Just 5 minute drive from Hondah Resort & Casino.
Unit is fully equipped and includes a separate master suite with queen size bed,TV, and separate entrance. Kids' room has toys and twin/double bunk bed. Works great for one or more families. The White Mountains are Arizona's treasure in every season. Summer is the most popular with folks seeking a cool respite from the blazing desert, but spring and fall are spectacular, as well. Fruit trees and aspens light up the woods around town, and Arizona ash and walnut trees line the numerous riparian areas. Visit Woodland Lake for a lovely half day outing or drive over to Greer with stops at Hawley Lake or Big Lake to soak in the beauty of the mountains. A fall hike anywhere near Sunrise Park Resort on the slopes of Mt Baldy will take your breath away with aspens glowing in so many gorgeous colors.
Horseback riding is available at Porter Mountain in Lakeside or up at Sunrise. Fishing at any of the numerous lakes in the high country or on the North Fork of the White River will delight any angler. Or, if you like, simply park your vehicle out on the road to Green Mountain and wait for the elk to serenade you at dusk and relish the darkest night skies in the area. The opportunities for engaging with nature or just relaxing in the fresh mountain air are limitless. You won't be disappointed!

Former Pinetop resident still vacations and works in the area.
Laurel purchased this Condo in 2003
Why Laurel chose Pinetop
Convenient for my family's use. Great for family fun any season. We love to mountain bike on the trails right across the road in the National Forest. Our kids enjoy scooting and biking around the quiet complex and neighborhood. We are close enough but not too close to all the amenities of town and just about as close as possible to the Sunrise Ski area!
What makes this Condo unique
Shaded by mature pines and aspens, this place just makes your relax. Close to ski area and National Forest as well as amenities in town. Pinetop and Show Low have all the conveniences of bigger towns with none of the hassles of big cities. Parks and wild areas invite people to recreate outdoors all year. Antiquing, festivals, great restaurants and more make this a great retreat anytime.

We enjoyed our stay and we will stay here again!
Bed in master bedroom had not been made. No sheets, etc. not ready for sleeping.
Silverware, eating and cooking utentils had been stored dirty, dried food etc. on them.
Oven toaster so dirty could not be used.
Patio had not been cleaned off for a long time. Required about an hour of cleaning before it could be used.
Outdoor water valve can not be turned off or on. Water was on when we arrived and water could not be turned off when we left Pinetop. Needs to be serviced by plumber.
Great Grandchildren that lived in area enjoyed playing with toys in condo.
We Liked location of condo.
Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Our professional cleaning staff has never failed us before, but I will certainly communicate your concerns to them. The water valves in the condos are old and very stiff - they are definitely hard to turn. I will check with condo manager to see about replacing it. The porch was swept about a week before your arrival but the winds bring in dust and pine needles. I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay and I hope you will consider coming back. We will do our best to improve the issues you mentioned.
We had a great month here......location is great....close to the casino, ski area and great restaurants in Pinetop. Condo is great especially for the price......has everything you will need. Great golf almost next door at the Pinetop Lakes Country Club...also fab hiking trails very close.....took the dog walking on pine lined trails nearly daily. Would love to come back
I just rented this condo for new years..its a very nice place.. Everything was perfect.. we really liked it.. Very spacious and comfortable.. It has everything you need for your stay.
A GREAT family getaway
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the time that we spent at this property! It has a very homey feel and for a family of four, we had lots of space for everyone. We enjoyed meals on the patio and had a chance to meet some very nice neighbors. It's a great location in Pinetop, close to shopping in both Pinetop proper and Show Low. We went horseback riding at the PL Equestrian Stables just a few minutes down the road and were led on a private, family tour by two very helpful guides. We enjoyed a weekend day at Sunrise Ski Resort riding the ski lift and hiking. The ruins at Casa Malpais in Springerville/Eager were just under an hour away and well worth the trip. We enjoyed hiking in the immediate area as well. Having the ground level was so nice because it gave us an extended patio and had a very open feel. Laurel, the owner, was very accessible both preceding and during our stay. We have every intention to return to Pinetop and if this property were available, we'd be glad to stay here again.
Sports Village III is located in the Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club area off of Buck Springs Road. Many special events happen nearby (old car show, golf tournaments, rodeos and pow-wows at Hondah). Hiking trails into the National Forest are just a 5-minute walk away.
