This home was completely restored in 2015. It has all new foundation, electrical, plumbing, insulation, most windows (except five historic), and boiler with in-floor radiant heat. All the finishes, furniture, beds, dishes and linens are new. New and clean kitchen and baths. The home is warm and comfortable.
Location Location Location. In the heart of town on Ridge Street and walkable to dining and shopping. Within a few blocks are a gourmet grocery and great restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs. The Breckenridge Arts District with galleries and classes is also on Ridge Street.
Just 600 yards to the Peak Nine lift, or take the free shuttle that runs about every 20 minutes directly to the lifts. No need for a car.
The large living room, dining room, and kitchen are a great gathering place for your party. This beautiful space has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, LED TV, elegant furnishings and a gourmet kitchen. The vaulted ceiling and wood beams are beautifully lit with LED lighting. The gourmet kitchen features leathered granite countertops and premium appliances.
A lower level family room provides a second gathering place. The family room features a large LED TV and wet bar. A full bath is off of the family room.
Bedrooms are appointed with premium mattresses and bedding. Sleeps 9 total:
Master Bedroom; king bed with private bath
Second Bedroom; queen bed next to main floor bath
Bunk Bedroom; a twin bed, full bed, and twin trundle bed sleeps four.
The lower level Family Room includes a quality sleeper sofa for one.

We believe Breckenridge is the perfect mountain town. There is so much more to do in Breckenridge; skiing, dining, shopping, arts and entertainment. We live in Evergreen, Colorado. I am an Architectural Engineer specializing in historic preservation and my wife is an educator.

Amazing house in an amazing location
We rented this home for a short off-season retreat with our adult daughters. The house is newly renovated and was in pristine condition when we checked in. We have renovated homes ourselves and we had a deep appreciation for the design and the quality of this renovation. The layout is great with nice privacy afforded to everyone. The location is amazing! There is a great market to supply all necessary provisions just across the street and it is a short one block walk to all of the shops and dining establishments on Main Street. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and this was one of our best VRBO experiences ever! We would definitely rent this property again!!
PERFECT location, beautiful house!!
This is a well done, classy little house that had everything we needed! We loved the decor and found it a breath of fresh air to not have the "cabin in the woods" decor that every rental in Colorado seems to have! The house has been recognized as historical in the town of Breckenridge, and it is clear the owners put alot of thought and effort into its restoration. The location could not be better, as it was a 10 min walk to Peak 9, and less then 5 min to Main Street, which offers an endless selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need if you choose to cook.
We even walked to the City Market (larger grocery store that has much bigger selection than the market across the street)! FYI, the grocery stores charge 10cents a bag when you shop, so grab the cloth bag in the pantry closet before you go! We are seriously considering a return visit in the summer! Don't hesitate to book this!
Really Beautiful Home
We loved our stay in Breckenridge. The home was all modern, new, and clean. The family room allowed one group to watch TV separate from living room. The home is better than the pictures!
AMAZING house, location, and stay!
This house blew us away! We couldn't believe how beautiful it was- the pictures do not do justice! This historic house was charming and modern at the same time. It is convienetly located across the street from a grocery store, and 1 block away (not even) from Main Street. We can't say enough great things about this place. It made our trip!
Charming home in the heart of Breckenridge
We have been spending time in Breckenridge for the past 30 years. There are very few properties that capture the history of the town and can be found in a perfect location. The amenities are fantastic -- everything you would need. The historic home was remodeled recently and beautifully decorated. I would certainly recommend this home to anyone looking for a quality home in the heart of town.
Loved the location, the house, everything! Beautiful on the inside with all the touches to make you feel at home. Perfect for two small families with young children. Met the owner Mike who was so welcoming and friendly!
No need for a car in the heart of Breckenridge with a gourmet grocery store on the same block. Peak 9 lift is 600 yards, or catch the Town of Breckenridge shuttle to the slopes.
