The Shipyard vacation rentals

The place was lovely. It was very clean and the location is perfect. We love staying in the Shipyard. No complaints at all. Keurig coffee maket seemed to be malfunctioning so I used the other coffee maker.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed touring the island on bikes, lots of trips through the streets of Old Town shopping, dining, touring the sites.

The location of the unit is perfect! 3 blocks from Duvall and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Far enough away for a good nights rest. Close enough to enjoy the fun. Jim was super easy to chat with. There were no surprises, everything was exactly as stated!

Very nice condo in walkable part of Key West close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Only suggestion would be to include bicycles but rental location is only a block away.

Great location-10 minute walk to Duval Street, Mallory Square, Fort Zachary Taylor park, southernmost point. Rental had everything we needed. Would definitely go back!

Location was wonderful. The state park is the best beach on the island. Condo is close to fun attractions. The condo was clean and comfortable could DEFINITELY USE NEW PILLOWS!! The pool is definitely smaller than it looks in the pictures and it’s fair to note this is one of the few units without a balcony off the second bedroom. I mention this bc we were charged more for the 1/2 bath but in all fairness without the second balcony it’s not worth it. Both the patio and master bedroom balcony face the parking carports so there’s NOTHING TO LOOK AT when out there and the ac unit is right there so it’s very loud. Neighbors were very very loud, had there been a balcony off the second bedroom, like other units, we could have at least gone to that balcony to sit outside. The front patio is really cramped so that second balcony would have been nice. Overall nice condo but I wouldn’t spend the extra next time.
