The accommodations in the house are 'turn key' (you just need to show up); maid to do dishes, maid to wash your clothes, house manager to run errands. Casa Blanca has a large private swimming pool and roof top deck overlooking the ocean. The 4 bedrooms are large and comfortable as are the four-and-one-half bathrooms (Totally remodeled in 2016). You will have the comforts of home with the sparkling blue Caribbean just steps away. Go to sleep at night with the sound of the ocean or enjoy the air conditioning in EVERY room with separate room controls. Keep in mind that our home is NOT managed by a large non-responsive property management company, we have our own full time bi-lingual house staff that take care of you and the house. The maid will even do your laundry for you daily if you like. You can email us your Grocery and Liquor shopping list prior to your arrival and the house will be stocked and waiting for you. If the house, just runs low on ice you need only ask the house manager and he will go get it for you. After all, it’s your vacation. The house staff are full time employees that are at your service. You can call or text them or me the owner with any questions or needs anytime or as often as you want during your stay. I have never had a guest show up at Casa Blanca that was not blown away at just how nice it is and how friendly the staff is.
Your complete mind blown 100% satisfaction is our mission statement. We have a 20 year in a row of 5-star guest reviews with more 5-star guest reviews than any other home in Playa. That does not happen by accident. I understand the leap of faith involved with renting a vacation home in a foreign country from a person you have never met. That combined with the pressure the person designated with the responsibility of finding the vacation home for the family or group of friends is under. So, we have done everything we can think of to remove the stress and help with this leap of faith.
When you request info about Casa Blanca Beach House you will receive a 16-page guest book with not only information about the house and neighborhood but it includes info about Playa del Carmen, restaurants, dive shops, transportation, local attractions, emergency phone numbers, local medical offices and pharmacies, photographers, wedding planners and pretty much everything else that has come up over the last 15 years.
You will be provided with the cell phone numbers of the house manager an me so you can call or text anytime and as often as you need if you have questions or need something. We put you first and are responsive at your convenience not ours.

This house was dramatically remodeled in 2016 and has USA/Canada custom quality accommodations and bathrooms. Every room of the house has air conditioning; this is not typical of most of the other homes available for rent in Playa.
The house is just 55 steps to the soft white sands of the Caribbean ocean and only a 5-minute walk to the famous 5th street in downtown Playa del Carmen.
What makes this house unique
Privacy and luxury come to mind first. It is a gated guarded neighborhood so you do not have the normal beach traffic. People cannot get into our neighborhood unless they belong there. The staff will make you feel like you are rich and famous. They do your Grocery shopping for you and laundry etc.

Apr 28, 2017This VRBO bear stayed at the Casa Blanca beach house with family and friends to celebrate a special birthday. Everything about our stay was exceptional, and if I could rate the house and staff with more than 5 stars, I would! Casa Blanca itself is a stunning house, with 4 well-decorated, large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a spacious living room and an updated kitchen. It is located in a private, safe and ideal location—right next to a semi-private beach, the Cozumel ferry port and all the 5th street action (food and bars). The house was truly incredible, but what made our stay extra special, was the staff. Curt, the owner of the house, was so accommodating, friendly and easy to communicate with and Alberto, the house manager was incredibly hospitable as well. We had arranged to have a chef come in the first night to cook a traditional Mexican meal, and the food and fresh margaritas were prepared when we arrived! We felt like celebrities as the staff welcomed us with open arms, served us in the house and provided us with such an incredible first impression of Mexico. There were also maids that came to the house every day to help clean and do our laundry, which was great considering we had such a large group! The remaining time at the house was perfect, as we frequently swam in the ocean, the private pool and BBQ’d in the backyard. Overall, I could not have wished for a better stay in Playa del Carmen—Curt, Alberto and the rest of the staff really went above and beyond to help plan the perfect vacation for my husband and our friends—and they succeeded. I would HIGHLY recommend Casa Blanca to anyone that is interested in a beautiful home with exceptional service.

Casa Blanca = Best Family Vacation Ever!
Thanks to staff and Curt for providing me and my family the best vacation we’ve had in decades! Rhino Transportation Company that was recommended to us was totally reliable. We stayed a week at Casa Blanca and could not say enough about the home, staff, location, etc. Everything about the home was a dream, a/c systems in each room kept the house very comfortable, rooms and beds were amazing, the living area was perfect for all 8 adults to relax. The pool was amazing as well, spent most days by the pool relaxing and chilling. The house provided everything we needed so we really didn’t (or want to) leave the house. We rented bikes to ride into town, really no needed because the stroll into town was easy and quick. We had a meal prepared upon arrival, best meal ever, so we thought, each meal prepared for us in the house was beyond words, highly recommend utilizing the chef(s) for at the very least one meal a day….AMAZING! Alberto, what can we say, he was amazing…took care of all of our requests and grocery deliveries. We were completely pampered beyond believe. I could go on and on and on, but believe me you will not be disappointed if you stay at Casa Blanca, you will only wish you had discovered it sooner. We will definitely make a return visit next year.
Girls Week at Casa Blanca
What a great place for a girls getaway! The house was great and was truly 50 steps from the beach. We were able to walk downtown to shop, eat, and drink. It was especially nice to have a maid and someone to get our groceries--we loved the fact that we didn't have to think about all those things like we do at home. It was a perfect getaway for us and I know we would love to do it again next year!!!
Paradise in Playa del Carmen
We stayed at this resort house for 7 days with 8 people and it was the most amazing ever have ever had in Mexico. Definitely need more time at this house! Our driver Felipe with Rhino Tours picked us up at the airport first thing getting in the van he had servesas ready for us. He planned out days out to what we will be doing every day and picked us up in the am and drop us of at night. While we are gone we had the maid come and clean our house which was amazing, because we were parting so hard cleaning was not on our priority list. The house had everything we needed, pool, hot tub, AC in every room. Every room felt like a master bedroom because there was a huge bathroom attached to each and one of them, rooms had satellite TV. The house is next to the beach and next to downtown area, everything is within walking distance. We walked everywhere and just our own things, Starbucks near by, yes we needed lots of coffee in the AM. One thing make sure don't miss out is contacting Felipe the driver from Rhino Tours for this house and set up the initial pick up at the airport, this guy was so amazing we set up some tours for 5 days out the week that we were staying and he knew everyone around the area, we only did the things we wanted to do, like swim in the cenote,go see the old chichnitza ruins, adventure in the jungles such as riding four wheelers, zip lining, swimming. One day he took us to Cancun to go take these speed boats out to the ocean where we would swim and snorkel with the fish! It was so much fun, of coarse the weather was also super nice that day we got lucky!! Everyday it was a new adventure for us with Felipe always having his cooler full of water and beer! Just have to say the best part of this trip is getting to know our driver Felipe as he would take us to different places, share information about Hispanic culture and just shows us where the best taco stands are! We will definitely come back, I paid Felipe via PayPal which was nice for us because we didn't have to worry about bringing a lot of cash with us to Mexico.

This spring was the second time around at Casa Blanca for our family. We have stayed at several places in Playa del Carmen but none finer than this home. Alberto and Julian provided the house help and Julie the daily cleaning service and neither missed a beat. Downtown is close by; our 6 yr. old grandson could walk to any resturaunt. As pictured, the beach is just out the door. The pool is great. Our entire family used it daily. Curt has recently made some major upgrades and renovations to the house that have made everything first class.
Try the authentic "Mexican Dinner" referred to in the description. We plan to come back to Casa Blanca next year.
Absolutely fantastic property!!!!!
This was our second year in a row at Casa Blanca and it was wonderful again. This is a fantastic beach house with a perfect location. It's a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shopping and literally 30 yards to the beach. The proximity to everything is perfect. The staff at Casa Blanca is top notch, welcoming, and always there to assist in any way they can. The house accommodated the whole family in comfort and the pool is great on those hot days. Casa Blanca is a Riviera Maya Gem for sure. We even had an emergency this year as my son had a severe ear infection. The staff provided a preferred doctor and he was at the house in 30 minutes and saved the day for my son and the family. Wonderful vacation. We highly recommend this beach house and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Fantastic Property
We spent a week in this beautiful house with our two kids and two of their friends. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms everybody had their own space. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk from the house. The house is well appointed and very clean as the maid comes everyday!! One of the nicest things about this property is the support staff. Booking the house through Curt was so easy as he was a pleasure to deal with. Both the house manager and the maintenance man stopped by on day one to make sure that we had everything we needed. The transportation company that was recommended was terrific we also booked them for a day excursion to Tulum. Their driver planned a day for us that included the ruins, a swimming sink hole and a great beach front restaurant. Playa Del Carmen is an excellent location from the house you can walk everywhere! We walked to Walmart for groceries and took a taxi back. The ride back cost all of $6.00. The area where the house is located is very safe it is in a gated community and is patrolled by security 24/7. We loved our VRBO vacation and can't wait to return.
