Come and relax on the beach in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, direct oceanfront condo….your beach home away from home! This condo is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, and the world famous Ron Jon’s Surf Shop.

Relax and unwind when you feel the ocean breezes on the private oceanfront balcony, and watch the dolphins and pelicans play. Enjoy lots of comfortable seating in the living room to take in the ocean view or watch the 55” LCD Smart TV with blu-ray DVD. The fully equipped kitchen lets you eat in, but if you prefer eating out, just choose from the many superb restaurants Cocoa Beach has to offer.

The condo sleeps 6 in the three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed, ocean balcony access, a 40” LCD cable TV, and a private bath. The second bedroom has queen size bed and full bathroom, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

Driftwood Villas is a small complex, with a relaxing, laid-back atmosphere. Amenities include a tropical heated pool and a community rec room.

Very convenient location. Close to the pier and walking distance to a couple of bar restaurants. Very short walk to the beach over the boardwalk. The host was very responsive and helpful - especially when it came to information about the rocket launches.

Amazing property in the heart of Cocoa Beach.

Wonderful stay

The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and well appointed with all the necessities for a great beach vacation. The owner was wonderful to work with. She was very nice and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Driftwood condo.

The condo was spacious and clean. Easy access to the beach and beautiful pool. Nice to have a washer & dryer in the unit. Close to shopping and a variety of restaurants.

Sharon was wonderful to work with. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Sharons condo had a wonderful view of the ocean and we spent lots of time on patio listening to the waves roll in. Location is close to everything including walking distance to the Pier, Ron Jon's, the Sandbar restaurant and many, many more places. I would highly recommend Sharons place to anyone traveling to Cocoa Beach.

Great location

We had a wonderful time here. Close to everything and a nice quiet condo. Spring breakers were north and south on beach, but pretty quiet in front of condo. The best sunrises sitting right on the balcony. Sharon was great and personally showed us the condo. Overall a wonderful stay. I'd give it 10+ if possible. Thanks Sharon.

Beautiful Condo with exceptional beachfront view.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sharons home. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. It is centrally located close to shopping, restaurants, the beach and grocery stores. Sharon was the perfect host. The building was quiet and the other tenants that lived there full time were very nice. The pool and area was very enjoyable with lots of beautiful flowers and shrubs. We had several dinners for family members who were staying in other condos and we had lots of room to entertain everyone in a large eating area. We were lucky enough to watch 5 rocket launches from the spacious balcony. It was one of the cleanest condos that we ever stayed in. We are happy to say that we never had any problems whatsoever with our stay and enjoyed every monent there.

My new happy place

Perfect location for relaxing on the beach while still within walking distance to the Pier, Ron Jon Surf Shop, several restaurants and even a convenience store. Grocery stores and many other restaurants are just minutes away. Nice, tranquil property that is extremely well maintained. The property manager is friendly, helpful and was available to answer any questions. The pool is fabulous. It’s in a courtyard setting with a community grill and next to a well-equipped clubhouse with restrooms. The unit is spacious, comfortable and includes practically anything you could want during your stay. It is the best equipped unit we have ever rented. Sharon is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any inquiries before, during and after our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. See you next year! And the next, and next and…

The Driftwood

The property is exactly as described. The view of the ocean as you walk front door is spectacular. The condo was clean well decorated and was well stocked to be able to cook meals in. The pool area is beautiful along with a gas grill to cook out. Sharon was incredibly easy to work with and she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. My wife and I stayed for a month and our daughter and teenage grandaughters were with us for part of the stay we had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Overall we highly reccomend this property

A perfect spot!

Sharon's condo is a perfect home away from home when visiting the area, and she is an amazing host. Nothing was left forgotten in furnishing for the comfort of her guests. Even leaving cold water in the fridge and wine on the table. She was always available to address any question or concern. We would not hesitate to contact her when planning for a return to lovely Coco Beach.

Favorite Spot? Sitting on the balcony overlooking ocean, sea grapes and sea oats enjoying coffee and sunrise or afternoon breezes. This condo works well for our family and visiting friends. It's not a glass and mirrors fancy place, but it is a comfortable, kick off your shoes, and relax because you are home at the beach. The kitchen is open to the family room, so cooking and socializing are easy. We really like the location. It's close to the port for seafood dining and entertainment, an easy ride to Cocoa Village for shopping and live music and speaking of live music, you can find it everyday of the week close by. This was our second year to return and we plan to do it again next year.

An amazing month at the beach

We are so happy that we lucked out staying at this condo. The location was perfect for us; there are many restaurants, bars and shopping nearby and we love being able to find live music played every night of the week. Most evenings we cooked dinner in the condo's well equipped kitchen. Each room is comfortable and made for relaxing with plenty of room for everyone to find a spot on the couch or the wonderfully long kitchen table. Every morning we watched the sunrise, then took our walk on the beach. It's hard to say what we'll miss most, but it's great knowing we can do it again next year!

Fabulous Direct Ocean Condo

Fabulous direct ocean condo. Very comfortable, clean and a well equipped kitchen as well as beach toys. We were five and did not feel cramped at all. Owner was great to work with and extremely responsive to any needs. Close by restaurants, Cocoa Beach Pier, Orlando and a stones throw from the best beach made our 6 week stay most enjoyable.

This condo was so comfortable for our family vacation! The decor is inviting and comfortable. The condo provided everything we needed for our stay, with plenty of linens and a kitchen well-stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The view of the beach is incredible- you can't get any closer than this! Just steps to the water!! The heated pool is a beautiful place to relax at the end of the day as well. Loved the convenience of the elevator. Owners are friendly and great to work with!

Beautiful and clean condo
