Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Very nice home, great view, suggest you drive up the driveway to the left to upload, kitchen is on third floor. A lot of stairs to carry coolers. Everything else was great.
Great hide away... Very off the beaten path, long gravel drive in, nice layout & house. Desks were great. Luxury rental
This is a beautiful home-comfortable, roomy, great electronics, fabulous kitchen, all furnishings are first class. Kids loved it. Here's the downside- no lake access nearby and the bike trail is really close, but difficult to access (however you can do it).and there are a lot of stairs-like 4 stories. There is an elevator which you need permission to use if stairs are a problem. It's about 8 miles to Harrison, These were small problems and our family really loved our stay at the Harrison retreat!
The house was beautiful and had beautiful views with lots of space for everyone. I did feel there were some issues with the cleanliness of the house, the master bath towels were dirty, there bugs in one of the sinks, and the kitchen counter was clearly dirty from the previous renters. When you have to pay a $200 cleaning fee, you expect everything to be clean when you get there. Also the handle to the front door was about to fall off and there was no hand soap in most of the dispensers. Overall all it had amazing views and was a nice place to stay, I just expected more upkeep for the price.
My son, myself and 8 of his friends stayed here after they graduated from high school. It was an amazing place! Plenty of room for everyone - beds for all, and bathrooms to spare. They spent time hiking, taking walks and long-boarding on the trail, playing games and watching movies. Great time away for all of us. The house is amazing with outstanding features and upgrades - fabulous decks to watch wild life from. Wonderful way to enjoy the outdoors without roughing it!
