Perfect location for a beach vacation. Had everything you would need for the beach and in the kitchen. This is one of the best places we've ever stayed for our family of 8.

Spring Break 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Jennifer was available if needed and the condo was over accommodating with all of the kitchen essentials plus more if you wanted to air fry food or use a crockpot. The condo was beautiful, very clean, well laid out for a larger group if needed and had a gorgeous view! We even saw a Space X shuttle take off! The walk to the beach was minimal. I would highly recommend staying here (and I’m a hard person to please with higher expectations!). When we come back to Cocoa Beach we will be booking this condo again!

Worst place we have stayed. Kids couldn’t even play in the pool. It’s an old persons resort although they don’t give you all of the petty rules before you book. Thumbs down.

A great week with my family

My family had a great time staying at this beautiful condo. Our plan was to relax and enjoy the sun, pool and hot tub, which we did! There were 2 couples, and 2 adult singles so we used all of the beds, including the Murphy bed and all of them were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very relaxing! The view was perfect for the two Rocket launches we saw as well as the beautiful sunrise

Beware the Owner

The condo and property are beautiful, but the owner is a problem. We could tell she was high-strung from her instructions, so we bent over backwards to keep it clean, and did a great job. We told her we left a day early to give her options for her next guest. For our courtes

Family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and this rental at Cocoa Beach is beautiful. There seemed to be a lot of strict-ish rules but understand that sometimes they are needed. Our family enjoyed everything. Thankful to share this time and home with the grand babies.

Felt like home

Rest and relaxation for 7 days with our grown children. Enjoyed the beach and the pool on alternating days. This was a great weather week.

Great Place!

Very clean and well put together. Great view of the ocean and fantastic view of any rockets taking off. Was exactly what we were looking for in a beach trip.

Beautiful

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Condo was equipped with everything you may need. Beautiful inside and fabulous view of the ocean. A great location for relaxing and hearing the ocean waves all day. Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Very Nice Condo with Great View

The view is great and the condo has extremely well equipped bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Beach access is easy and the condo has what you need for the beach (toys, umbrella etc.) We found Cocoa Beach to be a good location for the beach plus access to Disney, Kennedy Space Center and St. Augustine.

Rude hostess

To the Owner, This was our second visit to your beautiful condo and we planned a 3rd trip, until checkout. Your hostess rudely accused us of stealing and breaking items. We are a family of Professionals and are honest and responsible, and told your hostess we did not break or steal anything. We would like to book again , but request that you replace the hostess. Perfect vacation place

This condo is the perfect place for a family vacation. It is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The views are wonderful from the large balcony - where we spent most of our time. We look forward to staying here again!

My birthday getaway with the guys softball tournament

I cannot express how happy I was with Jennifer and her condo! She is one of the bests hostesses I've ever had and hoping to have the opportunity to come back again for a future stay. It was clean, beautiful, spacious! The construction was not a problem at all. Didn't disturb the view one bit. I had an amazing birthday weekend there!!!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

I have so many good things to say about this property/experience, I don’t even know where to begin… First, Jennifer the property manager was fantastic! From the time I booked through the end of our stay, her communication and attentiveness was outstanding! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the space was perfect for my family. We couldn’t believe how much space there was, and it’s stocked with all the basics and then some. The balcony views are stunning, and we were even able to see a rocket launch right from the balcony during our stay! There are tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and there is even a book of food and attractions in the unit for those who don’t know the area. This is the third time my wife and daughter and I have stayed in Cocoa Beach, and this was by far our favorite place - my mom and dad and niece (first time visitors) loved it too! Next time we visit, we will definitely be looking this place up again! Our time in Cocoa Beach could not have been better! Thank you - we’ll be back!!!
