Very lovely home. Spacious ,quiet many things for you to do as a family. There’s even enough chairs and umbrellas for you to use at the beach for a very rememberable day. I would definitely come back.

Perfect location

This house was perfect location, close to beaches, marina, coffee shops. But also Target, 5 Below and groceries only 10 minutes away to grab all you need for week. My family loved the pool and all the outside games the owner left for them to play. The owner was quick to respond and was very helpful from start to finish.

Wonderful place!

The villa is fantastically appointed and very modern. With only a short drive to beaches, shopping and downtown it makes for a great base to explore Naples and beyond. You could also just stay there as it has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Gabriel is a great host and on hand to answer any questions you might have. We will be back!

The house was just Amazing. Spacious and roomy open living. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor living with the outdoor kitchen area The host (Gabriel) was always available and replied to my texts immediately. All I can say is that you will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Great Vacation

We were in Naples for a football tournament and this home was amazing. The pictures are exactly what we saw. The kids enjoyed the pool daily. The kitchen and master bathroom were my favorite. My husband enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with the grill. The neighborhood was extremely nice. My only complaints were the Wi-Fi would disconnect every 15 minutes. Other than that we all enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.

The property is beautiful, the house is beautiful and the property management was great to work with. The house has everything you need. The 1 and only negative point was the road noise. The noise was very loud.

The house is as beautiful as pictured. It could use a deeper cleaning as the baseboards and house fans were covered with dust & dirt. The location is central to many things and easy to get to. The downside is it is noisy due to it backing up to a major road. Pool was nice and relaxing. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful stay

This rental was perfect for our family. The home was clean and really exceeded our expectations as the listing didn't do it justice. The floor plan was split which I appreciate because our teenagers stay up later than I care to. The private pool/lanai was very nice to have on days when intermittent rain foiled our beach plans. If there is one negative, I would say it is the master bed/mattress needs replaced however, we will definitely stay here again.

Great place for kids and adults!

We have a 1 and almost 3 year old and this house was great for us. It was very clean and safe. The pool area is great- a little noisy since it backs up to a busy road, but great nonetheless. House comes equipped with most everything you need. We bought groceries for the week and barely ate out! Has beach toys and bikes too! Gabriel was great to work with. We hope to be back! Would highly recommend.

Best place in Naples

This was our first time renting a home for vacation. We usually go to the Caribbean and now we have truly found our new place. We were really not sure what we were getting. When we walked through the doors we were blown away on the beauty. I am a clean freak and I must say it was very clean. The pool and outside kitchen with TV were awesome. The proximity to beach and shopping was about 10 Minute drive. This is a great neighborhood in a gated community. We have found our new vacation house and look forward to returning.

Attentive host

When we first walked into the property, it looked like the pictures in the description. After being there a day, there were a few issues with the bedding, and the accessories. I called the host and he had new bedsheets, towels and and the other items sent to the house. We were in town to celebrate Christmas with family, the house was fine for that. The pool and outdoor area are the best feature, although the grill and outdoor cushions should be replaced in my opinion. There is quite a bit of road noise, but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Pool/Patio

We loved this property, especially the pool and patio area. Myself and my 18 year old daughter stayed by ourselves so we appreciated the security of a gated community. The neighborhood was very quite and great to walk our dogs in. Very little traffic. The property was well maintained and property management was very responsive. The only negative thing I could say and it was very minor for us, is that the back of the property is next to a busy loud road. You can’t see it but you can hear it when you are on the patio. Again this is very minor issue and didn’t bother us but some people might not like the noise.

Perfect property for a family holiday. Superb interior decoration, very large, as advertised and as shown by the photos. Very clean, very large and very comfortable. Very nice pool with fountain and light. Beautiful backyard with large BBQ area ( sink, fridge, etc ....). Many things to do in the surrounding area, including the beach 15 minutes away, visits to upscale neighborhoods, exceptional vegetation, restaurant activities and shopping. Not for the small budget though, but good value for money. It's true that some exterior furniture is a little worn and that a little interior paint refresh would be in order, but nothing major. There may also be a bit of noise, since it's next to a main road, but again, nothing major. We had a dream week... The whole family really enjoyed it

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful. Gabriel responded in minutes to every message that we sent him. The house is large and clean with all that is needed to eat drink and enjoy. My father in law and sister in law visited and there was plenty of space for us all with 3 bedrooms. We enjoyed the pool and walking the beautiful neighbourhood. The community is not far from Coastland mall, downtown or the beach. Just a short drive. If there were any negatives at all it would be the traffic noise during the day that is not constant but loud now and then with trucks and motorcycles. Primary mattress should be changed. Its not horrible but I am picky when it comes to my bed. I would definitely recommend to others!

Spacious but worn

The check in process was fairly simple, we had a hiccup but it was rectified quickly. The house is a lovely property in a great neighborhood. Very clean. Very convenient to everything. Beautiful pool area. A couple of cons, it is very noisy in the pool area due to the proximity to a very heavily traveled noisy main thoroughfare. Hard to have a conversation at times. The furniture in the house is worn and stained but I do get it is a rental but it could use some updating as can the overhead lighting in the primary bedroom. It is dark. The house did supply all kitchen needs and beach chairs, and some floats. The supplied bicycles needed some work, like brakes, so not rideable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Communication with owner/manager was hard as we found out he was out of the country but he did respond.

Our Experience

Overall we enjoyed this property. However, there were some hiccups. The dishwasher did not work. Even though it smelled cleaned the furniture and rug in the living room were badly stained and in the master bath, the baseboards were dirty. The master bed was so uncomfortable that after the grandkids left we slept in their beds. I also did not realize before we could check in we had to sign a rental agreement which was not communicated upfront. In the email, I kept receiving about it the very first word and second to the last word was misspelled, so I thought it was spam and kept deleting it. The day before check-in I received a phone call/text message about needing to sign it and by that time we were on the road driving. I was told there was a $400. late charge for being past 30 days. I explained about the email/docusign looked like a scam and why I kept deleting it. The owner seemed to understand that it was a miscommunication and so far we have not been charged the $400. Lastly, if you like quiet and peace when sitting outside by the pool you might want to look at another property. It is right off the main road and we could hear the traffic. At times it was hard to hear each other's conversations. There are plenty of trees surrounding the unit so at least we were not looking at neighbors.
