Absolutely fell in love with this property and hope to return! The location was so close to everything - shuttle to lift, walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was easy to order Instacart for grocery delivery, too. The view of the town and mountains was just beautiful. The space was clean and comfortable - perfect set up with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so everyone had privacy when needed. The entry with ski storage was a godsend - plenty of benches and hooks for everyone! We especially appreciated the historic information that was provided for the property - so interesting and impressive that it remains in the family. Hope to return when there is more snow-but the week was perfect in spite of the weather thanks to this place! :)

Kelly was very accommodating and helpful both before and during our stay. The location good not be better. Steps to restaurants, bars and shopping and a very short easy walk to the slopes. 4 king size bedrooms is hard to find and our group voted this the best.

2nd Stay

This was the 2nd time our group stayed at this property. We love the proximity to Main Street and still close enough to walk home from the 4 o'clock run. The 4 bedrooms all with King Beds and 4 bathrooms is a plus.

My family visited Breckenridge after Christmas and we loved the Wildflower house, great location, great lay out, the house had everything you needed to feel at home!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Family Ski Trip

The property was exactly as advertised -- sizable, clean, centrally located and run by excellent hosts. Can't recommend this property enough. We'll definitely be coming back here for our future Breck trips!

Great set-up in the middle of town

The set-up is excellent, with four bedrooms with all private bathrooms. Perfect for an adult trip. The house was spotless and the owners were very responsive. It's a great property and a great location.

Christmas getaway

We stayed 4 nights at the loft. It is perfectly located in the middle of downtown Breckenridge. It made it super convenient to walk to get ski gear, shops, and restaurants. The loft itself worked out perfect for our family as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We definitely recommend this location and would stay here again. Thank you!

This property was not only beautiful and comfortable, but in the middle of Breckenridge Main Street making absolutely EVERYTHING walkable. The front balcony was perfect for enjoying the 4th of July activities in Breck! We’ll be back!

Amazing Amazing Amazing Loft!

What a wonderful property in possibly the most perfect location in Breckinridge. From the awesome ski/bike room in the back (we were out biking), to the 4 en-suite bedrooms (all good size and well decorated), to the more then generous family/dining space, to the balcony looking over Main Street (and the smell of the fresh baked cookies), everything was perfect. I couldn’t imagine a better stay in Breck, we’ll be back!!

Great location - downtown Breck!

This loft met all our expectations--we literally went to the coffee shop RIGHT across the street every day. The loft was super clean and pleasant, with up-to-date everything. The ONLY wish we had was that there were bedside tables on each side of beds for all our charging electronics :-) But we had so much fun and, whenever we go again, would happily stay in the Main Street Loft.

Great ski vacay in Breck!

Property was fantastic for our large family ski vacation. The apartment has a huge mud room to accommodate all of our ski gear and snow boots to keep our feet dry in the apartment. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the corner, hop the trolley to get to the gondola and then walk off to ski at Peak 7 or 8. The walk was fine even in ski boots. Kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed to cook. Only cons would be that we were a little warm in the apartment and if you like a firm pillow, you should bring your own. We would absolutely stay here again on future trips!

Great Location

We loved staying at this property. The location was convenient for us because it was right downtown, so we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. We walked to the ski lifts, but it was only a 5-minute walk. The property was so nice and clean. I loved the downstairs area for all of our ski stuff and my little boy was able to play in the large area. We had 7 people in our party ranging from age 1-72 and it was perfect for all.

Great location!! Easy walk to peak nine. Parking for 2 vehicles is tight but we made it work. Condo is very nice. Loved having a bath with each bedroom! One suggestion might be for small humidifiers to help with the dry air. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Breckinridge⛷️🏂

Superb spot in breck

This property is simply perfect if you like skiing in Breckenridge and enjoying the town . Highlights for us : the property is literally in the center of town and steps from everything… beginning of day you walk one block walk to a shuttle for a 3 minute drive to the gondola…. end of day you can ski right into town and walk about one block to the property… These owners that truly care about their property and your experience. Our family has been coming to breck for nearly 3 decades and we have stayed all over the place — this is our new favorite spot.

Fantastic Group Getaway at Breckenridge

We had an amazing stay at this place in Breckenridge with our group of friends. The house was spacious and beautifully furnished, with each bedroom featuring its own bathroom for added convenience. The open-plan living area and well-equipped kitchen made it easy to socialize and enjoy meals together. The property's location provided easy access to downtown Breckenridge and the slopes, making it perfect for our skiing adventures. Our host Kelly made us feel at home and was responsive and we truly appreciated her help in storing our bags for a short period of time. I highly recommend this place for a memorable group getaway!

Top notch loft right on Main Street! Amazing!!

This loft is just wonderful! The remodel of the original building is really amazing. The four separate bedrooms each having their own full bath' was perfect for our group. King beds with great bedding and flatscreen tv's in each room make you feel like you are staying at a resort! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The living room and kitchen have beautiful decor and our teenagers loved the games and Xbox! The adults loved walking out the door right on Main Street. Our stay here was wonderful. Kelly was so nice and accommodated our early arrival.

Very disrespectful owners

The owner kept coming in to inspected and beat on the door yelling at my 13 year to open the fing door and got mad bc we didn’t keep the windows closed

Unfortunately, we did have to intervene twice during this stay. The first time was during a flash flood storm event. We called them during the flooding to make sure that they had returned to The Loft as they had left the windows open all day. In our welcome book, we ask our guests to close the windows and doors if they’re planning to be away for the day because Colorado is famous for extreme weather changes. These guests left the windows open and ruined our historic windowsills and flooded our hallway before we were able to get in to close the windows. The second intervention was after we received a call from the Town of Breck police letting us know that the guests were throwing things at the pedestrians walking on the sidewalk below. They asked that we contact the guests before they had to become involved. We are teachers so to say that we cursed at the children is disheartening and dishonest. Unfortunately, I’m not surprised after the disrespect that they showed us and our beautiful and beloved Loft. As much as The Loft feels and looks like a 5-star resort, it’s a beloved family gem. We have never had a bad review because The Loft is amazing. We take extreme pride in the appearance and quality of The Loft. We take equally strong pride in our hospitality, and try to provide a perfect experience without any intervention. These guests were disrespectful and terrible. I give them zero stars. Future renters beware!
