Panthera Terra 3 is a very comfortable one bedroom apartment situated on the first floor of this newly built property. This apartment sleeps two with a very comfy queen sized bed.
There is a good size shower and loads of closet and storage space within the apartment.
An air conditioning unit is in the bedroom but please make sure you keep the windows closed when it's in use. And please remember to close all windows and doors when you go out, in case it rains and also remember switch off the air-con.
The kitchen is well appointed with all the usual appliances: oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and granite counter tops. Your first food shop can be provided for you on request - reimbursement on arrival will be requested on presentation of bills. Complimentary toilet roll and soap for the shower room, dishwashing liquid and a kitchen towel roll is also available on your arrival.
The living space is tastefully decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home including wi-fi access and cable TV. There is a safe for your use and a large American-style washing and drying machine within the property,available on request.
If you want a barbecue then there's plenty of outdoor space. Complimentary beach chairs are available for taking down to the beach, but these must be returned daily.
There is also car parking, if you've hired a car.
Please adhere to the non-smoking rule inside the apartment - outside, no problem! The only other "No's" are to pets and parties! Whilst it is a child-friendly zone, it's not really suitable for infants under two.

The government of Barbados has imposed a tax (Shared Economy Levy)which has to be paid on arrival,the levy is 10% of the booking fee.
