FINCA CAN CALISTRO - Apartment with private pool in Inca.

This homelike country house in the outskirts of Inca, in the centre of Mallorca, can comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 people.
After basking in the sun on one of the four sun loungers, you can take an exterior shower or refresh yourself in the 4.6m x 4.6m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.2m. Thanks to the BBQ you can cook under the starry sky. The chill-out porch is just perfect for a gin-tonic in the evening. This lovely cottage is fenced and there are a few neighbours.

A rustic sitting-dining room with A/C and fireplace is nice for family-dinners. The kitchen is fully-equipped so you can prepare your favourite meals, including a gas hob. There's a washer, an iron and an ironing board, located in the shower bathroom.

Three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a single bed, make this house ideal for five people. As you will see on the photos, there are beds for six people, but the house is only offered for five. A cot, a high chair, fans and electric heaters can be provided upon request.

This holiday home is about 3 km from Inca, where you will find everything you may need for an independent stay. On the L'Angel square in Inca you can have some drinks at night and go for dinner. Furthermore, Inca is famous for its leather production and because of that you can buy high-quality bags, shoes and much more.

As Inca is near the Tramuntana Mountains, the zone is good for hiking and cycling, for example to the monastery of Lluc, the La Calobra Bay, Valldemossa, Sóller or Deià. The north surprises with fine grained sand beaches with clear waters like Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollensa. The latter is surrounded by the mountains and is a very beautiful spot.

Great property. Loved the outdoor areas and having a pool was great in the summer heat. Will need a car to get around as a little way out of town.

Nice house in the countryside, outside Inca. You will need a car but if that’s sorted, the location is very good, with good communication to main roads and highway. The house is spacious, rustic and comfortable. Very big outdoor space with a nice pool, fire place for bbq. There’s only one bathroom for three bedrooms but since we were only one family it was fine. The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with. Nice place for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca.

Wir haben viel in dieser friedlichen Villa genossen, und der Ort war auch groß für die Nutzung. beste Villa auch für große Familien mit fast allen Arten von Einrichtungen, einschließlich Kochen und Waschen usw. Nur eine Sache, die zu berücksichtigen ist, ist, dass ein Auto an diesem Ort für die Mobilität großartig wäre, ansonsten ist auch ein Taxi verfügbar, aber ein eigener oder ein Mietwagen wäre aufgrund der Lage eine gute Wahl sein. Thank you to the owner of our accomodation ! It was a perfect trip and they are very welcomeness ! We spent good times and had received food, fruits and drinks when we arrived, very very kind. First, we thought the location hard to reach and quite dangerous but with time, we didn't need GPS. Great central localisation to reach every single part of Mallorca. 30 min to Cap Formentor, 30 min to Palma, 30 min to Soller... Just a perfect trip. Thank you very much for everything !
