Modern comfort meets mountain living in this large sun-lit home. Nestled along Frazier Creek and five minutes from downtown, it's the perfect mix of privacy and convenience.

With two expansive decks you’ll have plenty of space to enjoy morning coffee, or an evening BBQ. Inside, the bright and airy interior is designed for comfort, with plenty of room for your group to gather or spread out.

The spacious master bedroom on the first floor has a king bed and private bath with a jetted spa tub and private door to outside decks. Two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and an additional queen sofa sleeper in the downstairs family room.

Please note that the quiet and serenity of Graeagle is important to us and to our neighbors. This home is not appropriate for events or get-togethers of any kind.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Take out trash to the bins in the garage.

Be sure the propane is turned off on the grill.

Put away the deck chair pillows. Ok to leave the umbrellas up.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Prohibited Activities: Parties, events, and smoking are strictly prohibited.

Parking only in the driveway and designated parking spaces allocated to the property. RV’s are not allowed on the property or on the street.

Noise Restrictions: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors. Please drive slowly through the neighborhood.
