home and next time we do a family get together in Vegas will will stay at same place.
