93 HIBISCUS COTTAGE is a lovely, bright cottage 150 yards from the glorious caribbean sea.

It comprises of 3 double bedrooms, lounge, 2 bathrooms and a large patio.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size, 5ft bed, ceiling fan and ample wardrobe space. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds that convert into superking size 6ft beds. These bedrooms have ceilings fans a/c and ample wardrobe space.

There are two bathrooms with walk in showers.

The lounge is light and airy, with two large comfortable sofas, easy chair, coffee tables and cable TV. Two glass panelled doors lead to a dining area.

The kitchen is well fitted out and provides all the amenities and equipment for an easy self catering holiday. The kitchen leads out onto a large, attractive alfresco, covered dining area comfortably seating 6/8 people. This patio is surrounded by a private tropical garden.

From the garden, a gate leads across the road to the beaches and BEACH CLUB, a privately owned club that can be used at leisure. It has a 50ft swimming pool, sun shades, sun loungers, changing and shower facilites. It also boasts The Beach House, a lovely beachside restaurant and bar.

The cottage also has 2 studios attached, forming an L shape. These each sleep 2 people have ceiling fans and a/c and have private use of the front garden.

All windows have mosquito netting and bars to allow for a constant cooling breeze to flow through.

93 HIBISCUS AVENUE is situated in Sunset Crest, Holetown, St James. The erea is is known as The Platinum Coast and is famed for its silver sands and sparkling blue sea.

There is plenty of diversity to entertain everyone, and beautiful walks along the beach or across lush tropical golf courses and parks. 1

Close by are a supermarket. The famous Chattel Village with tropical fashions and local arts and crafts.

The prestigeous Lime Grove and Bar is a step further on with its designer shops, restaurants and cafes, ice cream parlours, grocers, delicatesans and luxury cinemas.

On the beaches and along the coast are a great variety of eateries and bars for all tastes.

Tbe Sunset Medical Centre is a few metres from the cottage and open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

i came to barbados in 1989, and fell in love with the place and all its happy people.

i bought the villa which had 2 berooms 1 bathroom. now it has 3bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

in 1994 i added 2 studio apts which over look front garden,the property has a large garen,there is lots of space for all.the villa has its own garden at the rear. i spend 6 months a year in barbados,the rest of the year i am in morecambe uk i have mark

the manager who has been with me for 19 years and janice the maid who has been with me for 10 years. they are both gems. so they would take care of you if i am in the uk.

It was a very comfortable house with all the amenities we required.

We had a very enjoyable holiday. Wendy was very welcoming and we were grateful to her for getting our grocery provisions before our arrival. The house is very well situated to help you make the most of all that Holetown has to offer. The beach is just 5 minutes walk away and we appreciated being able to use the Beach Club across the road.

We certainly hope that we will be able to have future holidays in one of Wendy’s lovely apartments.

Great location

Me and four other grown up friends went to stay for 13 Nights in Wendy's house, and loved it. I think Holetown is the best town when visiting Barbados, and this house has the perfect location.

The standard is basic, but nice, we spent almost all or time on the patio in the garden. It was nice and clean. The area felt very safe.

Fran greeted us on arrival, and she was so helpful throughout our stay, looking out for us in every way she could and gave brilliant advice on what to see, where to go and where to eat.

From the house, you have walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, beach club with a nice pool, and the most amazing beaches. We swam with turtles approx 500 m from the house!

The reggaebuses stops right outside and they took us everywhere we wanted to go for next no nothing (1US$). One day we hired a car and drove up to the north point and down to Balsheba on the east coast. Other than that, we just used the buses to move around, and a couple of times a taxi. We did not like the Oistin Fish Fry that everyone suggested, we had gotten used to the tranquil life in Holetown. I think it is busier in the South.

I would not want to stay anywhere else in Barbados, and would love to make it back and rent this house again.

property was clean, comfortable & well maintained

We were very impressed with this property. Great location and beautiful garden. The house was

modern clean with comfortable beds and straight across from the beach.

The facilities provided were a real home from home. Nothing was too much bother.

Many places to eat and to be honest didn't have a bad meal.

We could not recommend this property highly enough. The whole family enjoyed it.

Look forward to going to Barbados again and would definatly stay here.

Clean, spacious, close to beach, ideal property.

The property was 2 minutes from the beach & beach club.

The bedrooms were spacious, clean & comfortable.

The owner Wendy could not have been nicer or more helpful. She advised us of many beautiful places to go while there.

I would highly recommend this property it truest was a home from home.

I will definitely be returning.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, home from home feel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Allanha. The location of the property was ideally situated for the beach, swimming pool, restaurants and shops. Even the bus stop was just across the road which provides a very reasonably priced form of transport for those not wishing to hire a car- though that was quite reasonable too.

My apartment was very well appointed, clean, a comfortable bed and spacious. Customer service by the owner was excellent and very helpful re local amenities information.

The lush, well kept tropical gardens were private, well screened and offered shade for those who need it.

I would recommend with confidence these apartments to any of my friends and family knowing they would thoroughly enjoy staying there.

A wonderful stay in the sun

Friendly relaxed environment. Lovely, large and tastefully furnished house.

Very close to all amenities. The pool and beach literally a few steps away.

The maid service was excellent.

The owner was on hand to give me any advice I needed about the places to see and any other queries I had.

I would recommend this home (away) to anyone.

has 2 bedrooms,with option of a 3rd.bedroom. and 2 bathrooms which offer walk in showers. A large patio dinning for 6 persons and seating. The villa is in a large tropical garden 11.750 .sq. ft. please note no smoking indoors.Check in is after 15-00hrs. Check out is 11-00hrs,if there are no others quests arriving there check out can be at 14-00 hrs.Air con is charged for depending on only two bedrooms.
