アパートメントは広々として静かで、エレガントなUmbertinoスタイルの建物で、30年代の建物で、サンピエトロ大聖堂の左側にあるプラティの歴史的地区と住宅地区にあります（徒歩15分でアクセス可能）。
ベッドルーム、リビングルーム（必要に応じて、第2のダブルベッドルームになります）、リビングルームキッチン（完全装備）、バルコニー、ランドリールームで構成された85平方メートル。 リクエストに応じて、家は4歳までのお子様（無料）と簡易ベッド（最大10歳）の2つのベビーベッドを提供しています。
料金に含まれています：最終清掃（食器洗浄は含まれません）、ADSL、WiFi、ユーティリティ、リネン。

This apartment is so charming and elegant at the same time. Roomy and comfortable, in a charming walkable neighborhood. Pleasant walk to the Vatican. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed this VRBO immensely. It's beautiful and roomy and was perfect for our needs. It is located on a quiet side street and has a wonderful cafe just around the corner. Our host was very attentive to our questions and needs.

The location was great, the space was comfortable and the host was incredibly responsive and kind. Lots of amenities close by - grocery, pharmacy, even a playground. We did find it a bit tricky to find parking.

We stayed 4 nights in the flat with our three kids. The kids slept in the living room very well. Everything was well prepared. The flat is in in a very old building with a lot of roman charme.

Amazing ! Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay there !Description doesn't do the place justice. It is a beautiful apartment, spacious and still very functional. Everything we needed was there. Location was perfect for us, with easy to access transportation and a small convenience store 2 minutes away. We would book again and will recommend!

Great location 15 min to Ottaviano subway . Grocery nearby , excellent appt equipped with ALL you need . Clean sheets. Towels and excellent water pressure in the shower!!! Good communication with the hostess Highly recommended. Price wise good for more than 2 people to split the cost. We were able to leave luggage before 3 pm and got option to stay till 10:30 on check out day. Comfortable beds Huge closets , very spacious bathroom. We chose this place bc we wanted to be closer to Vatican walking distance.

Great location

Location was great 15 minute walk to the Vatican huge amount of restaurants shops great café around the corner serves all kinds of food drinks friendly proprietor. Paulo and his wife were exceptional. Everyone I met spoke English The unit was very large very clean. Everything you need even has a washing machine and laundry room lots of cabinets for clothes an d such. Powerful air conditioning. You name it.

Big and very well equipped apartment, totally in line with the description and pictures. Furthermore, the apartment was really clean and cosy. 15 min walking distance from the subway with supermarkets very close (5 min walk). Worth mentioning also that the owner was very kind and even took care of arranging the way back to the airport at a good price ! Certainly recommended !

Wundervolles Rom

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen und großen Apartment. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Check-in war einfach per Schlüssel Box. Die Vermieterin war immer gut über WhatsApp oder FeWo erreichbar und hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet. Auch ein kleiner, lieber Willkommensgruß lag für uns bereit.Die Lage ist perfekt in einem ruhigen Viertel. U-Bahn ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Busse fahre gleich in der Nähe ab. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt um die Ecke und jede Menge leckere Lokale.Einen privaten Parkplatz gibt es allerdings nicht. Theoretisch kann man auf der Straße parken, was zumindest unter der Wocher schwierig sein kann.Und ein bisschen hellhörig ist das Haus. Die Nachbarn sind aber grundsätzlich auch recht leise, so dass das kaum stört. In der Nacht war es auf jeden Fall immer leise.Vielen Dank für einen tollen und erlebnisreichen Aufenthalt in Rom!

well furnished in ideal location

Stayed 1 week and loved the inner courtyard and quiet neighborhood. It's next to piazzale Clodio for easy bus connection, walking distance from metro and vatican. Next door is a nice cafe, a little convenience store, lots of trattorie, etc.

MIRABELLO - Il appartamento ideale per vacanze in famiglia a Roma (5). Tutto bene a casa, in ordine, pulito e anche si sta vicino il centro è silenzioso e calmo. Ci sono gli autobus che vanno in centro (con i biglietti al giorno si va in tutta la città) e a 2 quartieri del Vaticano. C'è un mini-mercato in fronte e una pizzeria al angolo. Gianna molto simpatica e accessibile. Questo sicuramente raccomando.

casa perfetta per una vacanza

Appartamento spazioso, curato e pulitissimo nel tranquillo quartiere Prati ( a pochi metri c'è Piazzale Clodio dove si trovano diversi capolinea di bus) La casa è dotata di tutti gli accessori - estintore compreso - e gli elettrodomestici utili per una vacanza. La proprietaria è gentile e premurosa, all'arrivo abbiamo trovato in cucina alcuni prodotti di prima necessità: acqua, olio, sale, pasta...La lavanderia fornita di svariati prodotti, come il bagno, la libreria di molti libri, riviste e guide della città. Sul balcone alcune piantine hanno attutito la nostalgia del mio terrazzo fiorito. Insomma una casa deliziosa per una vacanza, ma anche per viverci sempre. Consigliatissimo.

Un lugar perfecto

Este apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta en Roma: una localización excelente, buena comunicación con todos los medios de transporte de la ciudad (bus y metro) y sus líneas principales, un barrio tranquilo y cerca de lugares donde abastecerse. El apartamento tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar, en perfecto estado de funcionamiento y listo para funcionar sin ningún problema. Es un piso amplio, perfecto para una pequeña familia o para una estancia en pareja. En resumen, el piso estaba perfecto: limpio, ordenado y completamente equipado. Los propietarios fueron muy serviciales, atentos y preocupados por hacer de nuestra visita un viaje para recordar y les agradecemos su dedicación y ayuda cada vez que lo necesitamos. Este viaje a Roma ha sido perfecto y parte de ello se lo debemos a este apartamento altamente recomendable y a sus propietarios que son unas personas encantadoras.

Casa Mirabello

Ho soggiornato in questo bell’appartamento per quasi un mese e non avrei mai voluto lasciarlo! E’ grande e comodo e mio figlio, che ha soggiornato anche lui qui per qualche giorno, lo ha giudicato molto “trendy”. La padrona di casa è amabile e disponibile . La posizione è comoda, il quartiere elegante. Ci sono negozi e ristoranti sotto casa. San Pietro si raggiunge a piedi in un quarto d’ora ma c’è anche un autobus che porta al Vaticano in pochi minuti. E' anche ben collegato con tutto il Centro Storico.
