¡Unidad final del piso superior (7º) MÁS CERCA de la playa, tan cerca que puede escuchar las olas y sentir la brisa salada del mar!

Holiday Surf 701 tiene pisos cerámicos en la cocina y baños con alfombra en la sala de estar y dormitorios. La unidad duerme 6 con una cama King en el dormitorio principal, dos camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. La habitación familiar y el dormitorio principal están frente al mar con balcón. ¡Incluso la habitación de huéspedes tiene una vista fabulosa de la playa!
Con un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "en la sala de estar y televisores de pantalla plana en las dos habitaciones, todas con reproductores de DVD y WIFI de cortesía.

Holiday Surf 701 se ha actualizado muy bien con una cocina fresca que incluye una taza K y una cafetera de goteo para su disfrute, así como nuevos muebles de dormitorio principal que incluyen un nuevo colchón Sealy. La habitación también cuenta con nuevos colchones de espuma de lujo para la máxima comodidad.

Best trip!

Very clean kitchen stocked with everything you need. Had Tupperware bowls we used to put sandwiches for beach. Plenty of towels and opportunity for linen exchange. Loved having umbrella and chairs provided with our room. Staff excellent nice area felt safe at all times. We are talking about going next year and get a 3 bedroom condo.

The Perfect Beach Condo

First visit to Destin

This was our first trip to Destin and it was beyond our expectations. Gorgeous views of the ocean and it was wonderful to have your morning coffee on the balcony while listening to the ocean!

Beautiful property

Our stay was great. This property and the beach are smoke free. Great for some but not advertised. I’m sure most visitors are smoke free and great for them. Again, the property is beautiful but it doesn’t advertise the laws of being a smoker.

Everyone who worked there was so helpful. Our flights were very late arriving. Stephen (the night manager) was like an angel in the night. He was so pleasant and helpful. It was just a pleasure to be greeted by him. The complementary beach service was incredible. We just loved our stay and are planning to go back soon

Destin holiday

Location was great, beach access was awesome. The room could use some updating but was fine overall. Complaint was the acces to our room from the one elevator location. It was quite a walk outside but there were carts to utilize for transporting groceries etc.

We have been staying at this property for the past 2 years and planning on doing it every year, we always try to get the same unit. Love the place, the view, the people. I highly recommend it. The personel also great people to accomodate your needs and fix any issues you have.

overall got the job done

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My most major complaint would be that i had issues with my AC unit 3 different instances. one in particular that i had to move units with kids at midnight because my room was 85 degrees. About a 2 hour process all said and done. Another instance was at 8am because the power went out and the AC unit didn't reset. lastly, upon arrival the AC unit didn't work so we had to move into a room while they sorted the power out. Room was outdated but got the job done. Would probably not stay here again.

Amazing, simply amazing!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. From the beautiful views of the beach and water. The staff was super friendly and helpful! We were having some issues figuring out the TVs and the gentleman at the front desk came up and showed us how to fix the issue. Mr. Wayne was the sweetest! Starting off the day with his smile and places to go and see while we were there! Overall, it was just amazing!
