Hi Noah, Thank you for taking the time to write a very nice five-star review on this exceptional three-bedroom condo Q1 here at Beaver Creek. This is one of the favorite condos of many guests and is frequented by many return guests. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and this condo. Always nice to hear how clean you felt the property was, how easy check in was and we definitely agree on the great location. We are within walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants, which gives you the option of cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or walking to several of Avon's great restaurants. We are also a short distance from both Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts. No problem for our guests as we have a Beaver Creek West guest only shuttle to take you to both resorts free of charge. Many thanks for taking the time to write a very nice five star review and helpful comments. We appreciate the feedback and will consider the update on the sound of the living room TV. Always glad to hear the positive comments on the staff, as many of them have been here for a long time. Also we agree the skier shuttle, exclusively for guests of Beaver Creek West, is a free and efficient way to get you to the slopes of Vail and Beaver Creek. The skier shuttle is about a two minute ride to Beaver Creek and about a 10 minute ride to Vail and you don't have to deal with parking. We tried to put everything we thought was needed to cook most meals, in the kitchen, so happy you like how well stocked it was. Next time you plan a guys ski trip give us a shout. Since we have finally had a break in our SUPER busy winter season we were wondering if you could let us know of any specific furniture that needs replaced or should we just go and replace it all? Yes, the HOA found that very few people were in need a of a shuttle to Vail on Tues and Wed, so it's only 5 days a week the BC shuttle is 7 days a week. Also next time just give us a quick call to our front desk and we could have asked the smoking guests to move a bit away from the public areas. We hope to see back to visit the Beaver Creek area and safe travels!

Hello and many thanks for yet another five-star review on Q1 condo at Beaver Creek West. This condo is very popular for many reasons, and we are happy to hear that you thought it was a great condo! All of our 60+ rental condos at Beaver Creek West have a personal bathroom for each bedroom so no sharing with anyone needed. This ground level condo is great for a larger group as it does indeed have a lot of space. We hope you can give us a shout the next time your ski plans bring you to Colorado. Thank you for coming back to see us again. The majority of our guests are return visitors and we appreciate that you have made us your mountain home! I'm very sorry that the cleaning wasn't appropriate. That is not our normal outcome (i.e. lots of returning guests). We printed out your review and the head of our housekeeping department had a in-depth meeting with the staff member who cleaned it. They are doing further training to try to avoid this situation in the future. We will also suggest to the owner that they look at treating the table top to make it a smooth service or replacing the table completely. We will also talk to them about the carpet condition, steak knives and dishwasher. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention!
