This villa had plenty of space couldn't get rib of the dampness smell in basement bed were not comfortable the pool never got clean the whole 16 days we were there other pool around us were getting clean about twice a week felt this was a let down to our holiday broken glass left in bushes so wasn't check probley before we went in found someone dirty sock left in the room again not checked before letting it my fifth time in Cyprus and always we have received a welcome pack but nothink we arrived early hours in morning no water no milk like I said I rented 4 villa out in Cyprus and always supply with welcome pack Internet only works on ground floor couldn't get any in bedrooms beautiful island beaches are lovely shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk the villa did give us lovely sea view from the roof Terence

Thank you for your feedback. The pool was cleaned during your stay as if it hadn't been it would have been green after a week for lack of chemicals. The pool cleaners are on site anytime after 5am in the summer, maybe you didn't see them. Unfortunately properties with rooms below ground can smell of damp, there is very little anyone can do, we are sorry about this. Housekeeping have been made aware that a sock had been left under the bed and it should not have been there.

lovely villa and very helpful friendly service

villa was great very spacious and clean. helpful and friendly service with being contacted to access the property with all the information being sent out days before arrival. lovely quiet area with just a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. everything needed in the villa.

The property was not to the standard described on the website,

The property needs a serious upgrade to its bedding and towels, the overall feel is worn out; The washing machine is dirty; The clothes airer is rusty; The pool wasn’t cleaned frequently. Good location but basic accommodation for the price and the basement had a strong damp smell so it was fortunate that we did not require all bedrooms.

We are very sorry that you were unhappy with the villa. We do ask guests to contact us if they have any issues and you didnt unfortunately. The pool, like all villa pools is cleaned twice weekly. The bedding was brand new towards the end of 2018, however whilst the towels are not that old the colours have faded so we are replacing them. We have had the basement checked and find no sign of damp but this area is underground. Once again we apologise if you were not happy as so many guests have stayed here and loved the property.

Clean and tidy, excellent location , very quiet

Stayed for my 60th birthday with family. There is a lot of space around the villa that has sun virtually all day . The villa is approx 7 mins walk to the main Coral Bay strip which is great for bars and restaurants. There was everything in the villa that we needed for a good holiday. I would recommend this villa for those who don’t want to be too far from the bars and restaurants and the quiet location .

Very comfortable and right for our family group.

Overall the villa was very comfortable, however there was a shortage of wine glasses, crockery and cutlery for the 7 of us. The bedrooms were very clean but there were areas where it looked like the pre-guest cleaning had not been done very thoroughly (especially the patio table). There appears to be some problem with the waste water plumbing in the basement, sometimes when having a shower the waste water does not get pumped away and backs up in the toilet, other times it works as it should? This having been said we really enjoyed our stay at this villa and would come again.
