This 4th floor west end condo has been completely renovated. All new kitchen appliances, new cabinets and granite. The tile floor has been replaced with chiseled travertine. All bathroom tubs, showers, vanities and toilets replaced. Full sized Samsung washer and dryer. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee or juice on our 28 foot fourth floor balcony overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sands of the beach on Okaloosa Island. The living, dining and kitchen areas all look out the "wall of glass" giving you an amazing view of the beach.

This unit has a master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, two vanities, and a separate tub and stone shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an adjoining full bathroom with new stone shower. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds. There is another full bathroom in the hall. Extra bedding is provided in the full-size sofa bed. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms.

The beaches of Okaloosa Island are wider and less crowded than Destin and the prices are better! We are less than two miles from the Gulfarium and numerous excellent restaurants. It is six miles to Destin and approximately 15 miles to the huge Silver Sands Outlet Mall! You can also reach many beautiful golf courses within minutes.

Okaloosa Island is beautiful and has a building restriction of 6 floors so you don't experience the massive crowds found in Destin with the high rise condos.

What makes this condo unique

Completely renovated. The kitchen and all bathrooms were completely gutted and everything upgraded and replaced.

Even the tile floors have been replaced with chiseled travertine stone. Like no other condo in Waters Edge!

Wow what a great condo with an ocean/beach view, 2 great pools and easy beach access. The condo has all up to date appliances including a washer/dryer in the unit and has been very well maintained. The unit is very spacious. We had 6 adults and 2 children in our group. The condo is located within walking distance of restaurants, liquor store and a small grocery. Great owners! Great value! We will come back to Waters Edge #403! Greg

Spring Break

We were able to stay at this wonderful condo with a beautiful view over Spring Break. The weather was not what we hoped for however, the condo was great. The location couldn't be better as it was close to great restaurants and located right in the beach. The owner made sure everything was perfect for our stay and I couldn't have expected any better service.

We had such a great time and the condo was perfect I am already looking to see when we can return. We will definitely return and look to stay at Waters Edge #403.
