The Driggs Dig Condo: Comes with a fully complete kitchen, range/oven, ice maker refrigerator, dishwasher and other small appliances. Items included in the kitchen, coffee, hot chocolate, salt & pepper, sugar, Splenda, napkins, paper towels, service for eight, (Dishes, cups, saucers, knives & forks etc., cooking utensils, bowls, pans, skillets with lids.) Also included is wireless, two flat screen TV’s, small library of books, magazines and movies. In addition, it has three bedrooms, two baths with double sinks and a deck with a propane barbeque grill.

Very nice condo located just a short drive north of Driggs. Great light & a nice view from the deck.

Would stay here again. Very clean & kitchen had all we needed to cook. Justin & Mike were extremely easy to rent from. Very clear in their instructions and e-mails. And, lets be clear: Driggs rocks! Loved Teton Thai & Pendl's coffee shop. Loved Jake at Yöstmark. Wanted the Royal Wulff to move to my town. Who needs J'hole?!

We'll be back!

Great location with sunny south exposure and great views

We stayed here for 2 months and really enjoyed this condo from Dec-feb. for skiing. It was very private being at the end of the complex. We had great views of the mountains even the Tetons from the deck. The south view was of the huntsman springs golf area so there were no houses making this condo feel private. The sidewalks and road were plowed regularly. The owners were very accommodating and Justin even allowed us to check in early and out late as there were no renters comming soon. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Fabulous, amazingly clean!

A very nice experience. The kitchen has everything you might need and they stock lots of condiments and spices. There were just 2 of us for the three bedroom, two bathroom condo. The living area might be small if you had 6 people there. It is convenient to town and to the mountain bike trails we were after. We enjoyed eating at the Royal Wolf.

Spacious and All of the Comforts of Home

We just spent a 4 night stay at this property in Driggs, ID. The 3 bedroom, 2 baths and laundry room, provided more space than we needed for the two of us, it would be absolutely perfect for a larger group or family reunion. The kitchen had everything necessary to provide our meals and there was an impressive sized and well stocked grocery store a short way up the highway from the condo.

We were there, not to ski, but to enjoy touring Jackson Hole, Grand Tetons National Park and Yellowstone.

An added bonus was in getting to enjoy the lovely Idaho countryside as well!

Justin was also very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Mixed Bag

Our stay was a (4) - Good. The condo was clean, well stocked, comfortable and the owners were prompt to answer questions during our stay. A good portion of the carpet is loose and needs to be re-stretched to avoid tripping and there was some upstairs noise (it’s a first floor condo) but that was minor for us as out time in the condo was minimal. My girlfriend had issue with breaking a minor utensil (that didn’t work right to begin with) and we immediately alerted the owners so they would be aware. Our post-stay was a (1) - sad to say the worst I have had with VRBO. We are a senior, professional couple with an excellent global track record as renters. It was a last minute trip and our usual T.V. accommodations were booked. The deposit arrangement was a bit unusual but after a few questions we opted for the deposit given our clean track record. Over a week after our stay I had to inquire as to deposit status and was told it was on hold awaiting an estimate for a damaged blind. Apparently the cleaning crew saw a broken string on a blind and proceeded to operate the blind which caused more extensive damage. Things did not hold up with further questions and it was odd that I was not contacted immediately as one of the owners arrived the evening we departed. I was able to get my full deposit refunded. I would recommend that future renters inspect and document the condition of the rental property at the start/end of their stay.

Owner's Response: After this occupant's stay, the unit appeared to be in good shape minus the salad tongs, which this occupant did indeed communicate with me about, and the blinds which are top-down and bottom-up design. There was no indicated damage from cleaning staff before this occupant stayed, but immediately after, there were damages reported by the same cleaning staff. I did not notify until 7 days later as I was attempting to get quotes for replacement, which can be difficult in a small town. My fault for not communicating right away. When he did inquire to his deposit, I informed him of the wait of the blind damage repair quote, assuming he knew of the damage. I was mistaken as there was a message in response to not having knowledge of mis-operating the blind nor any damage. A few minutes later, I received a few more messages in short succession threatening to withhold payment and potential legal action. My response was more questions about the blinds and further investigation. Upon further investigation, I found a prior client had claimed responsibility, I then released the funds to the occupant. This happened in a matter of an hour or two. A few days passed and the occupant in question had stated he had disputed the charge with his financial institution and was inquiring where the released funds were. The very next morning, he messaged back claiming he had received the funds. In this owner's opinion, it wasn't the accommodations that turned this post-trip review sour, it was the negative attitude of the occupant. Based on the communications received, my guess is the same negative response would have been received whether it was 7 minutes or 7 days after their stay. Instead of threatening, if this occupant would have remained calm, the situation would have never spun in this negative direction and we could have arrived at a peaceful and positive resolution. As a self-proclaimed "Senior, professional couple...", I was expecting better.
