My wife and I recently retired and decided to treat ourselves to a month-long getaway in Palm Desert. We spent 30 wonderful days at this beautiful property, and we could not have picked a better place to celebrate this new chapter of our lives! The layout of the home was absolutely ideal for us. Having dual suites provided a wonderful amount of space and privacy. It worked out perfectly when our son and his wife came to visit us for a week—they had their own beautifully appointed suite, allowing everyone to have their own space while still enjoying quality family time together. The fully equipped kitchen was a home chef's dream, featuring modern appliances and everything we needed to easily whip up daily breakfasts and host lovely family dinners when the kids were in town. Another massive bonus for us was the EV charging station on-site, which made keeping our electric vehicle topped up completely effortless and stress-free throughout the entire month. The location is absolutely unbeatable—being right near El Paseo Village meant we were just a short, scenic stroll away from world-class dining, fantastic shopping, and lovely art galleries. We loved starting our mornings with a walk to get coffee and ending our days watching the spectacular desert sunsets from the property. The host was incredibly gracious, responsive, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable 30-day stay while giving us complete privacy. If you are looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and perfectly equipped desert retreat, look no further. We are already counting down the days until we can come back next year!

We are absolutely in love with this GEM! We would give it TEN STARS if they would let us! Thirty days went by so quickly and we hardly EVER left the house! Fun, exciting and bright! There was never a dull moment. As a musician I was delighted to find an electric keyboard with synthesizer/earphones that replicates a 9 foot Steinway. It even played for us non-stop for all our inside dinners, though most of our meals were outside under the huge covered patio. Incredible views with the sounds of the river and waterfalls flowing from the spa to the pool. So many birds to watch! I also love to cook and dang if I couldn't find one thing missing! That's never happened before!! This property's personality comes through loud and clear: It loves people and animals!!

Quiet location tucked away but walkable to El Paseo and CA 111. Clean and uncluttered residence. Great open kitchen. Perfect sized pool and hot tub. Hosts are very responsive to requests, A++ for communication.

Such a sweet place. The yard and pool are exceptional, better than the photos I think. We used the kitchenette a fair bit, and it was good, if compact. Many artful and thoughtful touches. My partner and I have different ideas of what a comfortable bed is and we both found this one passable. Snacks and wine are a nice touch. Used the grill and enjoyed the jacuzzi. Host communication was responsive and helpful.

This VRBO was the cleanest VRBO that we have ever stayed in. Everything was taken care of and we lacked for nothing in this VRBO. The pool was amazing, and there was ample pool and patio furniture for everyone. The hosts were excellent! We can’t wait to return to Palm Desert and stay in this VRBO again!

Bev's place was very nice! Access through the gate and into the home was simple and easy to navigate. My wife and I stayed for 30 nights. The location couldn't have been more convenient for walking to El Paseo restaurants. The outdoor area was comfortable. We didn't use the pool due to the cooler weather. Neighbors were very nice and helpful if I had a general question. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the niceties you would want.

For a studio it feels very spacious considering it has a full kitchen, walking closet and living room. Lots of room for storage even under the bed. Clean and comfortable. If you like walking like I do, then this is a perfect location. I walked across Highway 74 to The Cross Trail and to Whole Foods. El Paseo is a main attraction here and I walked there almost every day for dinner. My car was hardly used and safely parked behind electric gate. Inna’s place is a nice spot, and I would love to come back here.

Loved our stay. Host is very responsive to any questions. Lots of privacy, great heated pool, and a great location with lots of character in Palm Desert. The property does show its age a little but things work and and we absolutely loved it. Hope to stay there in the future.
