Watch the sun rise over the mountains while enjoying coffee on your private lanai. Or, you can leave the blinds open when you go to sleep and watch the sunrise from bed. It’s all good in laid back Maui.
Having a full kitchen makes cooking meals at home easy and will save the vacation budget, but there are also numerous great restaurants within easy walking distance. You are only minutes from the center of town. It's so close it's not worth driving and the things you'll see on foot will be a big part of what makes Lahaina such a perfect vacation town.
After a day of fun activities you can relax on the manicured grounds near the pool and watch the sun set over the ocean. (Bring a fruity drink in a plastic glass) The beach is literally right at the edge of the property in case you prefer to sit on the sand. Don't forget to pick up a steak or veggie burger for the BBQ grill!
Washers and dryers are available on each floor. This is a non-smoking resort. A smoking area is provided at the southeast corner of the property. Local hourly bus service is available a few blocks away. There is a concierge in the lobby area to assist in your daily plans. Remy is extremely friendly and helpful.
Until February 2015 this unit was managed and maintained by Lahaina Shores Resorts. The current rate for this studio will be significantly lower now, but be aware daily maid service is not provided. There is an option for a roll away bed at an additional charge.
I chose this unit to purchase mainly because of the top floor advantage. I love the mountain view, breezes, and the high ceilings. I have replaced all of the cookware and utensils and had the carpet deep cleaned. I want my guests to be comfortable and able to enjoy Maui to the fullest. I am new to this adventure and welcome any feedback you may have for me.
Rates vary by date - please check the rates section. (Rate is based on 2 guests.) Inquire for your dates and please check my calendar for availability. There will be a remodel of the unit summer of 2016 with a substantial rate increase to follow. So catch this bargain while you can!

Hi my name is Rochelle. I was born and raised in Tacoma, WA. I went to high school in that cool castle from the movie 'Ten things I hate about you.' My mother is a Polynesian Hawaiian blend. She was born in a village in the cut of the mountains just south of Lahaina in 1919. Sadly she passed in 2017 at the age of 96. She has been returned to the island she loved. I am intent on returning to the land of my ancestors. I hope to spend many of my retirement years on the island. I can hardly wait!

Why Rochelle chose Lahaina
I chose to purchase in Lahaina because of my family history and because I think this area is the perfect mix of interesting things and laid back people. There is plenty to do and see but Lahaina is a true community with a small town feel.
What makes this Condo unique
Lahaina Shores Beach Resort has the best location. You can walk on a nice beach right outside the pool area. You are so close to the heart of town and the famous Banyan Tree. The marina is right there along with the Wharf Cinema center. The staff at Lahaina Shores was a big selling point for me. This resort has a true boutique hotel feel to it.

Great location, in town, beach side and in West Maui. Clean room and well managed by hotel. 6th floor and good mountain view. Only complaint is for hotel management. They charged $6 for me to use toll free number. Because they said that it’s long distance number.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Lahaina Shores. We love the location. Easy access to the beach and Lahaina.
Unit 616 was a great place to stay. We loved breakfast and coffee on the lanai while watching the sun come up. The hustle and bustle of Front St is great entertainment as well. Rochelle’s communication was great and went out of her way to welcome us on the day of our arrival. Her unit had everything we needed for our 4 nights there... dishes, linens, beach gear, etc.
My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Lahaina Shores. It was conveniently located near shops and restaurants as well as being right on the beach! We got to cook some of our meals, like cooking up day old poke as fried rice, yummy! The property came with tatami mats too that we brought around to various beaches. A great condo right in Lahaina on the ocean within walking distance of everything in town.
We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the mountain every morning as we had coffee on the lanai. The condo had everything we needed. It was well equipped for cooking. The updates in the building have really improved things. The pool area can get crowded but the beach never seemed crowded no matter when we went.
I would recommend this condo for anyone visiting Lahaina.

The property was very clean, & in a great location of Lahaina! The owner of the property was very helpful on what to bring or what didn’t need to bring. She gave us great information on things to do. It was one of the best vacations we have ever taken! We will be back for sure!

$300 deposit required at time of booking. Payment in full is required 60 days prior to check in. Rates are based on 2 people. Contact owner reference 3rd person. Cancellation policy: If I am able to rebook I will refund all except the credit card fees (if any). Sometimes I may discount the rate to get a last minute booking and you would then receive the lower amount as your refund. I will include you in this process if possible. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. THERE IS A $200 FEE FOR ANYONE DETERMINED TO HAVE BEEN SMOKING IN THE UNIT OR ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING OR COMMON AREAS. Parking fees charged by resort $3.50 per day. They also charge for local calls check at front desk for current prices. I recommend travel insurance. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
