Prcanjの最初のバケーションハウスとして、1962年に小さな甘い家が建てられました。 2007年に改装され、木製や石造りの古風なスタイルが施されています。 この家は、歴史ある湾岸の村Prcanjにあり、他の家から遠くにあります。 家は美しい湾と山の景色を提供しています。コトルの旧市街にもあり、標高は100mです。 2つのテラスがあり、1つは1階にあります。 雨の日からのカバー、バーベキュー、ダイニングテーブル、リラクゼーションのためのデッキチェアがあります。 1階のテラスは日中ほぼ一日を過ごし、コトル湾を航海しているボートを見渡すことができます。 また、リラックスした静かな夜の瞬間に使用できる石造りのテーブルとデッキチェアもあります。 価格に含まれる所有者によるディナーを歓迎します。

Dieses Haus hat wirklich Charme und Charakter. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und kompetent. Wir wurden bei allen Fragen rund um unseren Aufenthalt sehr gut beraten. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen leckeren Imbiss empfangen. Vielen Dank sagen Betti,lnes,Renè und Jörn

Arrivés de nuit, nous avons bien apprécié le plateau fromage et charcuterie préparés par nos hôtes. Localisation idéale pour visiter la baie de Kotor et ses environs. Dragana et son mari sont adorables et enclins à nous faire découvrir la région. Un dîner partagé que nous n’oublierons pas . Un grand merci pour leur accueil. La maison est très agréable, le barbecue et la terrasse le soir parfaits.Le wifi et la climatisation étaient bien appréciables aussi.

Wir verbringen seit Jahrzehnten auch Urlaube in Ferienhäusern - unterschiedliche Länder, Inseln .... . So was positives hatten wir noch nie! Herzlicher Empfang mit einem Imbiss der für uns Allgäuer schon eine "g'hörige Brotzeit" war, die nicht aufdringlichen Vermieter neben dran - Familienanschluss, Einladung zum BBQ - Genuss! Die uns aus zurückliegendem Urlaub bekannte Umgebung brachte wieder Neues - Insider- Wissen von unseren Gastgebern. 5 Minuten zum Badeplatz im Kotor- "Fjord", Einkaufsmöglichkeit 20 Minuten zu Fuß - Wir sind immer noch begeistert. Fantastic holiday in Kotor

The property is very good. Kitchen with all appliances and cutlery, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and a large terrace with great view over the bay and passing cruise ships. Todd for taking sun too. Car park is substantial. There is a free small pebble beach within 5 min walk from the property and a few other beaches in the area. Food in supermarkets is great and inexpensive. There is a small cafe very close with terrace on the sea shore. There are more restaurants in the village. The village is stretched along the shore and the road is narrow in some places - don’t take a large car. Landlords are great, very friendly and always ready to help. Don’t hesitate to book and have a fantastic holiday. We will come again. Family of three

Excellentes vacances

Vacances excellentes dans un coin charmant à 100 m de la mer transparente et à 10 min.de Kotor. La maison très bien équipée et les propriétaires charmant et de 1er ordre, nous ont laissé un souvenir impérissable. Un contact excellent et des conseils judicieux nous ont été offert par le maître des lieux, visites, restaurations, achats, baignades, etc., etc. Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus bonne nourriture, bons vins, belles visites, que demander de plus. Un grand merci à Srdjan, Dragana et Sonia.

We went to this very pretty, well-furnished house to be next to the beach and to discover Montenegro/ We weren't disappointed at all because the accomodation was really good with a lot of amenities (good kitchen utensils, nice sheets for bed andbat towels). It is a very cosy place with very helpful and friendly owners. If you want more than a house and meet local friendly people, don't hesitate, just go, and ENJOY...

Nous venons juste de reve...

Nous venons juste de revenir du Monténegro et quel plaisir. La maison est très bien située, il suffit de descendre un petit chemin pour être dans le fjord et donc à la plage.C'est un endroit très paisible mais à proximité de commmodités ( bar, restaurants, épiceries) qui rend la séjour vraiment relaxant. Nous avons été enchantés ma femme, mon fils et moi par cet endroit encore si authentique. Concernant la maison, elle est très équipée et décorée avec goût... mais nous n'oublierons pas notre rencontre avec les propriétaires, personnes serviables, amicales et accueillantes qui ont été de très bons conseils pour notre escapade au Monténégro.

After we inherited the house, we decided not to sell it. We always wanted to have a house by the sea, but when we realized that this location provides a much better view and is isolated from the tourist crowds and traffic, I realized its advantage and decide to upgrade the house. In Prcanj there is great climate which is good for people who have breathing problems. Prcanj is more like an old fishing village, and life here is peaceful and quiet. Advantage of this location is that in 10 minutes you can be at the center of Kotor, which offers an abundance of restaurants, entertainment, shopping. Also, in 20 minutes drive you can be in Budva which is great city for young people who want to enjoy nightlife. Our family is available for more information, assistance or transportation if you need it.
