As you walk through the door and see the deep blue ocean, you have arrived in Hawaiian paradise!
The great room features wide pocket doors that seamlessly expand the living space out to a large balcony (lanai). Relax in your own private oasis swimming pool, lounge in the shade under a poolside gazebo, unwind in your own hot tub! All just minutes from restaurants & shopping.

-Private heated oasis swimming pool, gazebo that is exclusively for our guest's private use! The pool is heated year-round to a very comfortable 86+ degrees (30 celsius) by a dual electric & solar heating system. Electric pool heating is a rarity in Hawaii!
-Incredible ocean views from master bedroom with king bed and high-quality linens, jacuzzi tub, walk-in travertine rainshower.
-Balcony features super comfortable premium Barcalounger brand outdoor seating and a gorgeous solid wood teak dining table with seating for 6.
-Super high-quality beds and linens in all bedrooms.
-Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a large island that doubles as a dining area for 4.
-Air conditioning system is located in all three bedrooms. We are one of the rare homes with AC! All areas have ceiling fans. When the 18-foot pocket doors are open, the main living spaces are cooled by a constant mountain breeze and remain a comfortable temperature year-round.
-Maytag brand Washer & dryer.
-Gas BBQ on the balcony.
- Four HD televisions throughout including one poolside! All TVs have HD cable channels.

Our home is a lively place with three multigenerational Australian Labradoodles and a 300-gallon saltwater fish tank full of beautiful Hawaiian critters.
Courtney is retired from healthcare and now runs our furniture store in Kona. Lee runs a couple businesses that he started from scratch. We work together to give our guests the very best Hawaiian Holiday possible.
We are available 24/7 and are not happy with anything less than a truly magical Hawaiian holiday for each and every one of our guests!
