As they say "location, location, location" and we have a great location. We are located alongside of Nottingham Park, lake and beach, which has endless summer fun with SUP rentals, free concerts and so much more. We are also a short walk from several restaurants from fine dining to some of the best pizza in the valley. Quiet and comfortable is a great way to describe this condo and we are happy you found some peace while enjoying Colorado at it's finest. So happy to hear you used our free skier shuttles to Vail and or Beaver Creek. It is a private free skier shuttle for our guests. We are also a short walk from the gondola and are surrounded by town buses that take you all over the area. Glad you had everything you needed for a nice stay. The kitchens in our condos are stocked very well, we are walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants and we have some fantastic hot tubs to relax in after a great day on the slopes. Yes, many of our guest agree that the three hot tubs and heated outdoor pool are an absolute delight after a long day on the slopes. Yes, the location is what make this complex such a popular option, with walkability to several awesome restaurants, bars and shops in Avon. We are close to the mountains of Vail and Beaver Creek AND we provide a free skier shuttle to both resorts, making it super easy to get to the slopes. Also, since this condo didn't do it for you, we offer over 60 rental condos to choose from with premium condos with a bit higher rate. We do provide photos, so you know exactly what you are selecting. For future reference give us a shout and we can assist you with booking a condo that is just right for you. Cheers and safe travels.

The amenities at BCW are very nice as you mentioned and Nottingham Park makes this a summer get away like no other. Yes we have a lake, sand beach, water sports rentals, amazing playground and so many live concerts just step from the property. So much fun in summer as you found out. Always proud of how good our long-time front desk staff are with helping guest get around town, finding great restaurants, giving helpful transportation suggestions and if you are lucky maybe a few insider tips. Yep, we take all photos on an iPhone because we don't want edited or augmented photos mis-representing the condo. We agree with you the free skier shuttles to Vail and Beaver Creek are a real treat. It's nice to have someone drive you to the lift and drop you off, so convenient. If you are planning to come and stay with us again, give us a shout and we can assist you in finding another excellent condo or staying in O4 again. Hello and thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that a slow draining tub was discovered in the condo. Our housekeeping team is exceptional at their jobs and I am disappointed to hear that you did not call our on site maintenance crew to clear the drain issue during your stay. We apologize for this oversite in our housekeeping efforts. No excuse, but as you can image a slow drain would not let the tub drain properly after it was cleaned, so the housekeepers were the last ones to use it as they cleaned. Had our maintenance staff been informed we could have made it so you didn't have to stand in slow drain for the duration of your stay. We can't assist if we don't know about the issue. As for how the rest of the unit was cleaned all we ask is that you look at all of the review on this condo and you will see that we do a great job and our guest enjoy their stay. For future reference please remember communication is always a good idea, so that we know of an unfortunate issues. Cheers and safe travels!

Sorry to hear you had issues, what would have been more helpful for everyone, was if you told us about this issue on day one, not days after your departure. We did indeed check out the unit and no bed bugs were ever found. This is a serious allegation and we are sorry you had a skin reaction to something. We'd hope you can give us a shout the next time your travel plans bring you back to Vail and Beaver Creek for a great ski vacation.

We appreciate your attention to details and are extremely happy you and your family had a great stay. Yes we are located close to both Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts. There are several ways to get to the slopes, but the best way is to use our free skier shuttles to Vail and Beaver Creek. Glad you were able to enjoy both resorts with ease. Sorry to hear of your maintenance issues, but glad our awesome, on site, maintenance crew was able to jump in and get things repaired. Sorry to hear that the mattress wasn't what you expected, we have let the owner know and he will look into options. Yes, indeed the free skier shuttles to Vail and Beaver Creek definitely make getting around so easy. and not having to pay for parking is another bonus.
