Beautiful spacious Contemporary 2BD/2BA 2,000 SqFt. Marquise suite with great views of the Las Vegas Strip from every room. Perfect for entertaining, nice outdoor wraparound balcony overlooking the pool and the Las Vegas strip. Large kitchen and a comfortable spacious living room. Bathrooms have granite countertops and have large Jacuzzi tubs. The Hotel features a nice spa and workout area. Our Luxury Condo/Hotel and Spa is within 2 block of the Las Vegas Strip, a short distance from the Bellagio, Ceasers Palace, and Bally's hotels. Excellent Property, an Oasis near the Strip

Don, the owner, is an excellent communicator and is very helpful! The property is spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a couple blocks to the mono rail and the Strip. Hotel staff are very attentive. Next time I'm in Vegas, this is where I want to stay!!!

Perfect space for a family

Very large space with views to the strip. Kitchen was huge with extra seating and the patio was perfect for reading. Only downside was not much for kitchen pots/pans, etc.

Spacious and comfortable

We were a family of four and the condo was perfect for us. Close to the strip and shopping, comfortable beds and living area, large bathrooms and kitchen. Hotel staff are friendly, pool was awesome and the one meal we ate in the restaurant was very good. Don was extremely accommodating. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect place for a nearly perfect weekend

Mom's birthday group of 6 debated on whether to book individual rooms versus a VRBO or airbnb home/condo...

Our two biggest concerns on the home/condo option

1. Timing - We were running out of time to make a decision (less than a week before our trip).

2. Confidence - We didn't really know if the home/condo options advertised were truly "As Advertised".

Don was both easy to communicate with and quick to respond/book/provide information.The Suite was just perfect. I don't want to tell anyone how good it really was because I want it to be available for my future trips, but to be fair to Don I will share.

We arrived early Friday and decided to find the place. Easy, a parking lot away from Bally's, just far enough from The Strip, from the "excitement" to retreat when we wanted to relax.

The valet crew immediately offered to park our vehicle, but I told him we were early and our room probably wouldn't be ready.

The Front Desk Person asked me for ID/credit card (for security deposits), said our room was ready, had me sign a couple of forms, and we were in! GREAT we didn't have to wander around Las Vegas for hours with no place to go!

Jimmy the Bellman at the Platinum had nothing but nice things to say about the Gerig's, so I knew I was in the right place. He and the concierge also helped us to look for some affordable seats to a sold out concert (they could get them, but the show was a little too pricey for us).

The suite was "As Advertised". Spacious... Living room, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms. All the comforts of home... kitchen, refrigerator, washer/dryer, laundry...

The Platinum had anything else we might need (Pool/Jacuzzi/Restaurant/Lounge/Spa/the list goes on and on...etc.) and a friendly and knowledgable truly top notch staff!

The the things that the Platinum didn't have:

- It didn't have casinos/shops/walkways/elevators/restaurants full of people - too many people! Ugh, I hate waiting. We made reservations and/or took an uber/lyft to wherever wasn't nearby.

- It didn't have long confusing walks to/from uber pickup/drop off. If you book at the bigger hotels you have to walk miles and find the place to get to a car/uber/taxi.

-It didn't have any smoke (its a 100% smoke free hotel).

I was 21 once, went out with my buddies, got drunk, smoked etc... but I'm not 21 now.

I want to enjoy my time in Vegas.

I'm always going to ask Don for availability before I book anywhere else.

Great View, Good Looking suite, Good Owner

The Suite was what we were looking for, a big spacious area. Valet was great and offered our big group a Limo which we took. We were celebrating 4 birthdays and the weekend was great. $12 uber/lyft takes you to the furthest casinos on the strip aswell.

Only Complain: I got a call from the owner stating the hotel had recorded some damage in the room, A door had what looked like a punch hole in it, I don't hold rentals to the same standard as a hotel room. so when I walked in to the suite and noticed it I didn't think much. I should have notified the front desk to save time. It is Monday now and I am searching through all my videos to get a picture of that specific door with the previous damage. I was Charged the same day they started to accuse me and I was not given a chance to prove it was there before. I spent all night Monday looking through videos and I spot the door with the hole in a video. The time of the video is 6:58pm Friday, I checked in Friday between 6:40pm and 6:50pm. I sent this to the owner the next day and felt that it was sufficient evidence to get my money back. He called me back same day, And told me the Hotel was still blaming me but he would honor the screenshot and return the $250.

TLDR: Take Pictures as you walk in to the room of any marks or anything wrong with the place. If anything is wrong notify the front desk IMMEDIATELY as well. It seems like the hotel won't honor any evidence after they put the blame on you. Save yourself time and do it at the beginning of your trip.
