We are proud to offer all of our guests new linens, quilts, comforters and pillows that are hypoallergenic. All of our linens, bath/hand towels, wash clothes & beach towels are professionally laundered.

Gulf Breeze boasts 3 bedrooms, two full baths plus a powder room. It has a great feeling of openness with 2,100 square feet of living space. The main living area features a new 65" Smart TV (Netflix, Pandora capable) along with Comcast X1 cable which offers over 220 channels and Comcast's most advanced WiFi speed for blazing internet. Other features include high ceilings / doorways throughout, beautiful crown molding, granite counter tops, gorgeous tile work, paneled cabinets in kitchen and all baths. Plus a two car garage, tile roof and paver driveway.
Walk through the full wall of glass "tinted" sliders to the pool deck which offers a combination pool spa'. Fully jetted and heated with room for 10 people. This open air system is the latest advancement in pool/spa combinations in twenty years. Both children and adults love this type of pool as it is deep enough for them to enjoy and has built in benches on one side to hang out on.
Great location. Use one of the four provided bikes to get to Vanderbilt beach quickly or take a short 20 minute walk to get there. The Ritz, La Playa resort, tennis and golf as well as the Mercato Shops are a short distance away.

This house was great! Four of us stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and bright. The spaool (spa/pool) was great....turn the temperature down during the day to swim then turn it up at night for a hottub.The owner had great communication and made himself readily available. I would recommend this house and most likely will rent it again.

We loved our stay. The house had a lot of room, was very clean and everything was as advertised. The Spa/Pool was great especially if you don't need a full sized pool as it heats quickly. Well supplied and everything is in great condition.

The property owner was so responsive and informative. The home was outstanding - we now love a SPOOL! The house was very spacious with so many amenities. The bedrooms were big and the bathrooms were up to date. We love the master shower! The beds were comfy. The host thought of many details. Beach passes, garage door opener, laundry detergent, spices, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas! It was all there!! We will be back!

Fun in Naples

This home was beautiful, just as the pictures. We had one small issue with the pool and Bob was there within ten minutes and had it fixed. One of the best owners I have ever dealt with. The only thing for us, it seemed a bit far from the beach to bike. Someone younger probably could with no issues. I would highly recommend this home.

Very nice home close to everything. Robert was very responsive. Very clean. Only issue is extremely slow internet. Would highly recommend that they upgrade speed and add additional cost to the rent. With teens streaming and adults working, it was frustrating.

I am not sure I will be able to convey in a review just how nice this home really is. This was our first VRBO experience and we will never stay in a hotel for extended vacations again. This was an anniversary vacation for us, no kids. I would highly recommend this house for a couples vacation who want to escape the hustle and bustle you get at hotels or rented condos. The description and photos are very accurate. Even though we knew what we were getting, it exceeded our expectations in every way. First, the packet of information was so nice to have, thank you!! It included everything we needed to know about the home from entering to how to operate the pool/spa. The neighborhood is quiet and the privacy fence provided for a quiet and relaxing vacation away from people. When we weren't traveling to various beaches, we spent all of our free time relaxing in the pool or sitting on the pool patio just chatting or reading. The chairs and couch by the pool were very comfortable and we sat there for hours since we had wonderful weather. If you read, bring a book light so you can enjoy quiet evening reading. GREAT location! There are several close by beaches and each is wonderful. The Vanderbuilt Beach access was our favorite, only $8 to park all day at the parking ramp and an ice cream shop with snacks near the entrance. Although we didn't use the bikes like we had wanted to they all looked in working order and newer. Very bike friendly area. We made use of the beach chairs provided and the plenty of large beach towels. We never cooked at the home but the kitchen was well stocked. A Super Walmart is very close by along with several other shopping places to pick up those essentials, suggest you get some Red Solo cups for by the pool. Our favorite breakfast place was the Patio Cafe and we enjoyed a lunch at Randy's Fish Market. Both places provided great food and even better service. Although we didn't need anything from the owners during our stay, our emails and texts before arrival and the day before checkout were answered quickly. We definitely plan to bring the kids back and either stay here or another one of their properties in the neighborhood. Even had we brought the kids, I know we would have enjoyed this house as a family.

Magnifique maison à 4 minutes en auto du parc national Delnor-Wiggins. Toutes les commodités étaient présentes dans la maison afin de rendre notre séjour exceptionnel, le tout correspondait entièrement à la description ainsi qu'aux photos fournies. The house is spectacular! It’s EXACTLY as pictured. Bob responds within seconds almost. Incredible really. The beach is a 3-4 drive down the road and parking is included in the reservation. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about our experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect for an escape from WI

The home was very clean and everything was as described. The pool/spa was the highlight of the house, and it has a good amount of sun for most of the day. Check-in was super easy, and the property owner was very responsive with questions. We would definitely stay here again.
