Why Gayle White chose Central/Disney/Orlando Area

This townhome is a special home as it is as close to the lake as you can be. It features great lighting and spacious rooms. Much bigger than you would expect as the entire 2nd floor is a very large bedroom. The bedroom can be divided with a screen to create privacy should you have concerns about sharing a bedroom. I like that it has a half bath on the first floor and full bath upstairs. There is a walk-in closet and updated kitchen. Overall the townhome has become a favorite of couples and business travelers. The location is wonderful. I hope you'll visit and see for yourself!

What makes this townhome unique

Sitting on the patio watching the Blue Herons and Igrets (Florida birds) and feeling fresh breezes from the lake is how I like to spend mornings at the townhome. The lake forms swirling columns of steam after a hot day and cool night that is just fascinating to watch. The sunsets are spectacular and seeing Disney fireworks reflect in the lake after dark is amazing. The home feels very private and welcoming.

Our 2017 Orlando Holiday

  • 4 of 5

Having never been to Orlando, Florida we really didn't know what to expect. Heat and humidity? Definitely. Lots of rain? For sure, but only for brief periods of time. Lots of people? Well, of course if you have plans to visit any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Expensive? Expect to put out when paying for just about anything. But all-in-all, we had a very nice week-long vacation. Our townhouse at Sand Lake Village on Turkey Lake Road was a home away from home for us. Just the right size for the two of us. Grocery store prices are similar to those we have in California. The people we found to be very nice, and helpful, in Orlando. We had a good time, but are glad to be back home.

Excellent location and very comfortable place to stay

  • 5 of 5

We stayed 3 nights and visited 3 Disney parks. the drive to these parks was super close and Gayle even made a cheat sheet to avoid traffic and get to the parks faster. The actual unit was cute and small, perfectly fits 5 people. The beds were comfy and great for a good nights rest after a long day at the park. on our last night we did not have the energy to stay at the park to watch the fireworks, but just as Gayle said, from her lake we had a great view of the fireworks so it felt like we didn't miss a thing.

All in all my family and I will definitely book another stay at her property. We were very pleased with it as well as with Gayle's attention to our needs and concerns.

Nice condo, convenient location

  • 4 of 5

I had a great stay here -- the beds were very comfortable, the condo was fully equipped with all that was needed for my stay. I was attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center for this trip and this was a convenient location to the convention center. While it is not walking distance, it as only a ~10 minute drive. I didn't get a rental car but I used Uber and it was about $6 each way to go to the convention center. There was also Uber eats available for some really good food options.

Relaxing Getaway...

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from a week long stay at this town home in Orlando. I only ask that a place is clean and safe and has a comfortable bed and a good shower. This place has all that and more. The location is convenient for visits to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Disney. It is quiet, even though it is very close to I-4. It was nice not to have to deal with kids on spring break. The small patio in the back is a relaxing spot to view the lake and the sunset. It is small, but I loved having the bedroom on the 2nd floor. It was nice having a little kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, there is a good restaurant right next door. Gayle was great to deal with and the check-in process was so simple. I will definitely be going back!!!
