Please note that if you or your group are looking for multiple houses within Palm Springs, that I have three similar homes in central Palm Springs of of Sunrise that are very similar to this listing and all houses are within the same neighborhood with two of them being side by side and the third house just around the corner from the two houses that are adjacent to each other. In addition, I then have two listings on the Tahquitz legends golf course. Also note that the gas fee is not charged during the summer months of June/July/August and begins on September 15. The summer months however do incur a utility charge of $50/day up to a maximum weekly amount of $150 to offset Southern California Edison's electrical base increase during the summer months, so any inquires of dates during that time frame will show the gas fee/utility fee in the quote, but it may not be accurate when pricing or obtaining an online rental quote.. Should you elect or want to reserve/book online and do so during the summer months, the gas fee/utility fee will be charged. Further, also note that the gas/utilty fee unfortunately can not be calculated as a daily rate during the winter/summer months and will only show as a $50 daily charge, so any vacation request during the winter and or summer months will have the gas/utilty fee charged accordingly up to the maximum weekly fee. So please again note that when figuring out your rental rate as the rate will more than likely be a bit higher to account for the added gas usage charges up to the maximum amount on a weekly or daily basis. Should you elect or want to reserve/book online the correct gas fee will then be calculated by me based on days and or weeks the property is rented and charged accordingly. Again, I will edit your rental request as necessary for the gas fees and then send you an updated quote to rent the house for the correct amount.

Please also note that their is an administration fee for all credit card transactions and you can view those fees on my rental contract that is uploaded to this listing. To view the rental agreement you will need to download the rental agreement as you try to book the property online on the payment page. The contract will then download to your computer for review and you can review terms of the agreement. So, if you reserve online, you will need to book the house via credit card for the security deposit and then by e/check to avoid any fees for rental payment by credit card

A beautiful get-away home on a large 16,000 plus sq ft lot with beautiful mountain views and desert landscaping throughout. Located in central Palm Springs, this modern 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1666 sq ft ranch style house is a quiet retreat ideal for rest, relaxation or a group retreat with the idea of resting at the house during your stay. With one large living rooms inside the home you will find ample seating for everyone or go outside and relax by the pool in one of the numerous chaise lounges or deep seating collections under one of the three lanai's or relax in the attached spa while you gaze at the serenity of the property and sunsets at night. The backyard features a newly constructed outside entertainment area, featuring a beautiful fireplace, fire pit and a custom outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ, refrigerator and sink. Additionally the outdoor kitchen features a 55” flat screen TV under the lanai, one 40' TV adjacent to the covered patio above the fireplace and then another 40' Flat screen TV under the attached patio cover near the kitchen al for further outdoor entertainment/viewing of your favorite sport teams, or simply sitting and enjoying music and or television while outside. All TV’s are set-up with Direct TV, so you will have many viewing options to choose. The main patio cover with the BBQ and sink also features two outdoor heaters for the cooler months which will enable you to enjoy your time outside late into the evening.

This 4 bedroom home is beautifully furnished with a large living area with custom built in cabinets with a large flat screen 55' TV. The user-friendly kitchen includes all modern appliances and is well stocked with glass, dining, and cookware. Sliding glass doors lead to the large private backyard and pool area. The outdoor dining area is covered with a lanai with two ceiling fans and light along with a 40' gas Lyon professional BBQ. All covered as well under the lanai and includes one small refrigerator, and looks across the pool, nearest to the tanning shelf which makes the backyard perfect for game play or lounging for all guest at the house. Complete outdoor privacy provides the opportunity for swimming and sunning for those who choose. Inside the house, air-conditioning and ceiling fans allow for complete interior comfort, day or night. High Speed Wireless Internet is included. For our guest’s added convenience, there is a washer/dryer located in the garage for use during your stay. The home features a two-car garage as well for those wishing to park their cars inside.

The large master suite has a Cal King bed, along with its own bathroom with vanity bath and Dual head walk in shower. There is a French sliding door that leads out from the bedroom to a covered lanai with seating area to enjoy the pool and spa or to gaze at the mountains. The house features two bedrooms with a queen bed with comfortable furnishings. The last bedroom is slightly smaller and is adjacent to the master bedroom and features a full size bed with a dresser along with a closet for storage of any clothing. Although this room is small it is a very functional room with ample lighting, ceiling fan and IPOD/IPHONE docking station with an alarm clock. All four bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions with Direct TV satellite service. Total house can sleep eight people very comfortably and up to ten with the queen flotation mattress or the couch in the living room. Perfect house for friends, three-four couples or a large family. Close to (within a mile) the downtown shopping strip, The Aerial Tramway, World Gym, The Riviera Club, three shopping malls, excellent restaurants, medical facilities, spa locations, worship centers, award-winning golf courses and several casinos. The residence is non-smoking, although smoking is permitted, outside. All linens are provided, along with bath towels and includes swim towels as well. Families with infants and or children of all ages are welcome, however, the pool area is not fenced, so we discourage unattended toddlers and younger children swimming or to be unattended at anytime while in the backyard near or around the pool. Well behaved dogs are also welcome.

We cherish our escapes to our own desert getaway, as we always have valuable rest and memorable fun. Please come experience this house as we’re sure you’ll enjoy it as much as we do

Great House

Overall the experience was great! The house was nice and the backyard was incredible!!

The owner and property manager were absolutely great to work with.

The downside was the housekeeper did not do a good job of cleaning after the prior guests. The refrigerator was dirty inside and the kitchen trash can was filthy under the lid. The sheets on the bed in the master appeared to not have been changed. They were wrinkled as if they had been slept on and there was a hair in the middle of the bed when I pulled the comforter back.

Thankfully I travel with my own sheets and pillow or I would've had to wash them.

She also didn't put paper towels and tissue in the bathrooms as was indicated.

She also did not set the alarm so as we were following the instructions to disarm upon arrival, we ran the risk of setting off the alarm and being charged a fee for the activation. We figured out it within the 60 seconds allotted and everything was ok.

There was a set of keys missing as well as the garage door opener but we made sure to let Matt (he manages the property) know so we wouldn't be charged.

Because the cleanliness is a big issue, if the owner changes the cleaning crew this would be 5 star stay!

Amazing house in a great location - definitely recommend

Our group had a great stay in this house - the outdoor space is amazing, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. There were a few hiccups (there weren't enough towels, and there were a few common household items like kitchen towels and a potholder that we couldn't find), but otherwise the house was well equipped. We were able to work around some of the missing items by washing the beach and bath towels that we did have halfway through the weekend, but we did end up having to buy some other items like a pot holder and trash bags. Gunnar, the house owner, was very thorough in his instructions for how to enter the house and laid out the ground rules for rentals in Palm Springs clearly, and he left great directions for how to use all of the amenities. The house manager was also friendly and made it clear that he was available to help in the event that anything went wrong. I just wish that we could have stayed in Palm Springs longer to take better advantage of all the amenities the house had to offer!!

Love, love, love this house! Beautiful backyard oasis and pics do not do it justice. Gorgeous interior and management company is great to work with! Would definitely rent here again.

Better than you could ever imagine!

Absolutely tremendous house. Upscale, clean, extremely spacious, amazing amenities. Pictures honestly do not do this place justice. We mainly contacted Gunnar through email, and he was very detailed and cooperative from the time of booking and up to our stay, answering any questions we had almost immediately. Neighbors were respectful, and check-in at the house with was a breeze with James. Definitely will be booking this quiet hidden gem again!

Please contact owner for exact rates for each rental. Please not that special event pricing may include 3 or up to 7 day minimum rental reservation days to reserve the house. Gas use fees are $50/day up to $300 week from mid Sept through the end of May and will show up on your quote for the months of June/July/August and through the middle of September, however the money will not be charged or billed to you by Landlord. Also, during the summer months, please note that $50/day utility fee up to a maximum of $150 for a weekly rental. So please note when using the quote system as rates may not be accurate. During 4-day rentals during the late fall and early winter months gas charges will be the weekly rate of $300 due to the depth of the pool and the amount of gas required to heat up for your stay. Also note that monthly rates do not include utility fees which will be billed or quoted separately to renter.
