Ulivi House: vue mer, piscine, tennis, wifi, parking et garage privée à Lerici!

Loin du traffic e du bruit de la ville, mais trés facile a vivre,l'appartement a deux terrasses avec vue mer et Golfe des Poètes, vous équipez pour déjeuners et dîners imperdibili. Séjour, cuisinette et un bain avec douche au premier iano, pendant qu'une chambre matrimoniale avec bain et un cameretta aux deux lits uniques est au second étage. Champ de tennis et piscine à l'intérieur de la propriété, à 150 mètres à pied dans le très beau parc méditerranéen. À la piscine j'étends et cabine avec bain, douche extérieure et frigorifique.

Je gare all' intérieur de la propriété près de maison. Garage privé au Lerici en centre, à l'intérieur du ZTL.



on arrive a pieds facilement aux petit magasines des journaux, café produits alimentaires et légumes bio.

Anciens chemins portes a San Terenzo, à la plage de la Venere Azzurra et à Lerici, et on peux revenir a la maison en bus et la promenade entre les villages de Pugliola, Solaro e Pitelli est idéal pour le jogging, au sombre des arbres aussi en plein été.

Les 5 Terres sont très proche : plusieurs bateaux partons de Lerici, en voiture 45 minutes pour arriver a Riomaggiore, en train de la gare de La Spezia (10 minutes a Riomaggiore, a suivre Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza et Monterosso). Vers la cote est du golfe : le village de Tellaro et les plages de Fiascherino, Motemarcello, Bocca di Magra, et la ville médiéval de Sarzana (ville d’origine de la famille Bonaparte). Il est possible louer l’appartement conjointement a l’appartement au réez de chausse que a une chambre de séjour que donnes sur le jardin, une chambre avec un double lit et un service toilette avec douche.

This is a lovely house set in the hills above Lerici. The house comes with a parking spot in the Lerici ZLT making access to town super easy. It’s also centrally located for day trips to Florence, the Cinque Terre, and even Chianti.The hosts were very well organized and communicative and provided us great recommendations and tips for the surrounding area.Will definitely stay here again when we return.

Wonderful accommodations, gracious hosts, superb location! Lerici and the adjacent towns are to die for! And we live in the San Francisco Bay Area! We would love to return.

Recommended place to stay

I spent more than a month staying in this very beautiful place. It was perfectly clean and well maintained, the view from the bedroom was so stunning, directly to Lerici and San Lorenzo, the location was perfect to move around. Christina is a very nice host. I indeed had a perfect stay.

Personal Paradise

We could not be happier with our stay. This home and the surrounding property were so private, relaxing and fully accommodating we didn't want to leave. The parking in Lerici was a great bonus. Visiting the Cinque Terre was so easy from here; just a short drive to the train station in La Sepzia and an even shorter train ride and there you are in Riomaggiore. When bad weather rolled in one day, we were right at home spending the day in our little paradise. We look forward to returning here in the near future.

Perfect location in Lerici

The hole location and the house are simply perfect. Christina and her family did everything to give us perfect holidays. The apartment is equipped with everything you need even the good olive oil.This are the things we did like very much: the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool with the separate pool house, the extra car park in the Lerici centre and the view all day and night long. We will come back and can recommend the location- we found the reality much better than the pictures and description.

lieu de vacances soigné et raffiné

Endroit ideal pour visiter les cinq terre par la mer. La vue sur le golf des poètes est très agréable. La maison est nichée à flanc de colline dans un espace verdoyant. Nous avons apprécié le raffinement au niveau literie déco luminaires mobilier extérieur. Le parking gratuit couvert à Lerici est appreciable. A recommender.

Une adresse magnifique

Bel appartement rénové avec goût possédant toutes les commodités, la vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle, d'un côté le charmant port de Lerici de l'autre les maisons colorées de Porto Venere. C'est le point de départ idéal pour visiter Les cinq Terres par la mer et retrouver le calme du très beau parc arboré le soir. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !!!

Vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe des poètes.

Appartement rénové avec gout au sein d'une magnifique propriété surplombant le golfe des poètes. Situé à quelques minutes de Lerici , charmante bourgade avec d'excellents restaurants typiques et un port avec départ pour les Cinque Terre.. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. On ne peut que recommander cette location aux amoureux de la nature qui souhaitent retrouver un peu de calme après une journée de visites touristiques.

Beautiful appartment with stunning view

The appartment is located on Via Militare 50 inside a large gated property which has several buildings owned by the family. The gardens are beautiful. There is a pool with poolhouse (incl small kitchen) and a tennis court. The appartment is in a separate house and has two floors (kitchen & living room & bathroom on ground floor, two bedrooms and bathroom on second floor). Each floor has its own terrass. There is no dishwasher but a washing machine. The apartment was well-cleaned and the heating system efficient. There is a private parking spot inside the grounds just a small passage way from the appartment house. Internet is fast. The owner is very helpful and kind.

Fantastisch!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Cristina in Lerici war einfach wunderbar! Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. Wir haben jeden einzelnen Tag den Ausblick von der Terrasse und den Räumen genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber auch sehr nett aus. Ansonsten kann man sich die Zeit gut auf dem Tennisplatz oder auf der wunderschönen Terrasse vertreiben. Es steht eine Info Mappe mit vielen nützlichen Informationen zur Gegend und möglichen Ausflügen zur Verfügung. Lerici selbst und die Umgebung sind sehr schön, besonders gefallen hat uns ein Bootstrip von Lerici direkt zu den Dörfern nach Cinque Terre. Der kostenlose Parkplatz im Zentrum von Lerici ist ein absolutes Plus. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Cristina nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Toller Ausblick, aber ansonsten etwas überbewertet

Die Wohnung hat wirklich genau den tollen Ausblick wie auf den Fotos - leider passt der Rest nicht ganz zu dem, was wir uns erwartet haben und was wir aus Italien (in dieser Preisklasse!!!) gewohnt sind. Die Wohnung ist definitiv für 4 Personen NICHT geeignet, da das Sofa im "Wohnzimmer" als Schlafcouch nicht taugt und es unten komplett an Schränken für die Kleidung fehlt... Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber, was aber nach 6 Tagen nachgebessert wurde, es gibt keine Geschirrspüler, keine Klimaanlage, unzureichend Liegen am Pool und man muss sich dessen bewusst sein, dass der Pool über 150 m vom Haus entfernt befindet. Ansonsten hat uns die Region um den Gardasee wesentlich besser gefallen, aber das ist halt Geschmacksache. Lerici ist ein niedliches Dorf, aber auch das Personal am Gardasee ist wesentlich freundlicher als hier. Bei Fragen gerne melden, wir haben noch mehr zu berichten!!!

Dear Guest the advertising for the property is clear: 1) the pool is inside the private parkat 150 mt from the apartment (a new one closer to the apartment will be ready for nexrt season); 2) the apartment is UP TO $ peolpe and the sofa-bed is in the sitting room (there is not a second bedroom.) Maybe you did not check these details clearly listed at the time of your reservation. As you said the apartment wsas not clean enough I sent the day after the house keeper, but yyou were still at home and she came back when you where out. On the other side you left the apartment very dirty as well the pool area and the cabin, that every morning had to be cleaned. Now, considering that previous guests never complained in their reviews about cleaning, about pool distance and that you were very demanding during all your stay., and considering - from your point of view - that price you paid was not fare to the value of the apartment + Mediterranean park (not garden) + pool + tennis court + private car spot close to the apartment+ private parking inside the lilmited traffic zone in Lerici village, I suggest you to not come anymore in Liguria and spend your holiday time in Garda Lake which is a beatiful place where Italians do not use to spend that much their holidays just because it's not a sea but a lake and because it is "German Turists standard specifics". For the unpolite pizzeria attendant I can do nothing.

Ansonsten hat uns die Region um den Gardasee wesentlich besser (sauberer, weil wohl auch "touristischer"...) gefallen, aber das ist halt Geschmacksache. Lerici ist ein niedliches Dorf, am Hafen kann man schön sitzen, aber auch das Personal am Gardasee wirkte auf uns wesentlich freundlicher als hier. Bei Fragen gerne melden, wir haben noch mehr zu berichten!!! (Pizzeria "La Gerla" Geheimtipp!!! Super lecker, allerdings nicht so schön zum Sitzen aber für diese Pizza kann man das mal in Kauf nehmen!!!!)

Lovely apartment with beautiful view

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The apartment was clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the terrace was lovely for eating outside, with a fantastic view. Christina was very helpful and was on hand to answer any questions we had. We had a five month old baby, and she provided a travel cot which was very helpful. The location was excellent. There are lots of interesting places to visit close by, as well as longer day trips to the Cinque Terre. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

Es war wirklich wundervoll

Anhand der Fotos (und auch des doch recht sportlichen Preises für die frühe Vorsaison) waren unsere Erwartungen schon sehr hoch. Wir waren dann aber sofort begeistert von der wirklich tollen Lage, der fantastischen Aussicht aufs Meer und Lerici, den wunderbaren Park, der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit und nicht zuletzt aber auch von der Parkmöglichkeit direkt in Lerici - gut für einen gelungenen Tagesablauf mit einer gemütlichen Passegiata und verbunden Einkehrschwung in eines der zahlreichen Restaurants im Ort. Lädt zum unbedingt zum Wiederkommen ein.

Prachtig uitzicht !

Gli ulivi is een heel mooi huis op een prachtig domein met olijfbomen tegen de heuvel. Op het domein staan nog wat andere huizen maar de moeder van Cristina vertelde dat dit allemaal familie is. Je hebt hier eigenlijk geen hinder van want je hebt heel veel privacy. Het is er super rustig. Het appartement is modern, goed onderhouden en heel proper! De uitzichten op de baai zijn geweldig! Het zwembad is heel mooi, ligt mooi ingesloten dus je hebt er voldoende privacy. Je deelt het enkel met de huurders van het appartement op het gelijkvloers, maar verder is het privé. Wat heel leuk is is dat je gebruik kan maken van een parkeerplaats in het cetrum van Lerici. Zo kan je zonder zorgen met de auto naar het centrum, dat niet ver is. Het bespaart je wel de zoektocht naar parking en is bovendien goedkoop. Ook te voet kan je makkelijk afdalen naar een van de omliggende dorpjes. Hiervoor moet je wel wat klimmen, maar het is perfect mogelijk. We bezochten vanuit Lerci Portovenere en Cinque Terre met de boot. Een uitstap die zeker de moeite waard is! De service van de verhuurder is perfect! We hebben Cristina niet gezien maar er werd onmiddellijk gereageerd bij elke vraag of probleem. Een top bestemming!

Thank you very much for your nice comment! For me is quite hard to meet the guests as I work in town and I leave early in the morning. I do my best during the reservation process as well preparing the apartments. I am happy then that you enjoed!

perfect accomodation!!

We did have a very good time at Gli Ulivi!! It's a magnificent place to stay with a perfect view over the harbor from Lerici and Lerice self. The property was clean and well-maintained!! The owner did provide very good customer service and if we go back to Italy there is no doubt about it that we will stay in one of the properties of this very nice family!!

Le parking est a coté de la maison.
Dans la propriete la piscine et la court de tennis synthétique.
Access et parking priveé a Lerici, dans la zone a traffic limité.
